We stayed for one night and two days. We made a Reservation with the Anniversary Plan, and it was wonderful to be able to consult freely from preparing the surprise through the day itself. Thanks to you, the surprise was a success—thank you very much! The staff were also very attentive, and we had a comfortable stay. The food was delicious as well, and we were able to enjoy an amazing day.

Although it is a Hotel, it offers the best of both a Ryokan and a Hotel, making it wonderfully relaxing. The welcome drink and sparkling wine after the Onsen really added to the holiday feeling. The other drinks were also high quality. You can enjoy your meals calmly in a private dining room, and the Room is comfortable as well. At the Onsen, you don’t need to bring towels from your Room, and the valuables lockers are easy to use—completely stress-free. There is also Shuttle Service, which was very helpful. It was an extremely comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

We were very satisfied with the excellent service, cuisine, and Facilities.

The exclusive all-you-can-drink lounge for Stays guests and the service allowing you to take desserts and drinks to your Room after dinner were much appreciated. Dinner was well thought out, with a perfect balance between the course and semi-buffet, and the tuna sushi was delicious, leading me to have seconds multiple times. The effort put into various services throughout the Facility was evident, making the experience very pleasant. The Onsen was not too hot, just right for me, allowing me to enjoy long soaks multiple times.

The staff’s wonderful smiles, their kind and attentive service to my mother who travels with me, delicious cuisine that delights all five senses, and an Onsen you can enjoy as much as you like whenever you like—everything about this Accommodation is consistently excellent, so we keep coming back. The Rooms are clean and comfortable with a strong sense of privacy, and each Room has a completely different atmosphere, which makes it fun to try them all. We would love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed as a two-generation family of four. Since my mother has difficulty walking and a barrier-free Room happened to be available, we chose this Room. It was very convenient, on the same floor as the lobby lounge. The Room was furnished as shown in the photos, but some pieces felt a bit in the way for moving around. The toilet door was heavy, and for an in-room toilet it felt oddly like a hospital-style door. There was also a large mirror directly in front of it; the placement wasn’t great because it was on the wall by the toilet and could be seen from the sofa while resting, which I didn’t like. The Room itself is very spacious, which is great. You can step out onto the balcony through the bay window and enjoy fresh forest air, which felt wonderful. The view wasn’t great since we were on the 3rd floor, but in return, the view from the 6th-floor bath area was unbelievably beautiful—something I’d never seen before—and I highly recommend using the baths. The food offered many dishes, and because the lobby area is spacious, getting around during meals was smooth—it really felt like being at a resort. Drink servers were set up so you could get beverages in various areas, and overall service was excellent. We could feel thoughtful service at every moment and truly enjoyed all-inclusive stay. For activities, there seem to be table tennis, karaoke, tennis, etc. Overall, it felt like most guests were Japanese.

I arrived a little earlier than the expected arrival time I entered during the Reservation, but I was promptly picked up, which was very helpful as it was snowing. The Room was lovely, and the meals were extremely delicious. It was a trip for a special occasion, and I had a luxurious day that made it truly memorable. I would love to stay here again.

Last week, I stayed at this Ryokan with a friend and had a wonderful night. The Onsen is excellent, and our Room was equipped with Onsen water and a wooden bathtub, which made for a very relaxing experience. I also truly appreciated how quickly the staff called me when I left something behind, allowing me to retrieve it safely. Please note that the bus service in front of the Ryokan stops running at 3:00 PM.

It rained unfortunately, but first of all, the staff were wonderful. As soon as we entered, we found a board with our dog’s name on it. When we tried to take a photo, they made a sound from behind to get our dog to look toward the camera, spoke gently to our dog, and guided us smoothly—it really felt like their training is thorough. The Room was spacious, had no noticeable odors at all, was very well cleaned, and felt comfortable! Although the building itself is old, it didn’t feel that way at all. The meals were buffet-style and everything was delicious—especially the yuba (tofu skin), which was so good I went back for seconds (and more)! There was also a buffet for dogs; there weren’t many options, but it was more than enough! Our dog seemed to love something like tomato soup and drank it eagerly! During the meal, a staff member gently said to our dog, “Eat lots,” which warmed my heart! The bath was relaxing, and we had lots of fun at the indoor dog run—completely satisfied! Most of all, we visited for our dog’s birthday trip, and they gave us an assortment of fruit like a birthday plate!! It had a chocolate mousse cake on it so it wasn’t for dogs, but I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness. It was my first time staying at an Accommodation that did something like this for us—I was really moved!! Thank you so much! We will definitely come again!

