We stayed as a family trip with three generations. With wonderful facilities, lovely interiors, and delicious drinks and meals, we were able to fully enjoy everything. During our stay, we also enjoyed events such as Mountain Lights and fireworks, making it a truly memorable family trip.

The mirror was cute, the bathtub was amazing, and we’ll never forget the view exclusive to guests. Breakfast was truly delicious—delicately prepared with care that we could feel in every bite. It’s easily “No. 1” among all hotel breakfasts we've had so far—absolutely outstanding!

Choosing Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo for a relaxing stay on 12/29 and 12/30 was the perfect decision. It was the best surprise gift! The open windows with views of Tokyo Tower and skyscrapers were refreshing, allowing us to relax at ease. We had breakfast in our Room, where they bro

The meals were satisfying in both quality and quantity for both dinner and breakfast. The menu was thoughtfully crafted with visually appealing dishes that were deliciously prepared. Additionally, the pairing wines and sake served during dinner perfectly complemented the meal.

The air conditioning was quiet, and I slept very well. For breakfast, I really appreciated how the Hotel tries various thoughtful touches, and we enjoyed it. The freshly made dashimaki omelet had a gentle flavor but was beautifully prepared and delicious. Next time, I’d like to

The staff were truly wonderful, and I was deeply impressed. Their service was consistently polite and warm, and their friendliness stood out, making my stay very comfortable. The Hotel was also clean and well maintained, so I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast venue was lovely

The surroundings were wonderful, and this has become a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. The walking paths were lovely, and my dog looked like they really enjoyed the walks. There’s also an animal hospital nearby, which was reassuring. We’ll be back. It rained on the day we left this time, so next time we hope to come when it’s sunny… There also seem to be some nice shops nearby, so I’d like to explore them.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function. There is a simple drying area near the window. If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress. You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

Recommended by a friend, I enjoyed a tea ceremony and took commemorative photos at the historic gate. For breakfast, my mother chose the Japanese-style Italian breakfast, while I opted for eggs benedict and a smoothie—perfectly prepared after thorough research. After breakfast

The location is simply outstanding. From anywhere on the property, I could see Mt. Bandai beyond Yairoku Pond, and I was moved again and again. In addition, the service, dinner and breakfast, open-air bath, cleanliness, and the lounge’s ease of use were all excellent and comfortable. I’m glad I chose Urabandai Kogen Hotel for my commemorative trip. The nature that changes with each season must be wonderful as well, so next time I’d love to visit in a different season. Thank you very much.

The complimentary green tea was delicious, and the staff welcomed me warmly, making my stay very satisfying. The large public bath, including indoor baths, reclining baths, and semi-open-air baths (?), provided a comfortable space to relieve fatigue. The only minor issue was the

This Hotel impressed us in every way—hospitality, Facility, everything. At check-in, a staff member even came out to the parking lot to greet us. While enjoying a welcome drink, we received a thorough explanation of the property. The kids were beyond excited about how spacious and spotless the Room was, and about the view. There were thoughtful loan items such as card games, so not only the children but also we parents had a great time. We were also happy to find ReFa straightening and curling irons and a SHARP drum washer-dryer permanently installed, with detergent provided as well. The cleaning was impeccable down to every corner—truly impressive! (We stayed at another luxury Hotel the night before and noticed uncleaned areas and even flies, but here there was nothing like that—everything was beautiful.) At night, we relaxed by floating in the pool while gazing at the stars. And then breakfast—again, amazing: tender Wagyu steak in the morning and carefully prepared dishes using local ingredients. We had mentioned it was an anniversary trip, and they even prepared a cake and drinks for us. Every staff member was polite and warm; our 6-year-old son says it’s “the best Hotel ever.” I didn’t know Kouri Island could be such a wonderful place. We would absolutely love to stay again—with this Hotel as our main reason for coming back.

We had a very comfortable stay. They also looked after our dog, and we were able to attend a concert—it was perfect. Thank you very much.

The whole-wheat toast bread was fluffy with a gentle sweetness—so good that I’m ordering some now. Thank you very much for taking care of me. Thank you for such a comfortable time and space. I hope I can come back to stay again someday. P.S. The guest Room is 5 stars. The only

Breakfast was highly satisfying. Each dish was carefully prepared, and the timing of replenishing items when they ran out was excellent. I witnessed a guest drop a rice paddle on the floor (without informing staff) and put it back into its holder. When I tried to report this,

I ended up having seconds—and many other guests did as well. In every respect this was an excellent Hotel, and I was completely satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, having in-Room massage service would make it even more relaxing. It was a wonderful birthday and an amazing st
