I also went for an esthetic treatment—the therapist’s hands were truly amazing. I sincerely want to come back for another session. The advice on how to massage myself, insights into my current condition, and our fun conversation were all fantastic. There was also a nearby shop s

This is a compact Accommodation. While the building has some age, it is kept very clean, and its compact size makes it easy to access the baths and dining area, making for a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the first floor, but the view was outstanding—true to the Accommodation’s name, it was a spectacular panorama! The baths were my favorite type—an alkaline spring with a silky feel—and the view from the open-air bath was also breathtaking. For dinner we chose the “Bliss Course,” and that was absolutely the right choice: a wonderful meal packed with Sendai’s flavors. The Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on magnolia leaves was tender and generous in portion, and the miso seasoning was exceptional. The beef tongue was also thick and tender; we had planned to eat beef tongue again the next day, but dinner left us completely satisfied, so our whole family agreed we didn’t need to—and we were able to keep our expenses down as well. The seafood and sashimi were delicious too; even the scallops were thick, and everything we tried was satisfying. Breakfast also included hot pot dishes and sashimi—almost like a light version of an inn-style dinner—and we left completely full. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

The view was amazing and very relaxing (the rooftop view is also great). The staff were courteous, and we felt comfortable staying there. At check-in, we also saw guests with dogs, and it made us think this Hotel probably has many repeat guests as a pet-friendly Hotel (they even

The food was high quality, and the service was excellent. The bath was very relaxing, and the Room was clean. Since we stayed on a weekday, it wasn’t very crowded. We would like to stay again.

We stayed in a detached Room. There were four of us, and it was very spacious with a beautiful interior—we were extremely satisfied. From the open-air bath on the 11th floor, we had a panoramic view of Lake Suwa. The meals also included free alcoholic beverages, and the staff were very attentive, so we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

We stayed with children, and it was a wonderful Hotel. All the staff were kind to our children, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The facilities were comfortable, and the view from our Room was great—we could all unwind and enjoy ourselves as a family. The food was delicious, and the staff service was attentive. This Accommodation is highly recommended for family trips. We would love to stay here again when traveling to the Noto area.

This trip to Hokkaido was a three-sister getaway to celebrate my older sister’s 70th birthday. I requested a birthday message plate, and on the day you kindly prepared a private Room for us. The dessert message plate was wonderful as well! Dinner, including the grilled scallops, was absolutely delicious. I’ve been recommending this Accommodation to my friends—if you’re going to Otaru, please be sure to stay here! Thank you very much. The staff were very kind, and we truly enjoyed talking with you. Thank you again.

We stayed as a family and were comfortable throughout our entire visit! The building feels a bit traditional, but the inside is bright, and we could sense thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, which made it very relaxing. All the staff were pleasant, and the Accommodation wa

We stayed here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. The Room was spacious, and it was great to be able to use two baths—one for day-use guests and one for overnight guests. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy to receive a birthday gift at the time dessert was served at dinner. We also enjoyed having a birthday party in the Room. Since we checked out at 7:15 a.m. to go to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, we would like to stay longer next time. Thank you very much.

It was busy because it was during the summer vacation season, but the bath was spacious, so it didn’t feel too crowded. The food was delicious, but I felt our table was a little far away. Overall, it was good!

I love this Hotel—being soothed by the familiar Japanese-style Room and the usual view of Lake Biwa. It was my first stay in two years, and various things had been simplified. Breakfast is very delicious, but there were so many guests that day that we were seated far away from the food. I think we waited over 20 minutes for the made-to-order omelet. Some foreign guests ended up leaving without waiting for their omelets. The smoothie, as always, was excellent. It was my first time seeing the planetarium, but I wondered if there were mites in the seats. After sitting for a while, both my spouse and I started itching on our arms and kept scratching. As with old movie theaters, I think pest control and insect prevention would be a good idea. As for the Room amenities, various items were provided in the washroom, but they were hard to see at a glance. This is one of my favorite Hotels, so I hope to see improvements in service going forward.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

- Even in the restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the sea through the windows, which we were very happy with. - For dinner, we chose the delicious “Waka” kaiseki course. The portions were generous and everything tasted great—we really enjoyed it. As with

We called in advance to ask about the best spots to view the sunset and sunrise. Both were stunning. Watching the sparkling Shinkansen pass by from the first floor was enjoyable, and the lobby chairs overlooking the sea were very relaxing. The room was spacious, and we were hap

The necessary amenities were prepared in the room, which was reassuring. The location, twin room, service, Onsen, and breakfast were all comfortable at this Hotel. During our 4-night trip to Eastern Hokkaido, this was the most comfortable stay.

Dinner was delicious—especially the grilled seafood—and we were very satisfied. At breakfast, the buffet had few options our family liked, so we would like to see items such as sushi added. We were also disappointed that the only hot drink available was coffee, with no tea or green tea. The staff service was polite and excellent.

We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view from the Onsen was wonderful, and we were especially happy that there was a carbonated bath. The price was reasonable and made it easy to stay, which was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We’d like to try again next time. Also, dining in a semi-private setting allowed us to enjoy the dishes in a calm atmosphere. Every dish made with local ingredients was delicious. The simmered fish was especially good, and I would have liked to eat it together with rice. I
