Four women stayed in a Japanese-Western style room—ocean view!! We relaxed on the spacious sofa, and our conversation really flowed. Above all, the meals were outstanding. Every dish in the creative dinner was simply “Delicious!” Breakfast was a perfect 100, too! The front desk’s attentiveness and the restaurant’s serving timing were also flawless.

We stayed one night at Hawaiians, then stayed here on the second night and visited Oarai Aquarium. It was a big help that there were no accommodation or breakfast charges for our child. There were three of us in total—my husband and I and our four-year-old—and we were more than satisfied for the price. I especially liked how clean the Room was, and my husband particularly enjoyed the breakfast waffles (with dried sweet potato?). All of the staff were very pleasant, spoke kindly to our daughter as well, and she was very happy. If we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again—this is my first time leaving a comment. Thank you very much.

This was my first solo trip, and I stayed here for the first time. I was very satisfied, as I was able to spend a quiet, extraordinary time just as the Accommodation’s concept promises. The food was delicious and plentiful, and best of all it was brought to my Room so I could relax and enjoy my meal there. The season I stayed was summer, but even in the open-air bath I didn’t see any insects at all, and I could enjoy it comfortably again and again. Perhaps you had taken insect-prevention measures? Thank you for such a relaxing stay. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again.

A girls’ trip to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We planned to relax at the Hotel, and it was even more soothing than we expected. Check-out was at 11:00, so we could take our time in the morning while gazing at the ocean. The view was truly amazing, and the ocean scenery from our Room, the open-air observation bath, and throughout the Hotel was incredibly calming. Listening to the sound of the waves, we were able to enjoy a slow and luxurious time. Every meal was delicious, and we enjoyed dishes that made great use of local ingredients. Everything looked beautiful as well, and you could tell each item was carefully prepared. We would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Last autumn, my wife (73) and I (75) both underwent surgery, and we were completely exhausted both physically and mentally. After the New Year, once things finally settled down, we planned an easy one-night trip nearby to relax. I always use IKYU to book travel, and after searching with various criteria, I found a reasonably priced Hotel with excellent Reviews. That was Hotel Green Core Bando, where we stayed this time. And the result... it truly was a wonderful Hotel just as the ratings suggested. The staff were very attentive, and the Room was impeccably clean. We stayed in a twin Room; it felt more spacious than expected, and the bathroom with a separate washing area was fantastic. Amenities are brought in by guests at check-in as needed, which I think is efficient and waste-free. And breakfast the next morning... simple but perfectly well-balanced selection—just as its reputation promised. I was surprised to see stewed offal on the breakfast menu, but it was outstanding. And of course—this is Ibaraki—natto was delicious too. It seems this Hotel does not serve dinner, but there are surprisingly many restaurants nearby; the izakaya we visited this time was excellent as well. Around the Hotel there are also many shops such as Japanese confectionery stores, pickle shops, and soba restaurants—and there’s even a supermarket right close by. The local people were down-to-earth and friendly, and without exception everything we ate was delicious. This time it was only one night, but there are many historical sights related to Taira no Masakado as well as numerous shrines—far too much to cover in just one night. Next time we would like to stay for two or three nights and enjoy traveling at a slower pace. Thank you very much for everything.

This was our first stay, and in short, both our dog and we were completely satisfied. The Facility was spotless and felt very clean. The daybed in the Room was extremely comfortable, and we were able to relax and lounge around together with our dog. Unfortunately it rained that day, but the ocean-view scenery was still wonderfully refreshing. Next time, I’d like to make a Reservation for the same type of Room again. The service struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—and left a great overall impression. There was also an excellent selection of dog supplies and treats; truly thoughtful service that anticipates every need. We enjoyed all of the meals and drinks as well—they were delicious. We’ll likely be back again soon, and we look forward to seeing you then. Thank you very much for everything.

The front desk service was courteous, and I appreciated that they promptly called a taxi for the next day. The Room was clean and comfortable. In addition, there is a convenience store attached to the Hotel, which is handy even when it’s windy and rainy. I would like to stay here again.

The property and the Room were very clean, and it was quiet at night with little noise from the hallway or neighboring Rooms, so I was able to rest well. However, since it faces a major road, the loud exhaust noise from groups of modified cars echoed for a while, which was disappointing. Around 4:00 PM on a weekday, no one was in the large public bath, so I could enjoy it in luxury. I also appreciated the free ice cream after bathing. Breakfast was delicious as well. Whenever I passed the cleaning staff in the hallway, they greeted me pleasantly and left a very good impression.

Upon arriving at Omoide Roman-kan by car, staff were already there and guided us to the parking area. Their service was polite and pleasant, leaving a great first impression. In the lobby, you can enjoy as many drinks as you like. There were draft beer, sparkling wine, and sake as well. It’s available not only at check-in but also after the baths, and they also had ice pops. No matter what you have, there are no extra charges. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, all of them delicious. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy local specialties. Here too, no matter how much alcohol you drink, there is no additional fee. The Room was a twin Room, very spacious and spotless. The sofa and cushions were perfect for relaxing comfortably. The baths were excellent as well—the tea open-air bath felt amazing. It’s also great that there is a separate riverside open-air bath. Large public bath before dinner, riverside open-air bath after dinner… I even went in both before and after breakfast. The massage chairs were free to use too. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and it was truly exceptional—everything was taken care of for us. I would love to stay again.

