The Room is new, spacious, and clean. I had a very comfortable stay. The welcome drink included beer, which was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

In every respect—service, rooms, cleanliness, and location—this is an outstanding Hotel. While many Hotels offer simplified service these days, it was wonderful to experience traditional Japanese hospitality here. The breakfast was delicious, made with locally sourced ingredients—so much so that I’d happily return to Hokkaido just for this Hotel. I was especially impressed by the milk tasting and the variety of cheeses. Since the bar closes early, I’ll check in earlier next time so I can enjoy it! Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation because it’s conveniently located near the station and has a large public bath. Due to JR service suspensions, I had to check out suddenly, but the staff handled everything smoothly. I was in such a rush that I left something behind, and they responded kindly and carefully. It was my first time trying a buffet-style breakfast, so I’m sorry I couldn’t make use of it. I’d like to stay again.

As the hot summer was coming to an end, I wanted to visit cool Hokkaido, so I chose a Hokkaido Hotel listed on IKYU and stayed for two nights. It was a wonderful Hotel—tasteful and refined, yet not overly formal—so I was able to relax and unwind over three days. The Onsen was a rare plant-based moor Onsen that felt great on the skin and deeply soothing. Using it as a day trip costs 2,000 yen per visit, but I enjoyed five baths during my stay. As a coffee lover, I was especially happy that there was always a machine available to brew delicious coffee, and I refilled many times. Free vinegar drinks were also provided and were perfect after bathing. There was also a free ice machine near the baths. The parking lot was very spacious, so we had no trouble parking our rental car. When leaving, the airport direct bus stop was right in front of the Hotel, making it easy to board while keeping an eye on the time. Since we booked a Multiple Night Stay discount rate, there was no Room cleaning during the stay, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We chose a Plan with breakfast included: you can select from Western-style breakfast, Japanese breakfast, or soup curry, plus there is a buffet with salads, fruit, drinks, and more—making it feel truly indulgent. Having breakfast while enjoying greenery in the dining room on the first floor overlooking the garden made our holiday mornings especially pleasant. The only inconvenience is that dinner is limited to course meals; if you prefer something light you’ll need to eat out—but without a rental car most restaurants are quite far away. (That said, this is also why the location is surrounded by lush greenery.) Similarly, getting around for sightseeing without a rental car can be inconvenient. The station is also some distance away (about 15 minutes on foot?), and the walk there isn’t very interesting. The “Deai no Komichi” path beside the Hotel was lovely for a short stroll. A short walk from the Hotel led us to a nice cake shop where you can eat in as well. The cakes sold at the shop inside the Hotel were authentic hotel-quality pastries; we bought them twice and enjoyed them in our Room with free coffee. The bread sold there also seems very popular—by evening it was almost sold out. Overall we had a very satisfying stay at this Hotel life experience—and I’d love to return again.

Brand-new and truly flawless. The staff were courteous, and I was very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was spacious. The building is well constructed, so it was quiet and I slept well. Even though there was a noisy festival outside. It felt like a completely different Hotel from the previous Alm.

I’m always grateful for Dormy Inn. Whenever I come to Obihiro, I stay at Dormy Inn Obihiro. The location is great, the staff are helpful, and I’m very satisfied. I was excited to be able to watch more than just terrestrial TV channels. This time I had a massage, and the therapist was very attentive and had a wonderful smile. I’m truly grateful.

I stayed in a single Room. It was very compact, and for someone small like me it felt like a very relaxing space. (For larger guests, the toilet may feel cramped.) I also liked that the amenities were simple and just the essentials. Since a large bed takes up most of the Room, I was able to lounge around comfortably. The Room had a shower, but I wanted to enjoy a Moor Onsen, so I used a day-use Onsen at another Hotel just a short walk away. It was a large Moor Onsen with free-flowing natural spring water, and I was able to relax at length. And the Hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious!

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to try the Moor Onsen. Just as rumored, it left my skin feeling smooth and was very relaxing. It’s also located in the center of town, making it convenient to go out for meals. Although it seems to be a long-established Accommodation, the Room has been renovated and was comfortable to stay in.

This was our last night’s stay on our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen, which we were able to enjoy at a relaxed pace despite its small size. It’s right in front of the station, with many restaurants nearby, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfast was also delicious, and I think we stayed at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

Although the hotel seemed fully booked during Golden Week, the service was attentive and well organized. There were numbered tickets for breakfast, but people appeared to come in regardless, so they didn’t seem to serve any purpose, which was a bit disappointing.

Located near Obihiro Station and close to the nightlife district, this Hotel offers an excellent location where you’ll never have trouble finding food or drinks at night. The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

The necessary amenities were prepared in the room, which was reassuring. The location, twin room, service, Onsen, and breakfast were all comfortable at this Hotel. During our 4-night trip to Eastern Hokkaido, this was the most comfortable stay.

Located just a short walk from Obihiro Station Bus Terminal, the access is excellent. The front staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting guests with phrases like "Have a nice day" as they passed by. Complimentary onsen bath salts were provided, allowing for a relaxing soak. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. Thanks to booking several months in advance, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. One downside was that my room was right next to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the sound of it moving up and down through the walls (it sounded like a dryer). However, I still managed to sleep well due to being tired—the bed and pillows were comfortable. Requesting a room farther from the elevator in advance might have avoided this issue. On the other hand, breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, including meat dishes, steamed vegetables, and omelets. Adding more variety in bread (such as sweet Danish pastries) or desserts (like sweet potato treats unique to Obihiro) would enhance satisfaction even further. Overall, this is an excellent Hotel with high satisfaction levels—I would definitely choose it again for my next stay in Obihiro!

An affordable Accommodation with nothing to complain about

Ever since I found this Hotel, I haven’t stayed at any other Hotel in Obihiro. It’s a little away from downtown, so it’s quiet, but you can still walk into town, so there’s nothing to complain about. The Room feels a bit dated, but I have no complaints at all. The bathroom is spacious, and you can relax in a roomy bathtub. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Whenever I travel, I stay at this Hotel chain. The Room is very clean and compact, but it has plenty of space for sleeping. It’s just a little disappointing that the parking lot has only a limited number of spaces.

I stayed one night with my son for his high school tournament. The Room was smaller than I expected, but the bed was spacious. The bathroom is a compact unit bath, so it felt too small to use. I’d recommend going to a nearby Onsen instead. Breakfast was free so I didn’t expect much, but everything was delicious. The hayashi rice was outstanding! Also, the owner at the front desk (?) was very friendly and welcoming. If I come to Obihiro again, I’d love to stay here again.

Due to an urgent matter, I stayed for 4 nights and then added one more night. I had stayed at the Gran Terrace Main Building before, but I didn’t realize there was an Annex and made my Reservation without knowing. The Room is small, but very clean. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, fresh water and bath towels were provided daily on the door handle, which felt great. There was a refrigerator within arm’s reach beside the bed, with a shelf above it holding items like mugs and a hair dryer. The TV was large, and there was also a humidifier. On the 2nd floor in front of the elevator, there were amenities, hangers and an iron, plus different shampoo and conditioner from what’s in the Room (I wish I had used those from the start), coffee, a microwave, ice(?), and lots of manga! Only check-in is at the main building, but checkout is easy—just return the card key to the key box. I already made another Reservation (lol). One request: if possible, even a foldable table would be very helpful. The shelf space alone is just too small… Lastly, to the cleaning staff member! Thank you for greeting me so politely every day with a smile. Since I stayed multiple nights, cleaning must have been tough—sorry about that.

Although it was a small Hotel with older Facilities, the thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable. I would like to stay again.
