Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Above all, every staff member was kind and welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a group of four—my elderly parents, my sibling, and me—who usually live apart. My parents were especially pleased with the heartfelt hospitality. The meals were excellent; I particularly enjoyed the dessert. We will visit again.

As with last year, everything was outstanding—from the staff’s hospitality and the meals to the baths and all Facilities. It also coincided with the fireworks festival, which made for a truly happy time.

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.

It was a birthday trip to celebrate my friend. The cherry blossoms on the grounds were in full bloom, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.

The staff provided courteous service, and we had a very comfortable stay. Dinner was especially delicious, and we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace in our Room. We visited to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and after I mentioned it in advance, they kindly served a dessert with “Happy Birthday” chocolate on the plate and even prepared a wonderful gift—we were truly touched. The lounge was spacious, with a great selection of drinks and snacks, which we really enjoyed. The private lounge also had massage chairs, making it easy to unwind. We also enjoyed the large public bath area, including both the open-air bath and the indoor bath. From the rooftop public bath, we could see Mt. Fuji beautifully—it felt amazing. It was a lovely Accommodation full of thoughtful touches. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Free Shuttle Service is available from Kawaguchiko Station. (Pickup requires a Reservation in advance; drop-off can be reserved at check-in.) Both the exterior and interior show their age, but the Room and other areas are well cleaned and kept tidy. The sink felt a bit dated. The Room key was delightfully nostalgic (laughs). I didn’t use the outdoor bath, so I can’t comment on it, but the Room I stayed in had a shower only. It seemed newly renovated and was very clean. (The provided shampoos include both DHC and Ichikami!) Lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover were POLA amenities. I ordered both dinner and breakfast; the portions were generous and everything was delicious! I really appreciated that it wasn’t buffet-style. Hot dishes were served hot. There is a laundry area; detergent costs 100 yen, but the drum washing machines are free to use! (There are two machines.) The staff’s service was excellent! So it felt more like a Ryokan than a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

The Hotel’s exterior and entrance had a retro Showa-era feel, but the Room was very clean and well maintained. The location is also convenient, with the ropeway and sightseeing boat pier within walking distance. After check-in, the welcome drinks were a nice touch—unlimited snacks, juice, and alcohol. Dinner was excellent as well, especially the crab and shabu-shabu meat. Many of the staff are from overseas, but everyone was energetic and pleasant. Noise from neighboring Rooms didn’t bother me, but there were a few loud door-slamming sounds from somewhere at night. However, it stopped after I went to bed and wasn’t an issue. I also want to apologize for the trouble I caused: after checking out, I went out briefly and started having strong heart palpitations, so I ended up leaving by car at the last minute. They were very kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Thank you very much. It’s a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

We had a wonderful two-day stay and were extremely satisfied with the impeccable hospitality of all the staff. The meals prepared by the Kyoto chef, both breakfast and dinner, were exceptionally delicious and left us deeply impressed. My wife, who is from Kansai, loved the morning white miso soup so much that she wanted seconds, so I shared mine with her. The unlimited rice and raw eggs were also greatly appreciated. The three of us are already talking about visiting again this summer!

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. I chose to stay at another Kamenoi property because I was very satisfied with my previous two stays, and this was also an excellent Hotel. The biggest deciding factor was the kids’ area. My children were thrilled with the tall play equipment, and everything was cushioned so they could play safely. There were also plenty of BRIO toys and pretend-play sets—so many options! Because the kids loved it so much, even after checking out we were allowed to stay until 12:00. It was great to be able to spend short gaps of time between meals and the baths there, and even on bad-weather days we could enjoy the kids’ park or the book lounge. Our Room was a bit far, so if you have someone with limited mobility in your group, it may be best to request a closer Room in advance. The Room was spacious and kept very clean. However, there were no skincare amenities provided for use in the Room, and it was slightly inconvenient that there wasn’t a trash bin by the sink. The TV had YouTube and subscription streaming apps as well, which made our stay comfortable without getting bored. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t an open-air bath, but the bathing hours were long and it felt great. The in-house wear was a separate top and bottom set that was easy to move around in, so we didn’t need to bring pajamas. We added both breakfast and dinner, and it was absolutely the right choice! There was a wide variety of dishes and everything tasted great—we were also happy to try local specialties such as hoto noodles. The late-night soba was delicious too. Above all, the staff were very friendly and spoke kindly to our children often. Their wonderful smiles really put us at ease. We did a Multiple Night Stay for 3 nights, which turned out to be perfect. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was a very clean and lovely cottage with a great sense of privacy, and my family also loved it—we were very satisfied. We rented the BBQ Facility and brought our own ingredients. The breakfast sandwiches were tasty, but the portion might be a little small for men. Recommended for friends or couples as well! We will definitely return.
