It felt like an extraordinary Hotel experience, as if we were traveling abroad. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. At dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables in particular were truly delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas. There was a separate bath and shower Room, two toilets, and TVs in each Room. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter as well. As a mother, I was especially grateful for the washing machine in the Room—it really helped to be able to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the small amount of time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too! It was such a wonderful Hotel that made us think, “We want to come back!”

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

This was my first stay here, and it exceeded my expectations—it was a wonderful Hotel and I was truly satisfied with my stay. First of all… The Room was very clean and comfortable, so I could relax and take my time. Since spending time at the Hotel is one of the pleasures of traveling, I was happy to be able to enjoy such a comfortable Room. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes—more than satisfying. I also enjoyed ingredients unique to Hokkaido, making mealtime another highlight of the trip. Above all, what left the strongest impression was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile and provided kind, attentive, warm hospitality, which made my stay very pleasant. The Room, the meals, and the staff were all truly wonderful—this is a Hotel that made me sincerely feel glad I chose it. One of my goals for this trip was simply to stay in Niseko, and including the time spent at the Hotel, it became a great memory. If I have another chance to visit Niseko, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely time.

I always spend the summer in Hokkaido, and this time I visited Niseko again after a long time. Niseko seems to have changed quite a bit recently, and I chose this place because I wanted to see what it’s like now while also sensing an atmosphere somewhat like Karuizawa. The Hotel Room had a spacious layout that I really loved, and the Onsen was amazing—open 24 hours with free-flowing natural spring water. Dinner, one of the true highlights of traveling, was also outstanding. It was my first time having a chef prepare and serve each dish fresh right in front of me, and I truly enjoyed such a luxurious meal. The service was attentive down to the smallest details, and I was deeply impressed. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was our first trip to Hokkaido with three generations of our family. We were more than satisfied with the breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei and the wonderful Room, which was spacious and allowed us to enjoy privacy as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

I really loved the room interior. Enjoying Pierre Hermé desserts in the lounge at tea time was wonderful, and the lounge’s evening atmosphere was so lovely that dinner was especially memorable. The Mountain Lights right in front of the Hotel were also beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, has a lively atmosphere, and is delicious. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again.

Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I wished I could have stayed for about a week! The open-air bath was spacious and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed as two couples. We made the reservation based on the reviews. Upon entering the room, there was a Western-style area with twin beds, a small table, and chairs. Beyond that was a Japanese-style room with a low table and chairs. It was very comfortable to stay in. As for the bath, I personally thought it was nice, but my husband said it felt cold inside and only used it once at night. Dinner was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews. In comparison, breakfast left a slightly disappointing impression. Overall, I think this accommodation offers great value for money. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

On a return visit after a while, we had a Multiple Night Stay and were satisfied. There were a few minor points: even though the Room’s open-air Onsen bath and the shower booth are separate, there was only one bath mat; and there is no temperature control for the Room’s open-air bath. Still, the Room, the staff service, and the Onsen were all wonderful. Valet parking had a 3,000 yen charge, but they always responded quickly. Overall, we were satisfied. The food, service, and wine selection at the main dining venue HITO by TAKUBO were also excellent. When I mentioned that breakfast drinks didn’t include tomato juice and I was disappointed, they kindly brought it for me even though it wasn’t on the list. I would be even happier if it were available from the start. We would like to visit again.

It was a wonderful Room with a stunning view of rolling hills and distant mountains. The meals were beautifully presented, highly original Japanese cuisine, and the distinctive tableware—together with the interior—created a strong sense of cohesive style. The service was also pleasant, and their dedication really came through. Thank you for allowing us to spend such a relaxing, peaceful time.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

This is my regular accommodation in Niseko. The room is spacious, quiet, and offers a good environment. The onsen is relatively large and pleasant, but the thermometer has not been displayed for some time. I used to decide between the outdoor bath and indoor bath based on the temperature difference shown by the thermometer, but now I just test with my hand to decide. There are warning signs about slippery floors, but having some anti-slip mats would provide more reassurance. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. Conveniently located between JR Station and the Otaru Canal, about a 10-minute walk to either. The Room isn’t large, but it’s comfortable enough. The refrigerator is on the small side. The large public bath and open-air bath were great with well-stocked amenities, but bath towels and hand towels are not provided there, so bring them from your Room or request extras at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with each item carefully prepared. Reasonably priced and great value for money.

In late autumn in Niseko, I experienced an unparalleled luxurious time at a hospitality-filled hotel nestled among beautifully yellow-tinted mountains. The kind staff, fascinating artworks, and delicious cuisine were all one-of-a-kind, creating the perfect accommodation designed for enjoying peaceful moments. During a morning walk, I had the chance to meet Mr. Grick, and just before check-out, a Long-tailed Tit appeared by the window—these lucky encounters made my stay unforgettable and turned this place into one I am truly glad to have visited. It is an exceptional accommodation that I would love to visit again.

We were upgraded to a spacious Room as it was just before the summer season. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and easy to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to stay at a lovely Hotel in Niseko during the quiet and peaceful summer, different from the busy winter peak season.

I initially imagined a simple stay due to the Vacation Rental concept, but it turned out to be a very warm and lovely Hotel. The staff greeted us with smiles at the entrance, making the start of our trip pleasant. The Room had slightly simple flooring that echoed footsteps, but even with four family members using the beds, it felt surprisingly spacious without any sense of being cramped. The placement and size of the TV were perfect, naturally bringing our family together to enjoy quality time. Breakfast was served in a semi-buffet style with freshly baked baguettes and savory bacon that were absolutely delicious. The accompanying mayonnaise sauce and grilled vegetables were carefully prepared, making for a delightful morning meal. They also offer hamburgers and have evening service during winter. My husband commented that it was "a breakfast truly fitting for concluding our trip," looking very satisfied. We stayed during an Obon family trip, and the price was extremely reasonable, providing excellent value for money. It was an entirely satisfying stay in every aspect. We look forward to visiting again to enjoy that delicious breakfast once more. Thank you!

At first I wondered what I’d do if I forgot my key card when going to the restroom since there’s no toilet in the room, but I got used to it quickly. True to Hokkaido, the lobby, lounge, and restaurant have high ceilings and feel spacious, giving a luxurious atmosphere. The half-buffet with a choice of main dish was very filling and left me completely satisfied. It’s also very convenient with a supermarket next door and a convenience store right across the street.
