Pickup service The Room atmosphere—everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were able to spend a lovely time; we were truly happy and had a great time. We also appreciate the attentive care from the staff. Thank you for making our Miyajima trip unforgettable.

We visited on a three-generation family trip. On the day, strong winds caused the ferry from Shikoku to be canceled. Because we were traveling from far away, the Hotel called to inform us, which we really appreciated. Fortunately, we had planned to come via a port on the Honshu side, so we arrived safely, but their thoughtfulness made us happy. We had two Japanese-style Rooms next to each other. They were typical Japanese-style Rooms and you could feel their age, but they were very clean and well maintained. The view from the Room window was spectacular. When we woke up early, we could also see the sunrise and start the day feeling refreshed. Dinner was served at table seating in a large banquet hall. It was luxurious with local ingredients, and we were completely full. The staff member serving us chatted with us about various things, which was enjoyable. For the sea bream rice cooked in a pot that we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls so we could have it as a late-night snack. It was very delicious even when cold. We caused extra work for them, but we were truly grateful. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying. The large public bath also had an amazing view. The washing area was spacious and there was no waiting at all. It was thoroughly cleaned as well, which pleased us. In the early morning bath time, surprisingly many guests were already up early too, and it felt open and relaxing—a wonderful bath. I don’t think the building itself is new, but because everything was kept so clean it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay here. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. There were many smiles among the staff and they greeted us properly—it’s a Hotel where you can really feel how good their hospitality is.

Unfortunately, it was raining on the day of my visit, but towels were thoughtfully provided at the reception. The Room was filled with attention to detail. There is also a lounge stocked with various drinks and alcohol, reflecting their generous spirit of service. I would love to

At my family’s request, we wanted to stay in Onomichi, so we asked in advance for a birthday cake for our child. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. The cake had a gentle flavor, and the staff came to celebrate with us, creating a warm atmosphere. The view from the Room was amazing, and the meals featured local ingredients—we enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood. Although the weather was often rainy, they advised us on how to walk around the area while watching the weather and provided guidance on nearby stations, so we were able to visit most of the places we wanted to see.

We stayed as a group of four—my older sister, my mother, my aunt, and me—to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. Thank you for the flowers and message card delivered to our Room. Having photos taken during dinner also became a wonderful keepsake. You even prepared a special outfit for the 60th birthday celebration, which truly warmed our hearts. Since it was a weekday, the baths were not crowded, which was perfect for my elderly mother and aunt. For dinner (we chose a Plan with fewer dishes because two of us are elderly), everything was elegantly seasoned, and there were still enough dishes to leave us completely satisfied. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had in my life. In two years, I would like to stay again to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday.

The Hotel is located right in front of Miyajima Port, making access excellent and extremely convenient. Even before check-in and after check-out, we could use the lounge and enjoy ice cream, coffee, and other drinks. Depending on the time of day, there was also a momiji manju service, plus vouchers to redeem momiji manju at shops on Miyajima (including fried momiji), and candy ice cream after the bath—everything was thoughtfully provided. The facilities were very clean, and the buffet featured carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. With an all-inclusive plan that included alcohol as well, we were very satisfied overall. The lemon herb tea in the restaurant was especially delicious; we highly appreciated that it used Hiroshima lemons and herbs, to the point that we wanted to buy it. We think it would be great if it were sold in the Hotel’s souvenir corner or similar shop.

Since I arrived by train, the direct connection to the station was perfect. I could also see the Onomichi sea from the Room and had a wonderful time. The high ceiling made the Room feel more spacious than it actually was. The Room only had a shower, which was a downside, but overall it was a very good stay. I left relatively early the next day as well, and since it is directly connected to the Hotel, it was very convenient.

The location was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The taste and quality of the meals were also outstanding—everything was truly wonderful. I was impressed that the Room had a kettle of hot water, a pitcher of iced water, and bottled water at room temperature prepared in advance. It’s rare to find an Accommodation that provides three different temperature options, all ready to drink right away. There was a 10-cup kendama set in the lobby, and it became a fun memory as not only children but adults also gathered around to try it together. When the strings got tangled and we struggled to put it back properly, someone from the front desk came out to help us. It may seem like a small thing, but we really appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, tasted great, offered plenty of variety, and left us completely satisfied. It was also great that we could use the bathhouse from early morning until late at night. If there were an open-air bath as well, it would be perfect. If I have another chance to visit Miyajima, I would definitely stay here again.

We decided to take a family trip after seeing a YouTuber’s video. When you open the Room door, straight ahead is a fixed center window with an unobstructed ocean view. It’s a refreshing scene where the blue sea and blue sky feel as if they blend into one. For three of us, the staff prepared two beds plus a futon in the tatami corner. We rested very comfortably. The Onsen information explained that the source water is lukewarm, and that alternating between the mist sauna and the regular-temperature Onsen is effective, so we tried it. Dinner was a course meal. Because we made an all-inclusive Reservation, it applied during meals as well—we enjoyed wine and beer, of course, and even the apple juice was delicious. The presentation was beautiful, and we had freshly baked bread with olive oil. Breakfast was titled “Mom’s Breakfast,” and in the kitchen all of the women were working energetically. Having freshly cooked rice served straight from the pot was especially delicious. There was also a morning yoga class, which we joined. Even though it was mostly gentle poses, I sweated an incredible amount during the lesson. And after loosening up comfortably, it was time for another dip in the lukewarm source Onsen! The lounge offered sake tasting and a coffee machine as well, and for late-night snacks we had curry. There’s actually no TV in the Room, but we didn’t miss it at all. An aroma set with a wood-themed design was provided in our Room too, which also felt very relaxing. The Facility throughout the building was spotless. You can choose from samue loungewear, pajamas, or T-shirts for indoor wear—many guests paired pajama bottoms with a T-shirt as their outfit around the property. I kept thinking “I want to go again!” but since it takes five hours by car from our home, we won’t be able to visit for a while. Still, this is an Accommodation I’d love to return to. I hope this helps others.

