The free-flowing, continuously fed Onsen was wonderfully abundant, and each private bath had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was perfect for wine lovers, with rare wines to match. The interior design—and the lamps placed throughout—were all beautifully chosen. Right in front of the Accommodation, there is a row of cherry trees along the riverbank; I can only imagine how stunning the view must be during cherry blossom season. I won’t wait until then—I will definitely return again soon. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was our second stay, following last year. We visit every year during peach season and have stayed at various Accommodations, but we returned because we were so comfortable here last year. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room, which was standard, but the lounge and private dining rooms were spacious. Above all, the meals were outstanding. They were great last year as well, but this time they were even more enjoyable. The hot spring water also felt wonderful and left our skin feeling pleasantly plump. All of the staff were welcoming, and we’re already looking forward to next year.

This is a wonderful Ryokan that moves me every time I visit. The Room, baths, cuisine, the staff’s smiles, and the overall atmosphere throughout the property are all exceptional, and time seems to slow down. Both the fresh enthusiasm of the younger staff and the understated attentiveness of the experienced staff naturally bring a smile. The welcome service includes soft drinks as well as wine—and that wine is surprisingly delicious. Breakfast also comes with a choice of drinks; the 100% peach juice is pure peach—peach! peach! peach!—and absolutely worth trying at least once. And the cuisine is outstanding. Though the chef is young, everything—from seasonal menus and presentation to masterful use of dashi—is superb. The creativity is remarkable, and the expressive artistry of each dish (including the tableware) is truly next level. The view from the open-air bath in our Room—sunlit green trees against a blue sky—was beautiful, and soaking in an open-air bath during a sudden downpour was an experience with its own special charm. This is a lovely kappo-style Ryokan that soothes me every time I stay. Having visited in spring and summer, I would love to return in autumn next time.

I chose this Accommodation for its free-flowing Onsen, and when I actually visited, I was truly impressed to see the hot water gushing out in abundance. There are two baths, Kaki-no-Yu and Momo-no-Yu, with Kaki-no-Yu being more spacious. At the entrance to the open-air bath at Momo-no-Yu, stones are laid out underfoot, giving a stimulating sensation on the soles of your feet that felt pleasantly painful. The meals were also delicious, with some dishes clearly prepared with great care. Our Room was on the third floor, and I wished there had been an elevator—but perhaps it was good exercise instead.

All the staff were incredibly kind! The Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and the dinner menu changed on the second night (even for kids!), and the main meat dish was especially delicious. Since we travel with children, we’ve often stayed at Accommodations with buffet-style dinners lately, but at this Accommodation our child enjoyed the food so much that they ate a lot, which was great. There are lovely vineyards and a houtou restaurant nearby, so we could enjoy the area as well. We also used the Hotel pool, and even without a car our family had plenty to do. It was also nice that towels were always available in the large public bath. There’s a convenience store just a short walk from the Hotel, which is very handy. A wonderful Hotel that’s very welcoming for families with children!

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first family trip since losing our beloved dog, and we traveled with my elderly parents who have difficulty walking. I thought it might feel a bit sad, but everyone was so kind and had such wonderful smiles that it became a truly enjoyable trip! Our dog’s name was also Fuji, so it felt like we were meant to be here. My parents were also happy that, thanks to the walking support cart, they could choose their own dishes at the buffet. Every dish was amazing—beautifully presented and delicious. The meat was tender as well, and everyone loved it. We also enjoyed the water bar, the old-fashioned game arcade, and the souvenir shop! The bath was spacious and great, but there weren’t many handrails, so my mother seemed a little uneasy. Still, it felt wonderful. The Room was of course clean and very comfortable. We went to the pool area to take photos, and I thought it was a pleasant place for a walk. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us. I stayed for the third time on this trip, as I was visiting relatives’ graves. Mr./Ms. Hatta’s bath is always kept very clean. Just as instructed in the Room guide, I tried soaking in the tub for 3 minutes, washing my hair, then soaking again for another 3 minutes. The jacuzzi also relieved the fatigue in my lower back. I also tried the towel pack—my skin felt moist and plump, and even three days after returning home it still feels hydrated. For dinner, everyone was completely full from the kaiseki meal. For breakfast, I always have la-ho and beef curry. The local konnyaku, homemade yogurt, and tofu were delicious as always. The person who cooks the fried eggs is always kind and attentive as well. We also always enjoy feeding the carp. I would like to stay again when we come to visit the graves.

