We chose a recently renovated Room, and it was very clean with a wonderful view—excellent overall. It was a three-generation stay, and having two sinks in the Room made it very convenient. One small issue was that the in-room meal took quite a long time—about two hours. Our child got a bit fussy, so we hoped it could be served in a shorter time. Overall, it was a very good Accommodation and ideal for our first trip with a baby.

This was my first stay. When we needed to change our dates due to a typhoon hitting directly, you handled it very courteously. The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

I’ve been staying here for over 20 years. Since retiring, I think I’ve been visiting a bit more often. I also enjoyed the renewed half-buffet breakfast. I’m planning to stay about two more times before the end of the year. As always, the staff were pleasant and welcoming, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much. One request: while the croissants at the current half-buffet were delicious, I would be happy if you could also offer the larger ones you used to have.

Although it’s a small Hotel, there are enough staff on hand, so it’s easy to ask even minor questions. Everyone is pleasant, and their greetings feel warm and friendly. The building has the charm of being built in more prosperous times—high ceilings and tasteful décor. The oceanfront lobby also offers a variety of small snacks and drinks that guests are free to enjoy. The bath is spacious, clean, and available 24 hours a day, which is wonderful. The ocean-facing reclining bath is especially relaxing. There are also two massage chairs that you can use at your leisure. Dinner is quite generous in portion size, so it would be nice to have a prix-fixe option. Surprisingly, the breakfast curry is excellent, with large chunks of tender beef throughout. The food is delicious overall, and it’s fun to try dishes that incorporate local ingredients in fresh ways. This Hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This visit back to the Accommodation was a firm promise we made with M-chan and N-chan’s family, whom we met here two years ago in August. That day, we played together at the dog run, shared dinner, and spent bar time talking about many things—it was a once-in-a-lifetime encounter during our stay. I still remember how incredibly fun it was. At the time, our M was still an only dog, but meeting M-chan and N-chan—who became friends with us—created an irreplaceable and wonderful bond. We were also truly happy to become friends with their dad and mom as well. At checkout, we made a strong promise: “Let’s all meet again here at this Accommodation someday, healthy and well!” But soon after that, we were shocked to receive the sudden news of M-chan’s passing. Her mom told us that she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in March. We were heartbroken that we could no longer reunite with everyone in good health as we had promised. Still, because this Accommodation was a place M-chan loved so very much, we wanted to honor her here—and so all of us were able to meet again. Together—with their dad and mom; M-chan and N-chan; our MM sisters; and us—we came back to the Accommodation saying “We’re home!” The staff welcomed us warmly with gentle smiles saying “Welcome back,” and M-chan and N-chan—and our MM sisters—were absolutely delighted. For dinner, they seated us next to each other, and it became a joyful dinner time as we talked together while remembering M-chan. At bar time as well, we shared many memories with their dad and mom and talked about what lies ahead; it was a warm, gentle time that passed slowly. We also had breakfast together afterward, then played at the dog run right up until the last minute—sharing truly priceless moments. We believe none of this would have been possible without the kindness and support of all the staff. We are filled with gratitude for watching over our stay until the very end with such warmth. This Accommodation truly brings people together! And it is a one-of-a-kind place—wonderful, beautiful, something you can be proud of—that helps fulfill promises made between beloved dogs! This is our third consecutive year staying here. We are highly satisfied in every way. The breakfast bread selection is especially outstanding. There are many Resort Hotels in Okinawa, but this one offers by far the best hospitality. We will visit again in January.

Then I was notified that a room had suddenly become available, and we were grateful for the opportunity to stay. It’s rare to find a Hotel where you can lie back in an open-air bath and gaze at Mt. Fuji. Thank you for such a wonderful time. I didn’t realize KUKUNA is a Hawaiian

I stayed here for the first time because they offered a Plan where the fish you catch at the fishing pond is served at dinner. I’ve stayed in Shirahama Onsen several times, but there aren’t many places that will cook your catch, so I really appreciated this Plan. Their coordination with the fishing pond was excellent—when we arrived, the application form was already prepared, and we could start fishing right away without bringing anything. They also packed our fish in a foam cooler with ice, and we checked in to the Hotel as-is. At dinner, two of the three fish we caught were prepared as sashimi and fried chicken-style, and we were able to take the remaining one home (thank you very much to the head chef). Our Room was No. 603 on the Royal Floor, with Shirarahama Beach right in front—an unbeatable location. The Room had a table with four chairs plus a sofa, and it was spacious and comfortable. My wife also said the washroom area was large, bright, and easy to use. For those going swimming in the sea, you can go straight from the Hotel out to Shirarahama Beach, so it seems ideal for families with children as well. The Onsen also had an open-air bath; it was spacious with great water quality, and we could relax while looking out over Shirarahama Beach (in the morning it switches to the first floor bathhouse, so there’s no view). Dinner was served in a private room and everything was delicious (if I had to say one thing, the sukiyaki beef wasn’t quite as good), and having our freshly caught fish on top of that made us more than satisfied. For breakfast we chose the buffet; there were plenty of options including Wakayama ramen, which was great. One example of their attentive service: when I almost forgot to pick up our fish to take home at checkout, someone at reception noticed and helped us bring it back safely. If I have another chance, I’d like to stay again with this fishing-pond Plan.

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

We stayed on Friday and Saturday, and we could see fireworks right from our Room, which really excited the kids. The Room was spacious, well cleaned, and spotless. The Hotel staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we definitely want to stay again the next time we visit Okinawa. The pool isn’t large, but it was clean, with an ocean view—perfect.

Whenever I visit Ishigaki Island, I stay at this Hotel. The view from the Room is wonderful, and the Facility is compact overall, making it comfortable and easy to spend time here. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it tastes good, and I’m happy they also offer several kinds of fruit. The price isn’t too high, and it’s in a convenient location, so I recommend it!

This was my second stay. Since it is away from central Nara City, the surroundings are quiet and you can relax. The drinks in the 8th-floor lounge while watching Mt. Unebi at sunset are wonderful. The Room has a unit bath, but I also recommend the spacious public bath nearby. This time, there were dishes from many countries, and everything was delicious. With Asuka and Fujiwara Palace designated as World Heritage sites, I expect more tourists in the future, but this is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

I stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period, and it was a truly wonderful stay. With only 10 Rooms, the Accommodation was very quiet and private, and I hardly ran into other guests during my stay. The Room was spacious and spotless, and the open-air bath in the Room was very relaxing, allowing me to unwind at a leisurely pace. The food was also excellent, and I was extremely satisfied.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything—from the building and location to the service and meals—was outstanding. They even took photos for her birthday celebration and handed us the developed prints at the end, which I’ve never experienced elsewhere and felt was an especially thoughtful touch. I love traveling and have stayed at many Hotels, including luxury properties such as The Ritz-Carlton, Hoshinoya, and Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto, but this was impressive enough to rank in my personal top five. I’d love to return again someday. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. I thought the Onsen quality was excellent. The meals were very generous, and each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. The simmered golden eye snapper was the only item that tasted a bit heavily seasoned. I was satisfied with the sashimi and golden eye snapper shabu-shabu as well—everything was fresh with no unpleasant odor. As it’s an all-inclusive Accommodation, I was able to enjoy plenty of drinks. I stayed in an annex, and while there were many stairs and it was a bit of a trek to the Onsen, I enjoyed the traditional atmosphere. In my Room, it felt like there were quite a few insects around the open-air bath. Thank you very much. I’ll be back!