After a round of golf, I drove about 100 km on the expressway with my group and arrived at the Ryokan. Contrary to the first impression from the exterior, I was surprised by the charming atmosphere the moment I stepped inside. The Room was clean and well maintained, and the Onsen had excellent water quality that left me feeling refreshed. Dinner offered an appropriate number of dishes with well-balanced seasoning, and I was amazed by the boat platter of sashimi. Breakfast was also very delicious, and we left the Ryokan with a great impression—everyone in my group was pleased.

A family trip to celebrate my father’s 77th birthday. The all-inclusive plan was the deciding factor, as everyone could relax and enjoy activities, food, and drinks without worrying. The building is old, but the interior is clean and stylish. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious with beds, a Japanese-style room, and a living area—perfect for stretching out and relaxing. All the staff were kind and pleasant, making our stay very comfortable. On our way out, someone at the front desk took a photo for us—thank you very much.

The Facility is a bit old, but it was very clean and extremely comfortable. The meals were standard, but the content and portions were just right for an elderly couple; everything was delicious and we finished it all. The bath was clean with a great view. The open-air bath in particular was a cypress bath with an excellent view, and it was wonderful. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again.

A Hotel that is never flashy, yet conveys exceptional quality and refined elegance. The rooms are spacious, and the chairs and beds are extremely comfortable. Instead of a card key, the traditional heavy brass key is actually a nice touch. Amenities are also high-end, including Nespresso and L’OCCITANE. It has a dignified presence unlike design-focused city hotels. I was impressed—it truly lives up to its reputation as a Hotel patronized by the Imperial Household.

I stayed here on a business trip. It wasn’t as small as I expected, and there was enough space to move around comfortably. The property isn’t new, but it was well cleaned. Above all, I appreciated the large desk and the effective air conditioning. The front desk staff were pleasant, and I had no issues with overall convenience during my stay. However, the complimentary drip coffee didn’t taste good, which was disappointing—but since it’s a free service, it can’t really be helped.

Considering the price, this Hotel offers excellent value for money. The Room is compact but functional, with power outlets and USB ports by the bed—very convenient for charging a phone. The small table is also easy to use, and everything you need feels neatly organized. The bed is firm without sinking too much, which was great—I didn’t wake up with any lower back pain. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but everything was tasty and more than satisfying. There’s also a water dispenser available, which was very handy. This isn’t a Hotel for luxury, but given the Accommodation Fee, the Facility offerings are more than sufficient and its practicality is a real plus. If you want an affordable stay, this is a highly recommended Hotel.

Just down the escalator from the South Exit of Mito Station and before crossing the Sakura River—an excellent location with easy access. It was convenient to leave my luggage and pick it up later, and there’s also a lounge where you can relax freely until 24:00, which was great for taking it easy until my train Reservation time. The staff were kind as well. The free breakfast included a local dish called Nuppe-jiru, which was rich and delicious. The Room was spacious for one person and very comfortable. It was bright and clean. If I had to mention anything, a slightly longer shoehorn would have been easier to use, and the disposable slippers were thin, so I wish I had brought my own. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I felt soothed by the tatami flooring, by the staff’s kind hospitality, and by the simple, peaceful atmosphere. The location was also great, and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. However, next time I plan to request in advance that breakfast be something like “one type of fish plus natto.” *This is not a complaint—it's just that I can’t finish a large meal anymore as I’ve gotten older.*

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and both my mother and I were truly moved. We stayed here to finally see the nemophila flowers we had long dreamed of. Since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly stored our suitcases even before check-in. They also called a taxi company to ask about the fare as we debated whether to take a taxi or bus to Hitachinaka Seaside Park, and they prepared the bus timetable for the next day—thank you so much for your thoughtful help. At breakfast, the staff also suggested ways to enjoy the Danish pastry with different flavors, and it was delicious. This trip really reminded me how much a journey can be enriched by the warmth and care of the people who welcome you. Thank you very much.

I arrived feeling a bit uneasy because it was relatively inexpensive and a smoking Room. I checked in around 9:00 pm and was greeted with a smile. They clearly explained the bath, changing clothes, and breakfast. The entrance area felt spacious and luxurious. Other than a toothbrush and towels, you pick up whatever amenities you need at the amenity bar near the front desk, and you also borrow loungewear from shelves nearby. It looked like you could choose between yukata and jinbei. If you have a lot of luggage, this might be a bit of a hassle. It seemed they offered late-night soba from 9:00 to 9:30 pm, but I wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t use it. The elevator area and hallways are on the darker side, but it gives a calm atmosphere. Some Reviews mentioned odors, but I didn’t notice anything in particular. When I got to the Room, it was cleaner than I expected, and there was no noticeable smell. It felt like: two beds in a large Japanese-style room, futons in a smaller Japanese-style room, and one bed in a smaller Western-style room. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Internet is available via both Wi‑Fi and wired LAN. Wi‑Fi tends to slow down when it’s crowded, but if you connect your own small wireless router to the wired LAN, it’s comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were kept clean. The toilet has an electronic bidet seat. Breakfast is buffet-style: Western options like bread rolls with sausages, nuggets, and egg dishes, and classic Japanese items like white rice with grilled fish, natto, and miso soup. You can drink Saza Coffee at the complimentary drink bar (no extra charge), and even take it back to your Room. Very nice! It’s close to Hitachi Seaside Park, so demand is high depending on the season, but if possible I’d like to stay here again next year.
