I was initially worried due to my lack of familiarity with the area, but the hotel was conveniently located near the station, easy to find, and exceptionally clean. The Facility and amenities were excellent, leaving me very satisfied. Above all, the staff were polite and left

We traveled by car for family matters and were relieved to find a well-maintained parking lot. The room was well-equipped, and breakfast at Okage-an with a special set for guests was delightful. The desk with a chair and table set was also appreciated. The staff were kind and hel

It's just 3 minutes to Futako-Tamagawa and provides excellent east-west connections to places like Shinjuku and Yokohama. Staying in a spacious room at an affordable price made me realize there's no need to insist on staying in central Tokyo. The area is surrounded by plenty

The Hotel is close to the station, so it was easy to drop off my luggage and head out. Amenities were self-service, but there was a good selection of teas, which I appreciated. The desk was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable—overall a very satisfying Hotel. There is an I

At Stays, it's rare for staff to come out from behind the counter to greet guests during check-in. However, during this stay, I was greeted with a "Thank you for using us for the first time," and they even pressed the elevator button and guided me. I was a bit moved. I believe th

I liked how clean and simple everything was—it was easy to understand and comfortable. The Room bathroom was clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and the air conditioner worked effectively. I enjoyed the bath salts, with a good variety available, which

There is a PRONTO on the first floor of the Hotel, and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. One minor point: for eco reasons, the lower roll of toilet paper was left wrapped with instructions to use it only after finishing the upper roll; when we removed the wrapping

The Room was spacious and felt luxurious, with lots of wooden wardrobes. The bed was also very large and comfortable. The bathroom had a fairly large tub and a very spacious washing area, which was comfortable. However, there was no sink in the toilet area, so we had to leave the

The amenity bar includes everything you need (face wash, cleansing oil, lotion, moisturizer, cotton pads, etc.). For breakfast, I could choose between shirasu rice or plain white rice—I chose white rice and it came with a raw egg. It was very delicious! Coffee was also availab

The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

The semi-double Room was spacious enough for my daughter and me, and it was very clean. We were too tired to use the large public bath, so we used the in-room shower instead, but the amenities were well stocked, so it was fine even though we arrived with hardly any luggage. This

I visited by car, but the Hotel's parking lot was small, so I had to use nearby parking lots, which were scattered and a bit hard to find. There was an Onsen large public bath available, but I did not use it. The Room's unit bath with a separate washing area and bathtub is defini

The TV is large, and you can watch YouTube. There were no particular inconveniences. The only reason it’s not a perfect score is that the Room is small. Around 15 m² feels cramped. I’d prefer at least 18 m². There were no inconveniences. Being able to watch YouTube is appreciated

The mattresses were excellent, and we slept very well. The room also had a washer-dryer and microwave installed—very convenient! This hotel has a lounge on the 5th floor with spacious seating areas and complimentary coffee from a coffee maker. The sofas are so comfortable

This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

The Room’s vanity mirror was a nice touch as well. The spa Facility is stylish too—I was very satisfied with both the sauna and the cold bath, and the carbonated bath helped relieve my fatigue. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitel

This Hotel is in an excellent location—right in front of the station and close to the bus stop. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, and I was able to dine at a table that felt like something you’d find in a fine Ryokan. Because there was an issue with the Room I had Reserved,

At check-in, I received a ladies' amenities pouch at the front desk, which included not only cleansing foam and lotions but also a pack, mouthwash, and toe pads, and I was somehow moved by their thoughtfulness! The young female staff at the front desk were all very pleasant. It w
