This was our first stay. It’s just a short walk from Yonehara Beach, making it very convenient for snorkeling. The exterior and interior are very stylish, and since it’s a private rental Accommodation, we were able to relax as a family. The living room is especially spacious, and the high ceilings create an open, airy feel. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Drawn in by the phrase “Japan’s most luxurious villa,” six fellow business owners and I stayed for one night while visiting Ishigaki Island. In the end, it was an outstanding stay that every one of us raved about. What surprised us even before arriving was the pre-trip meeting with a dedicated planner. Their flexibility and ability to turn any request into reality—along with thoughtful suggestions—had us excited from the start. The actual stay was truly the definition of being fully taken care of. From Shuttle Service to and from the airport, to marine activities like snorkeling on our own private boat, and even a buggy experience on an uninhabited island reached by crossing Kabira Bay in an amphibious vehicle—everything was a one-of-a-kind experience you can only have here. The view from the uninhabited island’s private beach was more beautiful than anything we had ever seen, and it became an unforgettable memory. The villa’s pool and full-scale water slide were also high quality—six adults could enjoy them to the fullest. On top of that, everything was all-inclusive, from an Ishigaki beef BBQ to alcoholic beverages. We were also amazed by Mr./Ms. S, our dedicated veteran coordinator. With decades of experience escorting well-known public figures, their knowledge of Ishigaki Island and hospitality were truly world-class. Thanks to S, our trip satisfaction multiplied many times over. And since we could keep enjoying activities right up until just before our evening flight home the next day, it honestly felt like two nights’ worth—so much so that it seemed like a bargain. We absolutely want to come back, and this is a special place I can confidently recommend to other business owners as well. Next time, I’d love to visit with my team from work.

Enjoy delightful conversations with the friendly owner and spend time with adorable cats. Such a charming accommodation is truly rare! The carefully prepared breakfast, both Japanese and Western styles, was absolutely delicious and impressive! The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to use the hammock this time, but next time I’d love to relax on the terrace or stargaze. I will definitely visit again! Thank you so much!

I stayed for 3 nights in Room 102 of this accommodation during my first visit to Miyako Island. The view right in front of me as I entered the room was breathtaking. The room was very clean and fully equipped, allowing me to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The staff promptly replenished drinks in the refrigerator and provided plenty of towels, all with kindness and warm smiles. I didn’t realize there was ice available and ended up buying some—wish I had asked! (laughs) The private beach right in front is also a great attraction; I went there every day. Oh, a stray cat came by to visit! It was adorable, but I refrained from feeding or touching it and just watched over it since it could become an issue if it decided to stay around. There weren’t many downsides, but the smell in the bathroom and bedroom bothered me slightly—it was somewhat fishy or moldy. Perhaps adding some aromatherapy would help improve this aspect. The staff were exceptionally kind, and everything was perfect. The Room was clean and spacious, the pool was stylish and almost like having it all to ourselves. Having a washing machine was very convenient, and being able to walk to the beach, come back for a shower, and head straight to the pool was fantastic. It was truly helpful for families with small children. We will definitely stay here again next time!

There were not many Reviews at the time of Reservation, so I was a little worried, but this villa exceeded the price. Four of us stayed, and it was spacious enough. It’s relatively new, very clean, and well stocked with amenities. It’s close to the downtown area, so we had no trouble finding places to eat. The parking lot is also easy to use. We truly had no complaints, and thanks to this place we had a wonderful trip. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

BBQ and sauna options are available! The sauna pairs perfectly with the pool right in front, and I enjoyed using it multiple times! The view from the pool is stunning, and soaking in the pool while watching a beautiful sunset was incredibly relaxing, helping me forget all my daily worries. I would love to stay here again!

I was a bit anxious traveling solo during Golden Week, but I had a very comfortable stay in the spacious Room. I enjoyed both the Fu Chanpuru set dinner and breakfast, and the rice was especially delicious. With the beach and village nearby, my morning walk felt wonderful. There were face masks in the Room, which were gentle on my sunburned skin—I really appreciated the thoughtful touch. I was also glad to be able to borrow a muumuu. I’d love to come again.

Conveniently located in central Miyakojima, so you’ll have plenty of dining options nearby. Painagama Beach is within walking distance. The guesthouse is clean, and the spacious shared area for guests makes it especially comfortable to relax.

I stayed for one night for the first time. Everything you need for daily living is provided, and the Room is bright and very clean. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a heavy suitcase, but since it’s on the second floor, I think it’s manageable. It feels like a waste to stay only one night, so next time I’d like to stay for two nights or more. The first floor is a restaurant, and this time I couldn’t use it because it was reserved for a private event, but I’ve eaten there before and the food is excellent. There is also a Japanese restaurant next door where you can enjoy delicious Japanese food any time—morning, noon, or night. If you walk a little further, there are both a supermarket and convenience stores. About 2–3 minutes by car away is “Shima no Eki Miyako,” where you can buy Miyakojima specialties. It’s also very close to the stunning Irabu Bridge. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

In the morning, we took the ferry from Aka Island. After doing SUP in the morning, we stopped by to leave our luggage. There was still time before check-in, but they kindly let us change clothes in our Room. We enjoyed riding a bike in the afternoon. It was great. We were looking forward to dinner at the Hotel, but we were informed a week in advance that it wouldn’t be available. I wish we had known that when making the Reservation.

