ฮอชิโนะ ออนเซ็น × ที่พักสำหรับเที่ยวงานเทศกาลการบริการลูกค้าและการให้บริการที่ได้รับการประเมินสูงที่โรงแรม·เรียวกัง

It was a rainy day, so it was helpful that the Hotel was close to the station. All of the Hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming. For breakfast, I had salad, bread, and soup, and everything was delicious and satisfying. There were board games in the free drinks area, which we enjoyed. It was a great Hotel that I would like to stay at again.

With my wife’s birthday coming up again this year, we visited Karuizawa, a place filled with memories for the two of us. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed a relaxing stay—taking walks and cycling around Karuizawa as the autumn leaves began to change, and spending time shopping. We were also very pleased with the thoughtful hospitality from the hotel staff, including a birthday message card, as well as the delicious food, our favorite wine, and the birthday cake. For us as a couple, this is truly a wonderful hotel.

We traveled as three generations with my mother and my 90-year-old grandmother. The meals and the service were very reassuring—just what you’d expect from a Hotel that also hosts weddings. The bath had a sauna, but it would have been even better with a cold plunge pool. At night we went stargazing, and in the morning we took a walk to SAWAMURA. I think it’s a great Hotel that all ages can enjoy. Thank you very much.

This is my second stay. The location is excellent—close to Kyu-Karuizawa and within a minute’s walk to SAWAMURA. The Room shows its age, but it is well cleaned. It’s convenient to have a kitchen, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave available at all times. It was nice to take a break with coffee or tea using the electric kettle, and even have some simple soup. There is also manga available for loan, which my friend really enjoyed. There’s a vending machine on the first floor where you can also buy beer, which was great. I think Foron offers great value for the price.

This was my first stay, and it was an excellent property. It’s a new, sophisticated hotel, and every area of the facility—from the sense of vertical space to the way shadows are used and the carefully designed indirect lighting—made me want to stay there all day. The dining experience was also wonderful, with well-spaced seating, thoughtful staff check-ins, perfect timing of service, and clear explanations of each dish. I would love to return in a different season. Thank you to all the staff.

On the morning of October 2, I was able to take time off, so I made a last-minute reservation at Karuizawa Cypress Hotel. In our family, when we go to Karuizawa, we often choose Cypress! The lounge where we can relax with tea and chat together, the large public bath with a sauna, the delicious restaurant, great value for money, and the staff are all very friendly. It was a one-night, two-day stay, but it was truly soothing and refreshing both physically and mentally. We are always very grateful to all of the staff!!

We arrived early, but they kindly let us park, so we were able to explore the area, which was great. The hotel was modern, simple, and lovely. Everything we needed was provided in just the right amount, and we were very satisfied. In particular, since it is located in Old Karuizawa, it was easy to get around. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I live not too far from Karuizawa. A friend from Tokyo really wanted to spend some quiet, relaxing time in Karuizawa, so we stayed there together. It feels like an Accommodation that combines the best of both a Hotel and a rental villa. The staff may feel politely hands-off at times, but if you ask, they respond with genuine care. Shuttle Service from Karuizawa Station is also available, so if you need it, it’s best to inquire and Reserve in advance. Although it’s close to Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza, you can step just a little way off the main road and escape the crowds. I also saw guests staying solo who spent their time reading throughout their stay. Rather than coming for a typical Hotel experience, you’ll appreciate this place most if you stay here to enjoy your own time. At check-in, we received lounge vouchers worth 1,000 yen per person. We had planned to have dinner at a restaurant outside and didn’t find anything we wanted at the shop. When I asked at the front desk, they suggested having homemade ginger ale in our Room after dinner. You order it at the front desk and bring it back yourself, but it was a great suggestion. If I have friends who want to stay in Karuizawa again, this is a Hotel I would recommend.

We were able to relax and enjoy a quiet stay. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Unlike a typical Hotel, you may not be able to expect much in terms of service, but that sense of distance is actually comfortable.