We stayed here for our summer vacation, using two Rooms for my daughter’s family (four people), us, and three dogs. Our grandchildren were delighted with the spacious Room, the Onsen, and the delicious meals. Since our two-year-old grandchild can’t eat adult meals yet, the staff kindly served food that seemed suitable, which we really appreciated. We would love to stay again when sightseeing in Nikko.

Stayed here after a golf day to visit Toshogu Shrine the next day. The building itself is old, but it has all the essentials. Dinner was abundant with a variety of dishes, so much that I couldn't finish it all. Everything was incredibly delicious. The best part is its proximity to Toshogu Shrine, which is the biggest highlight. Additionally, the staff and what seemed to be the hostess were very friendly, making for an enjoyable stay. If I have another chance to visit, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed as a family of three. The surroundings were wonderful, and we were very satisfied with the Onsen and the meals. Our child has a big appetite, so we weren’t sure at first, but it was more than enough. Unexpectedly, we saw five wild deer on the way to the Hotel.

This was my first stay since the reopening. Everything except the large public bath area was very clean and nicely renovated, but there were a few drawbacks. There isn’t much signage inside the building (on walls, etc.), so it was hard to find the large public bath at first. The lettering on the shampoo and other bottles is small, which may be difficult for older guests to read at a glance. Perhaps because fashion tattoos are allowed in the large public bath, there were some inconsiderate guests—for example, leaving belongings in the washing area to reserve space, or soaking in the tub without tying up long hair and brushing their teeth for a long time—so sharing the bath with people who don’t follow basic public bathing etiquette was unpleasant. The milky sulfur spring water felt wonderful, but it was disappointing that fallen leaves made the open-air bath look dirty. The welcome coffee was delicious. The Western-style meals were also excellent! It was great that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages at dinner were all-you-can-drink and included in the Accommodation rate. The Room had also been remodeled and looked very clean! The key card system and air conditioning are new, making it comfortable. However, it wasn’t obvious that the light switch is on the bedside table next to the bed, so some explanation would be helpful. It’s also nice that the provided refrigerator is a two-door model. Since there’s only space to hang wet towels around the sink area, I wished there were a towel-drying rack like many Accommodations have. If three people stay in a twin Room, there is no extra bed provided, so this time we slept side by side “river-style” in a king Room instead. That kind of setup can be fun once in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall, it’s a wonderful Hotel that I would like to visit again.

This was my fifth stay, and I visited for three consecutive months. I love the beautiful presentation, delicious food, and the open-air bath. The Room is spacious and wonderful as well. The owner is very kind, making this an Accommodation I definitely want to return to.

We stayed as a group. The banquet hall and meals were delicious, and the Onsen was relaxing—overall a comfortable Accommodation. Surrounded by greenery in a quiet setting, we would like to stay here again when visiting Nikko.

Great value for money! The staff were kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. A staff member who seemed to be from Nepal assisted me, and their service was extremely polite and welcoming. One downside was that the sauna temperature felt a bit low, which was slightly disappointing for a sauna enthusiast. Even so, the overall value for money was excellent, and I’m very satisfied. This Hotel is recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

My spouse and I stayed for two nights. It was our first trip to the Nikko area, and we were really looking forward to it. Although One More Time Heart is on a plateau, it’s located partway up the mountain, and getting there was easy with no trouble along the way. The Room was a private two-story cottage, and both the indoor bath and open-air bath were wonderful—we used them many times. The meals were a luxurious course dinner and very delicious. The rice-grain bread and beef in particular were outstanding. It’s far from our home, but we would definitely like to stay again.

Having an Onsen in the Room was wonderful. I only had breakfast, and it was a Western-style buffet similar to what you’d find at a Business Hotel. I was very satisfied with the value for money. I would like to stay again.

The facility is old but well-maintained and clean. The staff provided polite and excellent service. The price was also reasonable.