We had a truly wonderful time thanks to the clean Room and excellent Facility. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the cutlery and dishes were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. There was a power outage on Ishigaki Island on the day of checkout, but you handled it smoothly. We will definitely come again!!

Guesthouse. I stayed for 3 nights for the first time, and it was very comfortable. I even became friends with the regular guests. The next day, four of us went snorkeling early in the morning at Aragusuku Beach, creating a very fun memory. There is a hammock on the rooftop where you can relax. It would be even more enjoyable if the weather is nice. The kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, chopsticks, seasonings, and a refrigerator, so cooking is possible. Everyone either cooks and eats together or goes out to eat; until 11 PM is a time for socializing. I was traveling alone but quickly made friends with everyone there. When I visit Miyako Island again, I will definitely stay at this guesthouse! Looking forward to visiting again!

From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a spectacular Room with panoramic ocean views, and the pool view was also amazing. Although a typhoon hit on our last day, the staff kindly helped us with the cancellation process and other arrangements. It was about a one-minute walk from the Room to the sea, and our family could enjoy a beautiful, empty beach all to ourselves—an excellent Hotel that even comes with a private beach. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay again next time.

The entire property, inside and out, was very well cleaned. The Room was spotless. We were told the bed mattress had been upgraded, and it was extremely comfortable—I slept great. The Room also has high ceilings, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The amenities were so plentiful we couldn’t use them all. The towels were great quality too. The small shelf next to the sink was especially helpful. Since we did laundry, having plenty of towels was perfect. There’s also a dryer—nothing to complain about. For cooking for yourself, everything you could need is provided! There were even items you don’t usually find at other Accommodations, so it felt like being at home. Thoughtful touches stood out as well, like a magnetic towel hanger. I’ve stayed in dozens of whole-house rentals, and the attention to detail in what’s provided here is outstanding. The outdoor pool was amazing too. Bugs didn’t bother us at all—in fact, it made us wonder if there are really this few bugs on Miyakojima. The location is excellent: close to downtown and also very convenient for Irabu Island, which we love. If I had to make a request: the body soap felt quite slippery and didn’t rinse off well, so it didn’t feel like I’d properly washed; and considering taking dishes poolside, it would be reassuring to have some unbreakable tableware as well. A full-length mirror would also be appreciated. Among the places I’ve stayed in Okinawa, this ranks right up there as one of the most comfortable (top one or two). We will definitely stay again!

A typhoon approached, and we couldn’t stay on our original Reservation date, but luckily there was availability and we were able to stay. The owner’s wife went out of her way to help us even before our stay, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank her. It was such a wonderful villa that I hardly know where to begin. The spacious Room, the breathtaking views of the sea and sky from the vast grounds, the warm hospitality of the owner’s wife and staff, the meals—everything was exceptional. The Room was spotless, and it was hard to believe the property is 20 years old—the interior, furniture, and furnishings all felt beautifully maintained. We honestly wished we could have stayed for many more nights (if only time and budget allowed!). Breakfast was just the right amount; you could tell at a glance how high-quality it was—and it tasted just as good. For dinner, we had a BBQ with lean Matsusaka beef that was unbelievably tender. Our growing son said he could eat endless amounts—and he finished it in no time. It wasn’t heavy at all, and I don’t think you can find meat like that anywhere else. Waking up naturally in the morning to the sound of waves, birdsong, and gentle sunlight—this is luxury at its finest and an extraordinary escape from everyday life. We’re completely missing Miyakojima already—though honestly we miss Island Terrace Nira even more (laugh). We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much!

We were fortunate to have good weather. The previous weekend had a typhoon, and it looked like the following weekend would as well. During the day, we crossed by city bike from Aka Island to Geruma Island and then to Gaiji Island, and after all that effort, we were able to relax from the evening onward. The Room was clean. Dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful sea right in front of us was delicious. It must be unique to this island that deer came strolling into the garden.

Although we checked in during an approaching typhoon and heavy rain, a staff member went above and beyond to carry our suitcases and other luggage for us. The cottage was fully equipped with a washing machine, dehumidifier, bathroom drying function, a single-burner IH cooktop, and more, which was extremely convenient. The next morning the wind and rain had stopped, and when we opened the curtains we were greeted by a breathtaking ocean view!!! It was such a luxurious moment that we extended our checkout by one hour (available for JPY 2,000 per Room). Thank you for the wonderful stay. We also really enjoyed a beach walk after checkout!! We couldn’t do stargazing due to the bad weather, but next time!

This was my second stay, the first in seven years. The Hotel’s atmosphere—sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop and a jungle-like vibe—hasn’t changed, and it made me feel very nostalgic. There were notes explaining various creatures, along with booklet-like materials, and the Room was comfortable. We chose a plan with breakfast included; it’s a simple breakfast buffet, but it felt like eating Okinawan home-style cooking and was truly delicious. Even our children, who usually hardly eat breakfast, said it was tasty and ate a lot. I’m not sure when we’ll be able to visit again, but this is a Hotel I sincerely hope will be here for many years to come.
