Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

I’d only ever walked past thinking, “A stylish new Hotel has opened,” but when I happened to check IKYU and found a great deal, I made a spur-of-the-moment Reservation. I was surprised by how spacious the Room was—separate toilet, of course, plus a full bathroom, tasteful amenities and vanity area, and even a Nespresso machine. The open rooftop space was also beyond what I’d imagined. I was truly impressed by everything. I’ll definitely stay again. It also made me want to try the breakfast and afternoon tea! I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable. I would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

I often visit Kamakura. This Hotel is in a great location, and this time I chose a tatami Room, which was very nice. The soba restaurant on the first floor was refined, spacious inside, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

A wonderful Room that’s perfect for a first trip to Yokohama. It’s close to Yamashita Park, so we went for walks at night and in the morning. I was looking forward to the Minato Mirai night view, but I ended up more intrigued by the rooftop of a nearby low-rise building with a real local feel. In the morning, I was thrilled to see Mt. Fuji in the distance. The bath was spacious, and the shower felt great—completely satisfying. The amenities and in-Room coffee were just as expected. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options—it was hard to choose. I wanted to eat more, but my stomach couldn’t keep up. The parking is a tower system, but they guided us properly so we felt at ease. We were completely satisfied with everything—such a lovely Hotel!

We stayed here as a family. It was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access Enoshima and Kamakura. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to relax in the Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay here again.

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

As I did last year, I stayed one night at the Rose Hotel while tidying up my parents’ home. After finishing, I checked in at 3:00 PM. This time again, I was upgraded and stayed in a Room on the 9th floor. I was able to take a relaxing walk around Chinatown and Yamashita Park and do some sightseeing as well—it was incredibly comfortable. The in-Room coffee, made with portion pods, was delicious. Breakfast was a bit busy, but there were no long lines. The food was easy to pick up, and everything I tried tasted great—especially the shumai dumplings and rice porridge. I’d love to stay again.

I stayed at the Accommodation. As always, I had a very comfortable stay. I tried the tantanmen, and it was rich and delicious. I’ll be back again soon.

Close to the sea, and with a late checkout we were able to enjoy a morning walk at a relaxed pace. The atmosphere inside the Hotel was great, and the staff’s service was excellent! However, it seems the parking spaces are limited, so we used the coin-operated parking lot across the street and it cost nearly 5,000 yen. It would be even better if there were some subsidy for guests.

We stayed in an ocean-view Room as a family of three. The Room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The unit bath was also spacious. The Hotel was quiet throughout and felt luxurious. The view faced the sea, and at night the lights of the Bay Bridge and yakatabune boats were soothing. The next morning, a stunning orange sunrise rose directly in front of our window, with a sparkling orange line across the surface of the water. We’d love to stay again on a fireworks day. Amazing!

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I stayed for three nights with my elderly mother. It’s close to Shin-Yokohama Station and reasonably priced. Since my mother isn’t used to staying at a Hotel, I thought using the shower in the Room might be difficult for her, so we chose a plan with breakfast and Onsen access—and that was absolutely the right choice. Even though it was extremely hot in midsummer, we were able to soothe our fatigue in the Onsen and make it through all three nights comfortably. The front desk service was excellent, and the Room cleaning was also excellent. The Room was quiet, so we could rest well. We enjoyed a solid breakfast each morning, and my mother didn’t get worn out—we were able to fully enjoy Yokohama. As an aside, the Chinese restaurant inside the Hotel was also delicious. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

My daughter and her spouse, who came from afar, stayed at the accommodation. It was helpful for me as I didn’t have to prepare bedding at home, and they seemed to have enjoyed a comfortable stay using the large public bath.

It was a wonderful stay. The exterior is charming, and the interior—including the Room—was very clean and well maintained overall. The bed had just the right firmness, and I slept very well. Having an on-site restaurant was also very convenient. And the food was delicious. The location is excellent, and we had no inconveniences at all. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. I would love to stay again.

The staff provided clear explanations and guidance, and the view from the Room was beautiful. It was still warm even with the heater turned off, so bringing a short-sleeve shirt to sleep in was the right choice!! Since it was affordable, I wasn’t expecting much for breakfast, but there was a wide variety and we ate a lot with our child! Being able to relax and eat while watching the monorail made it the best morning.
