We returned again, unable to forget the delicious meals and the staff's exceptional hospitality from last year. This is our second stay as a couple with our dog. We love the calm and quiet atmosphere of this accommodation with only three rooms. Thank you for your thoughtful

The hospitality extended to humans too—relaxing open-air baths and delicious meals made for an enjoyable stay. The rice was glossy and flavorful, while the bread was also delightful! It was a wonderful experience for both us and our dogs. As we were putting our dogs into the ca

As soon as we arrived, the staff came out to the car and helped carry our luggage. The attendants were kind and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious—especially the rice, which was so good I finished every last bite at breakfast! My dog also love

We had a wonderful time—laughing together as my husband and I saw sides of our dog we don’t usually get to see. The pet amenities were well stocked too, so we had everything we needed throughout our stay. When we visit Izu again, this is definitely where we want to stay. Tha

The dog run is very spacious and offers a great sense of openness. All the staff provide excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were incredibly delicious and satisfying. Seeing our beloved dog happily enjoy the "Wan-burg" meal brought a smile to our fac

Our beloved dog, who we were initially worried about, was a bit confused in the spacious Room at first but quickly relaxed and enjoyed the stay. Everything was wonderfully dog-friendly, which we truly appreciated. The Room and the food were both excellent, leaving us completely

I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors unique to the area and left completely satisfied. There were many thoughtful touches and services throughout the property that we could enjoy together with our dog, and I could really feel their “dog-first” philosophy in every detail. It was clea

We had a wonderful time! The staff's attentiveness was exceptional. We brought along our three dogs, and we were delighted that they called them by their names! The food was incredibly delicious, and ordering meals for the dogs was definitely the right choice. We would love

\nThoughtful touches for dogs were everywhere. Even though our dogs may look alike to others, the staff took the time to learn how to tell them apart so they could call each one by name and speak to them individually, which I truly appreciated.\nAnd of course, that same considera

” using our late dog’s name. It made me so happy and truly warmed my heart. The meals we had been looking forward to were absolutely delicious—personally, I especially loved the daikon mochi and the kamameshi. Above all, the staff member who served us was so kind; even our misc

From the service to the size of the dog run, this Accommodation truly put dogs first. We arrived late due to traffic, but they smoothly adjusted our dinner time, which was a huge help. The dog run was spacious, and our dog was really happy (lol). Because our dog is shy around st

All dog amenities were provided, parking was nearby, and it was very comfortable overall. Meals and the stone sauna are located in the main building, but it's just a short walk along the poolside. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and all the staff at the accommodation we

We stayed for one night on the dog-friendly Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Both the seafood hot pot and breakfast were delicious. The seafood hot pot portion was a bit small, so if you have a big appetite, I recommend bringing extra ingredients. For breakfast, the made-to-order omelet and French toast from the live kitchen were especially good. The bath area had fewer washing stations than expected, so you may have to wait during busy times. The shower was easy to use (adjustable water pressure and it didn’t shut off automatically), and the ReFa hair dryer dried even long hair quickly. There were also a pool and table tennis in the building, plus board games available to borrow for in-Room play—our child loved them. The Room felt like a luxury apartment model unit, with the bedroom clearly separated from the living/dining/kitchen area, so we could relax without worrying even after our child fell asleep. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch it on the TV. That said, it’s hard to ignore that some detailed cleaning in the Room seemed insufficient—especially how dirty the air conditioner and ventilation fan were, which was disappointing. The air conditioner had heavy blackish stains that looked like mold not only inside but also on the exterior. The ventilation filters in the changing area and toilet were packed with dust, which was shocking. Also, while the bathroom and kitchen areas were kept clean overall, limescale hadn’t been fully removed from the small sink installed in the toilet. Dog amenities were well stocked overall, making this Accommodation great value for money and one we’d like to stay at again—but because both the air conditioner and vents were truly dirty, I hope they will be thoroughly cleaned before our next visit.

This was a very cozy, dog-first Accommodation. We ordered a dog menu for dinner, and although our dog usually leaves vegetables, we were surprised to see them finish everything in seconds along with the venison (^^; Our meals were also very generous at both breakfast and dinn

The Room and location are great, and a cute kitty will welcome you. The pH 9.5 hot spring water and the hostess are wonderful. Meals are just right for older guests; younger guests may want to adjust with extra rice. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Tokyo, so I highly recommend it!

It was one of the best services I have ever received during my stays. I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Since last year, I have often stayed here with my dog. I love this Accommodation because we can dine together with our dog, and the meals are always delicious. The staff warmly welcome us, the Onsen is close to the Room, and checkout is at 11:00, so we can relax and take our time

First trip with our 2-year-old Shiba. The meals were beyond our expectations, the Room was just right, and the staff's care for our dog was professional and satisfying. Even though it was our first trip, both we and our dog seemed very relaxed and happy. We often hear about

The staff were kind and even interacted with our dog by talking to it and taking photos—excellent service overall! Dogs could roam freely within the accommodation, and since most guests had pets as well, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Note that there is no elevator

② Although we didn’t have high expectations based on the exterior of the building (apologies), our renovated room was very clean, odor-free, and our dog relaxed immediately. ③ The seafood Italian dinner course was delicious—Italian cuisine is rare in Izu! On the second night, t
