The Onsen water has a silky, soothing quality and feels wonderful, but above all, the kids’ room was fantastic. Our 3-year-old grandchild loves it and had fun the entire time again on this visit. Seeing that happy smile is the best gift for us grandparents. This is our third stay this year, and we also have a Reservation for December 31 at year-end.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. I stayed here again this year following last year. The lack of an auto-lock was not an issue for me. It was sufficient and satisfactory. There was plenty of parking space, and I could also park my motorcycle.

Although it is a bit far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, the free Shuttle Service to the subway and Nishitetsu train stations was convenient. The view from the Room is great, and it is quiet. The Onsen in the large public bath also felt smooth on the skin. Next time, I would definitely like to dine here.

I stayed at the Hilton Seahawk next door while watching the Hawks championship ceremony. Even though it was Silver Week and the Accommodation was very busy, they handled my early check-in registration, I spent time at the nearby Facility until it was time, and then check-in went smoothly. I was able to refresh in a different atmosphere than usual, including soaking in a rock bath. As always, the front desk and restaurant staff were excellent, so I could enjoy my meal and check out comfortably.

We stayed in a cottage for the first time with our family and our dog, Maro! As soon as we stepped inside, the kids were thrilled, saying, “Wow! So clean! This is great!” Maro had a wonderful time running around on the lawn, and seeing how happy he was made us smile too. The sea was a bit rough, but we could still take a walk to the beach and had a great time. In the evening, we enjoyed a BBQ with our own ingredients. Everything was neatly set up for us, so preparation was smooth and we all had fun together. The amenities were excellent, and the kitchen area and cooking utensils were clean and easy to use. It was truly amazing to be able to relax with our family and dog without worrying about anyone around us. The kids were very happy too—it became a wonderful memory for our whole family. We’d love to come back again with Maro!

This was my third visit to Itoshima, the first in two years. Last time, after heavy rain the day before, it suddenly turned into a midsummer day, and the breathtaking sunset—changing moment by moment against the vast ocean—was truly moving. I enjoyed delicious food and the relaxed pace that only an all-inclusive stay can offer. This time had a different atmosphere and some changes. Arriving in a downpour with luggage, I climbed the stone steps to check in. What surprised me right away was “10:00 checkout”! I never expected it to be an hour earlier—maybe a pitfall of being a repeat guest? I was told it was changed because lunch service starts at 11:00 with reservations… but 10:00 still feels far too early. Since we spend about four hours round trip for an overnight stay, we want to relax as much as possible. If possible, I hope you will consider setting check-in to 16:00 and returning checkout to 11:00—I would be glad if this request from repeat guests reaches you. This time we dined while watching the post-rain evening scenery, and the food was just as delicious as ever—I was very satisfied. The soup course in particular had wonderful Japanese dashi flavor and was deeply comforting, and the tempura made from fresh squid (prepared after sashimi) was especially appreciated; as someone who loves cooking at home, having a professional fry dishes is a real treat. I stayed here during the Obon holiday. I came thinking, “The view looks nice, and as long as I can sleep well, that’s enough,” but in the best way possible, my expectations were completely exceeded. This time I stayed in a Japanese-style room before the renovation, and it felt very clean. The futon was fluffy, and above all, the view from the window was amazing. The Onsen wasn’t overly large and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, so I was able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality from the wonderful owner couple and all of the staff. Of course the Accommodation itself is very comfortable, but I think what makes you want to come back is this kind of genuine warmth from people. On top of that, at check-out there was an exclusive service for guests: a photo shoot by the owner, who is also a professional photographer! The beautiful photo data were later sent by email as well—it became an unexpected and very happy memory. I also heard they are continuing to renovate parts of the building little by little even now, so it’s exciting to see how it changes with each visit. I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of Accommodation it will become in the future. Even though I went planning “just to stay overnight,” I came home with wonderful memories—including the scenery, the Onsen, and meeting such kind people. I would definitely love to visit again. *This isn’t directly related to Hotel services, but please note that the entrance from the street can be a bit hard to find, and some parts of the road leading up to this Accommodation are narrow. If you’re coming by car, it may help to drive carefully on your way here.*

The scenery was wonderful, and the calm atmosphere made for a very comfortable stay. It was great to be able to see the horizon of the Genkai Sea from the Room. However, when I woke up in the middle of the night and looked outside through the window, I could see stars—and I thought how much more beautiful it would have been if the window had been clean. I usually don't write reviews for accommodations, but this trip was truly unforgettable, so I decided to share my experience. Around 12:20 AM, there was an unexpected power outage. While waiting for the power to be restored, it became inconvenient (cold and unable to flush the toilet), so I filed a complaint around 1:00 AM. It turned out that the entire area was affected by the outage and nothing could be done about it. I deeply regret filing a complaint under such circumstances. The power was restored around 3:00 AM, and I can only imagine how hard it must have been for the staff during that time. Looking outside, I saw people in the area working together to address the situation—it warmed my heart. The whole community came together as one team; it was truly remarkable and made me feel ashamed of my earlier complaint. Additionally, lanterns were placed in hallways without us even noticing when they were set up—this thoughtful response left me deeply moved. On another note, both dinner and breakfast were outstanding! Having traveled extensively and stayed at various accommodations before, this one stands out as exceptional (the cost-performance ratio is amazing; it's a level of service unimaginable on Honshu). Compared to other famous seafood regions like Izu, Ishikawa, Boso Peninsula, Ehime, Miyagi, Akita... even Hokkaido—this place ranks No.1 for me! The photos of meals are just a glimpse—they truly exceeded expectations. Due to unforeseen circumstances on that day requiring me to be in Hakata City by 8:00 PM., we consulted with staff who kindly adjusted our dinner start time earlier despite short notice and ensured quick service during our meal—I am extremely grateful. One minor disappointment would be with the bathing facility setup—I had booked a standard room but regretted not choosing a suite instead after seeing what they offered later on-site; if shown beforehand upon arrival perhaps would've upgraded immediately! Overall though—from handling unexpected events like outages or accommodating special requests regarding dining arrangements—this trip has been extraordinary beyond words thanks largely due efforts from your wonderful team members whom deserve heartfelt gratitude making sure everything went smoothly leaving lasting impression forever cherished memory indeed! If ratings allowed higher than five stars surely would give them here since overall experience surpasses expectations entirely deserving perfect score across board absolutely phenomenal stay thank-you again please continue providing such excellent hospitality always!
