We stayed to celebrate our wedding and wanted a different kind of experience, especially the infinity pool. We were happy to receive congratulatory words at the front desk. The infinity pool was a wonderful, extraordinary experience—watching the sun set behind Mt. Fuji and enjoyi

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

This trip to Hokkaido was a three-sister getaway to celebrate my older sister’s 70th birthday. I requested a birthday message plate, and on the day you kindly prepared a private Room for us. The dessert message plate was wonderful as well! Dinner, including the grilled scallops, was absolutely delicious. I’ve been recommending this Accommodation to my friends—if you’re going to Otaru, please be sure to stay here! Thank you very much. The staff were very kind, and we truly enjoyed talking with you. Thank you again.

This time, our family of seven made a Reservation for three Rooms, and we were able to relax together and enjoy a truly wonderful time. At dinner, thanks to the seating arranged in advance, all seven of us could dine together, which we greatly appreciated. We are sincerely gra

I was amazed by the relaxed atmosphere of the Ryokan and the many delicious dishes—especially the abundance of fish—along with superb sake. The sunset and evening glow were incredibly beautiful and truly moving.

A separate vanity area would be a helpful addition. This stay allowed us to enjoy views of the sea and experience summer as we had hoped. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful accommodation experience. Wishing your ryokan continued success and prosperity. We look fo

We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

As mentioned in the Reviews, the owner was very friendly and easy to talk to, so we had a great time. We used points and got an excellent deal on our stay—great value for money. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again with breakfast and dinner included when visiting

Stayed on March 6. The Room was spotless and very clean. Having a private open-air Onsen bath in the guest room was the best part. We were satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the meals, and it left a strong impression that the owner visited every table and explained everything so carefully, which showed how much passion they have for this Hotel. There was a power outage that night due to lightning, but the staff responded quickly and flawlessly. After power was restored, we were also glad to be able to see the laser message display. Finally, we even got to experience a seaside drive in a Rolls-Royce convertible, making it an extremely satisfying trip. We will definitely return.

It was busy because it was during the summer vacation season, but the bath was spacious, so it didn’t feel too crowded. The food was delicious, but I felt our table was a little far away. Overall, it was good!

I stayed for two nights. Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that the in-room slippers were so thin they tore easily (though I was given a new pair). Also, I was on the 8th floor, and it was inconvenient to go down to the 4th floor first and then take a different elevator up to the 18th floor to use the bath. The view was great and overall it was good. Thank you.

The sashimi at the buffet was fresh and delicious. I wanted to eat more sweet shrimp, but I was too full. In the morning, the dried fish and sea bream ochazuke were delicious, and I was very satisfied. Since all Rooms have an ocean view, the view from the Room was great, but the windows were cloudy (maybe they get dirty easily from the sea breeze), so I couldn’t see the scenery clearly. Still, all of the Hotel staff were very kind.

We called in advance to ask about the best spots to view the sunset and sunrise. Both were stunning. Watching the sparkling Shinkansen pass by from the first floor was enjoyable, and the lobby chairs overlooking the sea were very relaxing. The room was spacious, and we were hap

The ocean view was just as shown in the photos—absolutely breathtaking! It was my first trip to Kochi Prefecture, and I was able to experience Kochi through the meals as well, making it a very satisfying stay. I don’t think there is any other Accommodation with the sea this close and such a great view from the deck. Thank you to all the staff for your kind and attentive service.

We stayed here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. The Room was spacious, and it was great to be able to use two baths—one for day-use guests and one for overnight guests. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy to receive a birthday gift at the time dessert was served at dinner. We also enjoyed having a birthday party in the Room. Since we checked out at 7:15 a.m. to go to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, we would like to stay longer next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on our way to Osaka, and the lakefront was just a short walk away—our grandchildren were happier than we expected. The adults were also satisfied because the meals were delicious. However, there were only a few washing stations in the large public bath, and we were surprised to see so many people waiting. Perhaps it was because there were many families during summer vacation. It was not something we often see elsewhere.

The Room had a continuously flowing cloudy Onsen, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful Room Service and Shuttle Service. It was excellent value for a Saturday stay for one guest. The only disappointment was that amenities such as facial lotion were individually packaged and provided for just one use—I would have appreciated at least two uses. The meals were the right amount for me, but they may feel a bit light for younger guests or men. Next time, I’d like to enjoy a drink at the bar.

The food—especially the special kaiseki course—was excellent. The staff were very attentive, and the timing of each dish being served was perfect. The sunset was also beautiful. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.\n(However, there was only one elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.)

I stayed here after hiking Mount Bandai. I was looking for an accommodation with a good view and reasonable price. As mentioned in other reviews, the view of Lake Inawashiro was excellent, and the facility was clean and comfortable. Before my stay, the staff kindly provided recommendations on where to eat and directions to a supermarket. Despite rising costs of goods and labor these days, this accommodation offers comfort at an affordable price through thoughtful efforts. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. The room is also spacious.

The breathtaking horizon and the infinity pool were just as expected. The tatami-matted floor by the window was perfect for lying down and relaxing while enjoying the sunset from the room. Dinner was served on a tray, and though the portion was slightly modest, I wished I cou
