น้ำพุร้อนโทกัตตะ × อันดับที่พักเด่นด้านอาหารทะเลโรงแรม·เรียวกังที่ได้รับการจัดอันดับสูง

Even during Silver Week, we stayed at Tamaya Ryokan at a reasonable price. Near the front desk there is a large public bath, and a little farther away there is a private bath available 24 hours a day. Both were on the hotter side, with a slight iron scent, plenty of water, and free-flowing Onsen—afterward my skin felt wonderfully smooth. The meals were homemade with an impressive variety of dishes. Everything was delicious. In particular, I tried “inago (grasshopper?) tsukudani” for the first time in my life. It had a unique texture with a slight bitterness... The croissants we bought as souvenirs were also lightly sweet and crispy—highly recommended. After check-in, we also received bathing tickets for “Kami-no-Yu / Kotobuki-no-Yu,” so we immediately took a short walk to Kami-no-Yu about two minutes from the Accommodation. There was even an outdoor footbath, and it really captured the atmosphere of an Onsen town. The next day after breakfast, I went for another casual stroll in my yukata and stopped by the café “Ensou.” The coffee and gateau chocolat there were exceptional. At Tamaya Ryokan, I was able to relax from check-in at 3:00 PM until check-out at 10:00 AM. This was my first visit to Togatta Onsen; I loved the town’s atmosphere—it felt calm and comforting. It’s about a five-hour drive from our home, but I definitely want to go again.

I stayed for two nights, and the best part was that drinks were free all the time with the all-inclusive plan. I didn’t go out anywhere and just enjoyed the Onsen and drinks, which was perfect.

The food, drinks, and hospitality were outstanding, and we were extremely satisfied. Every dish looked beautiful and tasted amazing, and there were also unique alcoholic beverages you can only enjoy here. All drinks were free, which was a delightful surprise. The staff’s warm hospitality was wonderful as well, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a little disappointing that there was no open-air bath, but the Onsen was excellent; we enjoyed the large public bath as well as three private family baths, each with its own charm. On our way home, we received photos from dinner and freshly baked, delicious croissants as souvenirs. We are grateful for the heartfelt hospitality until the very end. Next time, we would love to try the winter and spring dishes too.
