The meals were carefully prepared, with the beef dish being incredibly tender and lightly seasoned—absolutely perfect. The dessert was also delicious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, almost too much to finish, and I enjoyed many local specialties as well. The staff we

The meals were all very delicious. Thank you for taking a family photo for us; it’s rare to get everyone together in one picture, so we really appreciated it. However, to be honest, at a hotel we stayed at before, they gave us the photo as a gift, so I thought we might have to

Thank you for contacting us promptly about the meal change request and for accommodating it—it was truly helpful. The Accommodation was clean and bright, and the meals were delicious. It was my first time staying at Kyukamura, but I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

With my husband away on Father’s Day, I planned a surprise Onsen trip a week early. I decided the day before, but luckily I was able to Reserve. The Room was very spacious for two, and my husband seemed pleased with the open view. The meals were also delicious. During dinner, we came across a beautiful sunset and watched it until it set. We also enjoyed table tennis and tried billiards for the first time, making our time after dinner just as fun. The night sky from the open-air bath was filled with shining stars—truly beautiful—and we were glad to have such great weather. With an 11:00 check-out the next day, we relaxed until it was time to leave, and we both felt refreshed and fulfilled. The surprise was a success! Next time, we’d like to visit as a family with our children who are currently living on their own. Thank you very much for everything.

The hostess and all the staff provided outstanding hospitality! Every dish was carefully prepared, and everything was so delicious that we ended up eating too much. We were also able to enjoy the bath privately thanks to perfect timing, and with a sauna as well, it was a very sat

Set amid ever-changing rural scenery through the four seasons, the uniquely designed, cozy, and beautiful building made me feel pleasantly nostalgic. I was able to relax on the sofas and with the books in the lobby. The staff were friendly, and the Room was clean and functional. I thought it would be nice to have separate trash bins for sorting waste. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again around spring rice-planting season. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Many of the staff were older, but they were very friendly and made me happy by chatting with me casually. The tempura chef is 72 years old!! You’d never guess it from how skillful and efficient he is. I was really impressed. I’d love to visit again.

Dinner was delicious—especially the grilled seafood—and we were very satisfied. At breakfast, the buffet had few options our family liked, so we would like to see items such as sushi added. We were also disappointed that the only hot drink available was coffee, with no tea or green tea. The staff service was polite and excellent.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

I accidentally canceled my reservation and called in a panic, but the staff responded kindly and courteously. I’m glad I was able to stay without any issues. The Facility and Room are somewhat old, but they are kept very clean. In the morning, whenever the staff saw guests, they greeted us with a smiling “Good morning,” which warmed my heart. Thank you very much.

I stayed here again for the first time in 15 years. When staying in Kuju, this Accommodation is definitely the right choice. I was satisfied with everything—the views, the open-air bath, the service, and the meals. One small thing: the faucet at the Room sink was a bit too short and slightly inconvenient to use (haha). I made wonderful memories.

Not only the Room but the entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. If you go to the bath at 6:00 a.m., something good might happen.

I stayed here after visiting Ise Shrine. A typhoon was approaching and it was raining, but it was disappointing that, due to the building’s layout, I couldn’t pull my car up right next to the entrance. Because of the typhoon, there were strong winds and heavy rain all night, and the window design made the whistling wind and rain noise noticeable. The Room felt a bit dated, but the bath was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and kind, which made up for the tough beef and dried-out yellowtail at dinner. If it hadn’t been priced for Silver Week, it would have been a perfect 100 out of 100.

Bath baskets were also prepared, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail. Personally, I appreciated that bathrobes were provided as well. This accommodation combines spectacular views, exquisite meals enjoyed at leisure in your room, and heartfelt hospitality from the staff in

Thank you very much for this thoughtful gesture. The view of the Seto Inland Sea and Mizushima Industrial Area from our room was stunning. The dinner we had been looking forward to was absolutely delicious, especially the simmered sea bream head, which was exceptional. Since w

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

The Room was spacious, with three distinct areas—a bed area, a large couch sofa area, and a low sofa area—so I could relax in different spots and truly enjoy a leisurely stay in the Room. Every meal was delicious. The portions were very generous—more than I would usually be able

Oguni Auberge Waita-kan The Onsen was amazing, and the game cuisine was delicious. We’ll be back!