We stayed from April 25 to 26. I mistakenly selected the wrong Plan and had to make a new Reservation, which made things a bit complicated, but thank you for your kind and attentive support. The meals were wonderful, with crab and many other dishes, and our children really enjoyed them!! The French toast at breakfast was especially delicious—I highly recommend it!! The bath was also great, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Everyone at the Accommodation was incredibly kind. We chose a Room with a private bath, so we could soak as many times as we wanted, and it felt wonderful. We didn’t include dinner and ate at the restaurant on the second floor instead; it was great to be able to freely choose whatever we wanted. The welcome drink and sweets were a nice touch, and the Yatsudoki cake was delicious. Just one thing: the shower at Utakata-no-Yu was very hot, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, so I wasn’t sure what to do. However, I could adjust the temperature normally at Aurora-no-Yu and in our Room shower, so I washed my hair there. There were also vineyards and peach orchards right next door, which really impressed me. It isn’t a new Accommodation, but it had everything we needed and felt like great value. We were very satisfied and would love to stay again soon. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

After visiting Mitsumine Shrine, we crossed the mountains into Yamanashi and fully enjoyed a wonderful Onsen in Isawa Onsen. The next day, we went cherry picking and had a truly fulfilling weekend. From the moment we asked to park our car before check-in, the staff were incredibly helpful. Everyone we met in the hotel welcomed us with warm smiles and excellent service, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and soft drinks in the lobby lounge. It’s a bit of a walk from Isawa-Onsen Station, but the meals were delicious, and above all, the hospitality-focused service was outstanding!

The garden is wonderful, with many beautiful stones. The pond is very clean and filled with many koi. You can even feed the koi from your Room, which is adorable. The Room and meals are very satisfying.

This is a wonderful Accommodation filled with various nostalgic items that evoke the Showa era. The meals are delicious, but younger guests may find the portions a bit small. I didn’t use the in-Room bath, but it is said to be an Onsen. The open-air bath and the large public bath are separated, but both are clean hinoki baths. Amenities are minimal, but it wasn’t a problem. It’s a great Accommodation that makes you want to come back.

The twin-bed Room was more spacious than expected, and we were able to relax comfortably. The meals were excellent for this Accommodation Fee, and we were very satisfied. It was a bit disappointing that there was only one open-air bath, but the water was great. If you’re choosing a Business Hotel, I’d recommend staying here instead even if it costs a little more. We would definitely like to stay again.

It was worth more than the price. We relaxed as a couple in the Onsen and were very satisfied with the delicious meals. Even my big-eating husband left completely full. The Facility is old, but the garden is beautiful, and we saw a family feeding the koi. The women’s bath is small, so we would be happy if you could rotate it between men and women.

I stayed here for the first time during the Obon holiday trip. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The buffet had a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied. Since the baths rotate by day, I’m usually the type to skip a morning bath out of laziness, but this time I looked forward to it and really enjoyed bathing. I didn’t use the shower in the Room, but when I took a look, I noticed a slight odor. I also felt that the toilet was a bit small. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the Room! I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The large public bath had pleasant water quality, and I was happy that DHC amenities were provided. Dinner was delicious across the board, but there was so much food that I couldn’t finish it all—even the kamameshi—which was almost a shame. Breakfast was also very good. The male staff member at the front desk was also very friendly, and I had a pleasant stay. Overall, it was an Accommodation I was extremely satisfied with. Thank you very much.

It was a beautiful Ryokan. Since the price was low, I wondered what it would be like, but it was very clean and a relaxing Accommodation.

We were very satisfied with the service for the price. We also used the karaoke, and it was the latest model. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we were able to check in from 1:00 PM, so we left our car and enjoyed a nearby winery within walking distance. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, so we could relax and take our time.

I made a last-minute Reservation to take part in a cycling event held in Fujiyoshida City. At check-in, I was charged a Hot Spring Tax of 150 yen separately from the amount paid in advance. The building and Facility are a bit old, but everything was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. Nearby, there is a Seven-Eleven convenience store as well as a highly rated houtou noodle restaurant. I would be happy to stay here again if I have the chance.

We stayed for one night with breakfast included. The Accommodation accepts only three groups per day, and the bath and toilets are shared; however, the bath is a private family-bath style. Since we have a daughter who dislikes large public baths with strangers, this was the deciding factor. We were able to book a two-room suite-style Room, with a separate living area and bedroom—spacious and relaxing. Perhaps because it used to be a traditional restaurant, the entrance area of the Room (shoe-off space) is open, and each Room is secured by locking its sliding doors (fusuma). The locks are screw-type locks for sliding doors rather than typical cylinder door locks, so younger guests unfamiliar with them may be confused at first (as our kids were). Also likely due to the building’s traditional structure—with fusuma and shoji screens—soundproofing is somewhat limited, and TV noise or conversations can be heard from the hallway (according to our daughter). That said, the property itself is generally quiet. The layout also seemed designed with noise in mind—for example, keeping relaxation spaces separated. There was one other family with small children staying that day, but it didn’t bother us. There is no washbasin inside the Room; instead, paper cups are provided at the sinks in the bath area and by the toilets for brushing teeth and washing up. Everything was well maintained and pleasant to use. Breakfast the next morning was served in a large hall on the second floor. It was an excellent Japanese-style breakfast—delicious.
