I stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, but it was not an Onsen. That was the only disappointing point; everything else was excellent. The two baths in the building were also very nice, and it was especially great to find a jacuzzi in an Onsen, which is rare. Dinner reflected the sensibility of a female head chef, and breakfast being a half-buffet was also a nice touch. Overall, the facilities were kept clean and well maintained.

The meals, amenities, and services were excellent and attentive. Small thoughtful touches—such as sleepwear, a bath chair, complimentary drinks, and bottled water—made our stay very comfortable.

The room had a wonderful view and was spacious. In the morning, we could watch the sunrise, and the lake looked absolutely beautiful. Dinner was served in a private room, so we could relax. Each dish in the three-tiered meal was delicious, and we also enjoyed the Noto beef. The shampoo bar and hair dryer bar in the bath area were great, and there was a good selection of drinks in the lounge as well. We would love to visit again.

The Facility was well equipped, and not only the Onsen but also both children and adults were able to enjoy themselves. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered local specialties, and everything tasted delicious. However, the Room window was not cleaned thoroughly, so even though we were on the 5th floor with a great view, it was a bit disappointing.

We stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The pancakes, pudding, and every meal were all very delicious. We felt a warmth in the staff’s hospitality that isn’t swayed by changing times, and it made us feel pleasantly nostalgic. It’s a wonderful Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Room where we could soak in a free-flowing hot spring bath while enjoying the spectacular views of Mt. Hakusan, soothing our tired bodies and minds from everyday life. The meals were also excellent, with delicious dishes served in a private dining room. The building feels a bit old, but it was clean, and it was a comfortable Hotel for us seniors. It is an Accommodation we would like to visit again.

This was our last trip of the year. We were fully satisfied with this Ryokan in every way—the cuisine, the Onsen, and the kind hospitality of the staff. There was only one small issue, but it was addressed promptly. We would like to continue coming here in the future.

My first contact was a phone call to let them know I would be arriving late, and the call was pleasant; they immediately adjusted the dinner time for me as well. What stayed with me most was the service after check-in. A staff member escorted us to our Room and gave a thorough, attentive explanation of how to get around the property and where the emergency exits were. While many places give rushed instructions at reception, it had been a while since we were guided all the way to our Room, and that consideration really meant a lot to us as we were tired upon arrival. At the dining area, a male staff member welcomed us with a gentle manner, and the dishes had wonderfully rich dashi flavor—so much so that “delicious” kept slipping out with every bite. Of course, the Onsen was spacious and very relaxing as well. Everything was excellent. All of the staff treated us with genuine care. After all, the greatest luxury when traveling is heartfelt hospitality. This Accommodation has been the best I have ever stayed at. Next time, I would like to visit again with staying here as my main purpose.

I was very satisfied after relaxing in the hot springs and enjoying delicious meals. Everything felt spacious, and I almost got lost a few times. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided courteous service. In Kaga Onsen, I didn’t notice any impact from the earthquake, and I hope they continue to do their best.

I stayed at Kisagane, a place I’d been curious about for a while. The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the room was the calm view of Lake Shibayama stretching out beyond the window. It was quiet and deeply relaxing. What impressed me most was the food. The kaiseki dinner featured plenty of seasonal local ingredients from Kaga, and I was completely satisfied—not only with each dish’s flavor, but also with the beautiful presentation and tableware. The grilled fish at breakfast (which you can choose) was nicely fragrant, and it made me want to eat even more rice in the morning. The hot spring has a slightly salty quality, and even after bathing my body stayed warm for quite a while. The staff were courteous and attentive while keeping just the right distance, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. This is an inn I’d love to visit again in another season.

The Onsen was wonderful, and the pool made the kids absolutely delighted. In addition, the after-bath lounge offered beer and ice cream, which I felt was an excellent service. We also enjoyed playing table tennis, and we were very satisfied overall. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to again and again.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. The staff gave me a warm welcome, and even though it was my first time at this Accommodation, I felt at ease throughout my stay. Their service was pleasantly attentive without being overbearing, which made it especially comfortable to stay alone. The Onsen had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and I was able to soak slowly and unwind from everyday fatigue. The water felt wonderful—I found myself wanting to return again and again. The interior was also very comfortable, and I truly enjoyed a leisurely pace of time. This is an Accommodation I can recommend to anyone who wants to relax on their own. I would love to stay here again when I’m in the area.
