- Good Points I stayed for three nights with my partner during the New Year holidays. The proximity to the station is excellent, with a convenience store and shopping street nearby, and Saizeriya on the first floor. The location is truly wonderful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with easy-to-eat sizes and flavors, leaving us very satisfied. The specialty oyakodon has a sweet and gentle flavor, with chicken that has a slight charcoal aroma, and it was so delicious that we ate it all three days. There are also limited New Year's menu items, which were very satisfying! Despite being close to the station and the street, the rooms were very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise or voices from other guests. - Disappointing Points We waited in the entrance on the first floor until check-in time, and it was very cold. For lower floors, if you don't plan your actions, such as checking out early, you won't be able to take the elevator down (due to it being full from upper floors). We had to use the stairs, which was difficult because one of my legs is slightly impaired. The amenities are not great due to the low price. Since we stayed for three nights, they provided new towels without cleaning, but despite being a stay for two people, there was only one set of towels, and no bath mat, so we had to call and request them. The cost performance is undoubtedly the best. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Amagasaki.

It was my first time staying here, and I was impressed by the convenient location near the station, the mostly covered pathways that kept me dry even in the rain, and the proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. Some points of concern: The bathroom had some red mold and dirt in places, which caught my attention. Additionally, the showerhead was difficult to fix in place, making it a bit inconvenient to use. Since the lobby is on the first floor instead of the second, the otherwise smooth pathway from the station is slightly disrupted. (That said, there is an elevator, so it’s not a major issue, but it might be challenging for those with a lot of luggage.) Positive points: The amenities were excellent. There were skincare products for both men and women, wash towels with the showerhead, and tea bags and coffee as beverages. The inclusion of chocolate-covered barley snacks was a fun and tasty touch. The elevator to the guest rooms required a card key to select a floor, which was great for security. The room itself was very comfortable, with a satisfying bed and a large TV that allowed access to YouTube and other features. They also provided luggage storage before and after my stay, and the front desk staff were all very polite and attentive. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, I left my card key at the front desk before going out, and I was impressed by how quickly the staff handed me the card key upon my return, even before I mentioned my room number. Although there were some concerns with the bathroom, overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

I stay here when attending night games at Koshien. This is my third time, and every visit I’m impressed by the courteous service from the front desk and lobby lounge staff, as well as the restaurant staff—truly what you’d expect from a Miyako Hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and I really appreciate being able to leave my luggage in the Room beforehand. Breakfast is open even if you arrive a little before 7:00 AM. It’s mainly Japanese-style, but one of the highlights is having fried eggs cooked to order on the spot, and I also enjoy that they offer Amagasaki champon. The Facility is a bit old, but it’s very comfortable, and I’d like to stay here again in the future.

The staff were very courteous, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. Since it was a smoking Room, the smell of cigarettes bothered me a little. Next time, I plan to make a Reservation for a non-smoking Room. I was happy that free coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours a day. There are many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient to walk there. 　There is a coin laundry, but since there are only three washing machines and three dryers, there were times when none were available depending on the time of day. My clothes dried nicely in one hour, which was helpful. Since my Plan included 12:00 checkout, it was nice to be able to relax after breakfast as well.

I stay here every year as my regular Accommodation. Overall, I’m satisfied, but I was very disappointed to find that the morning newspaper service had been discontinued. I have chosen this Accommodation as my regular place mainly for the meals and the newspapers, so if possible, I would appreciate it if you could resume offering two papers—Asahi Shimbun and either Nikkei or a sports newspaper. Thank you.

I have stayed here for the past two or three years. It’s conveniently located near both the station and a convenience store. When I checked in and entered my Room, the air conditioning was already on—excellent service. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no Room cleaning or bed-making service. You return the towels and the bag for them next to the front desk, but it wasn’t clear where to put them.