My daughter and I stayed here to celebrate each other’s birthdays. We were upgraded to a spacious Room with views of both the sea and the mountains, and we were happy to relax and truly enjoy our time. We also visited the lounge on the same floor, where we enjoyed a generous selection of alcoholic drinks and delicious hors d’oeuvres plates. We can’t wait to come back again.

Staying overnight on Miyajima was definitely the right choice, and this Accommodation was excellent. The meals were outstanding, the Room was spotless, and the property felt remarkably calm despite the bustle outside. The lounge is a stylish space where you can enjoy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They also helped us with information about the island and ferry reservations, which we truly appreciated. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to.

The room is not very large, but it is very clean, and the shuttle bus between the hotel and the station was extremely convenient. It significantly reduced walking time under the scorching summer sun, which was a great help. Reservations can be made online, and the bus runs multiple times back and forth, which was truly appreciated. The driver was also a very kind person.

Just as everyone’s Reviews say, this is truly a wonderful Accommodation. Considering the price, both the meals and the service are excellent. The free loaner play equipment and the staff’s hospitality are also outstanding. The bioluminescent plankton viewing event was a lot of fun, the rabbits are adorable, and you can relax at your own pace. One thing I would mention is that although there are two baths, there aren’t any photos—so it would be helpful to have something that shows the view and size.

I stayed for one night with my parents (three of us total) with both dinner and breakfast included. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere centered around hinoki cypress, and I felt truly relaxed while enjoying the scent and warmth of the wood. The French dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and I was completely satisfied with both the presentation and the taste. Breakfast was also delicious, made with local ingredients, so I thoroughly enjoyed the meals throughout my stay. I also used the on-site public bath; since it was a weekday it wasn’t crowded, which allowed me to soak at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. Everyone greeted us with a smile and kindness, and their thoughtful attention to detail made me very happy. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and it was such a wonderful place that it naturally made me want to come back. My family loved it as well, and it became a great memory for us all.

This was my second stay. Breakfast was a buffet of bread and salad, plus a choice of one main dish from three options, and it was delicious. Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.

The view of the calm Seto Inland Sea was breathtaking. Having a golf course right in front added excitement as I imagined playing the next day. Above all, I deeply appreciate the staff's kindness in bringing my husband's forgotten valuables to the station. We are truly grateful for your help and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will definitely visit again!

The Room’s interior, Facilities, size, and location were all excellent. I wish I could end my review there, but there was one very disappointing issue. On the morning of the third day (Saturday) of our two-night stay, I found a spider about 10 cm in diameter in the bathroom during a morning bath. The spider itself may have come in when opening or closing the door or windows, and given the natural surroundings—and since I noticed it right before checkout—it wasn’t a major problem. The real issue was what came next. Since new guests might be staying that day, and some people may dislike insects or small children might encounter it (it was large enough to surprise even me), I worried it could ruin their trip. I called the published phone number, but only reached an automated message saying it was outside business hours. I also checked the pre-stay email guidance but couldn’t find any emergency contact information. I understand this Accommodation operates differently from a Ryokan or Hotel, but for situations where guests need to contact someone immediately during their stay (it doesn’t have to be public), there should at least be an emergency contact number provided to guests. In this case, I hope housekeeping removed the spider so the next guests could stay comfortably. However, please recognize that not being able to resolve urgent issues smoothly by phone can potentially ruin a trip, and consider setting up proper emergency contact arrangements. As mentioned at the start, this is an excellent Facility overall—but this one drawback alone makes me hesitate to book again.

The stairs were probably tough for Grandma, but we all had a lively and enjoyable stay. The weather stayed sunny the whole time, so we were able to fully enjoy our post–Golden Week trip to Onomichi. It’s also close to the station, with a diner and bakery open from the morning nearby. Since we wanted plenty of ice for evening drinks, we bought some at AEON about a 15–20 minute walk away. Requests: Use of the parking lot before check-in. Please reduce the room fragrance slightly (I liked it, but our child didn’t). The triangular sink strainer for food waste is unstable. The garbage sorting rules were unclear. The frying pan sticks/burns easily. It would be helpful to have a basket to carry items when eating on the terrace. What we liked: Very clean—everything was spotless. There were plenty of towels, and hand towels were already set up in the restroom. Aluminum foil had been placed in the toaster for us as well. Next time, I’d love to ride the Shimanami Kaido by rental bicycle or rental bike. Everyone said they’d like to come again too, so when we have time, we’ll definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

This Accommodation is an entire private house, so it may feel a bit oversized for two people for one night. However, since we had previously stayed in cramped business hotels, the sense of space here was on a completely different level, and it really helped us recover from the day’s fatigue. There are many Rooms, including some hideout-like spots, and there are also two toilets, so I think it’s ideal for groups staying multiple nights—especially for those who want to cook for themselves. That said, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, the bathroom cleaning didn’t seem to be done in time, and the drain was dirty. It was a bit disappointing given how great everything else was. Overall it was excellent, and if we have another chance next time, we would definitely like to stay again.
