First of all, despite being inside the bustling airport building, it was incredibly quiet—like a hidden retreat. The furnishings were not overly ornate, yet they were luxurious and beautiful, and I could relax in comfort. What impressed me most was the breakfast buffet—the best I

The staff at reception were kind and attentive throughout my stay. Lastly—and most excitingly—I discovered that one artist whose work adorned my room had also illustrated books I loved in childhood; they even designed adorable illustrations on hotel coasters showcasing their ver

The Hotel staff were friendly and provided pleasant service; the restaurant offered delicious meals with a calm atmosphere created by dimmed lighting at night; and both the Onsen experience and overall stay were comfortable as always. This Hotel makes me look forward to planning

Room, bath, amenities, meals, and hospitality—everything was extremely satisfying. My grandchild is still very young, but we would love to visit again when they are older—I’m sure they’ll be delighted. Before that, we’ll be back again as a family (lol).

We had a truly wonderful stay. Not only the Room, but also the bathroom and balcony were spacious, allowing us to relax at ease. The hinoki bathtub had a lovely fragrance, and the public bath was just the right size for unwinding comfortably. We enjoyed delicious offerings during afternoon tea and aperitif time, and the Western-style dinner made excellent use of quality ingredients with wonderful seasoning—every dish was satisfying. We would love to visit again just for this dining experience. Thanks to the attentive service from the staff, we truly felt this is a superb Hotel. Thank you very much.

Thanks to the warm hospitality of the Gold Lounge staff, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The pool area with its breathtaking views was also wonderful, and we fully enjoyed everything—scenery, dining, and relaxation. This time we stayed with relatives and had a great time at the Gold Lounge while enjoying champagne. Thank you for the wonderful memories. We would love to visit again.

The highly rated breakfast exceeded our expectations—everything was truly delicious! We enjoyed local specialties as well as Western, Japanese, Chinese dishes and sweets without getting bored over all three days. Finally, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding! From check-in to

The room was fantastic with both a great view and excellent comfort, allowing us to enjoy an extraordinary time. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with high-grade appliances, making them very user-friendly—highly recommended for a Multiple Night Stay. Instead of a buffet, del

I stayed for one night with my parents. The room was very spacious and stylish, yet it felt calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the sauna and unwound in the large bath. The bed was wide and very comfortable. I had read in a Review that breakfast portions were small, but for older guests it was more than enough, and we really enjoyed the delicious freshly cooked rice. I would love to stay again.

We stayed for two nights, and the menu changed slightly each day—very satisfying. The restaurant staff were also consistently attentive. If given another opportunity (depending on the price), I would love to stay here again. My family mentioned wanting to make this our regular

We look forward to visiting here every year. Thank you for your consistently attentive service and hospitality. We always enjoy delicious meals, relax at our own pace, and leave fully satisfied every time. My son and I are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you very much.

We stayed during the latter half of Silver Week. The weather was great on the first day, so the views were beautiful and we were very satisfied. It really is better when the grape leaves are still on the vines! We arrived at CAVE D’OCCI before noon, completed check-in, and had lunch at a nearby café. We ordered a pasta set—just the right portion and delicious. After that, we joined a private winery tour, which ended with a wine tasting. Everything was so good that we bought 12 bottles of wine! Since there was still time before dinner, we went to an Onsen Facility about a 3-minute walk away and relaxed. Back at the Hotel, there was complimentary white wine during happy hour. From 5:30 p.m., dinner was served with wine pairing. The food was excellent, and the wines were great as well. Since only CAVE D’OCCI wines are offered, there are no full-bodied options, so preferences may vary. Breakfast was also delicious—the tomato juice is outstanding!

The cheerful chef kindly listened to our requests, and we enjoyed delicious Miyazaki beef and wine in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. For breakfast, the three of us ordered different dishes—Japanese set breakfast, Western-style breakfast, and Eggs Benedict—and everything was excellent

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I have stayed here several times, and it remains a wonderful Hotel. The staff are excellent, and the meals are outstanding and delicious. This time, I also enjoyed seasonal ingredients that felt like summer and was very satisfied. The Room is also lovely, with beautiful fittings and flooring. It is quiet and relaxing. Whenever I come here, I can spend my time slowly and peacefully, which I really appreciate. I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here while searching for a home from another prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—everything exceeded my expectations!! The breakfast in particular was delicious and fresh, with nothing to complain about. I didn’t us

The guest rooms, the Hotel facilities, and the dining—everything is wonderfully artistic. Before dinner, I joined an in-house art tour, which was fantastic; I really enjoyed learning about the Hotel’s history, the renovation process, and behind-the-scenes stories leading up to its opening. Dinner was outstanding—each dish by Chef Katayama was delicate, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the lounge both before and after dinner, with great drinks and snacks; the beef jerky was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and beer as well. Breakfast was a delicious Japanese meal made with ingredients from Gunma. This is a Hotel I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.

I was so happy to stay here again after a while, and I had a wonderful time. As always, I truly appreciated the friendly, warm hospitality of the staff. This time we were also treated to a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, which left me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally! In addition, SCAPES’ original skincare products are excellent—I used the serum and toner thoroughly after my bath and my skin felt beautifully radiant. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

I have stayed at many well-known Hotels in Tokyo, and this was without a doubt the No. 1 experience. The view toward Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace was outstanding. While other Hotels have unfortunately lost their former views due to new high-rise construction, I believe this Hotel will continue to offer an unchanged panoramic view of Tokyo for years to come. The Room was very relaxing, and the thoughtful touches such as fruit and items in the refrigerator made for a comfortable night’s stay. I also visited the bar—the authentic pizza was delicious, and the staff were attentive, which made me very satisfied. For breakfast I had the American breakfast; everything was high quality, and with the pleasant service from the staff, it was a truly enjoyable time. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a more extensive selection of amenities, but overall it was an experience that ranks among my No. 1 stays.

Because our previous stay was so enjoyable, we returned. The Room, service, and hot spring Facility were all very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were prepared in a way that really highlighted the quality of the ingredients. The sweets in the Room and the herbal tea before bed were soothing for both body and mind. It’s been a long time since I’ve slept so deeply and felt this well-rested. Maybe it’s just my imagination, but my skin even seems to be in better condition. We would love to stay again.
