I made a Reservation under the No Meals Included Plan. It was great that we could enjoy coffee at the front desk and borrow card games and board games. The Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped even with four beds. The toilet and shower are in separate areas, but both were very clean. One minor issue was that the hair dryer’s airflow was weak, so it took a long time to dry. It also vibrated a lot and made a rattling noise, which made it seem like it might break—this part was a bit disappointing.

We enjoyed everything in line with the concept: nature, architecture, interior design, and the slow passage of time.

Because the door is unlocked using a PIN sent by email, we were able to use the property without any check-in procedure. When we opened the front door, we were welcomed by a pleasant aroma scent. The Facility was new, very clean, and wonderful. We fully enjoyed the pool and sauna as well. We brought our own float ring, but there were two large float rings provided, so it felt like we didn’t need to bring one. Since it was summer, we expected lots of insects at night, but there were surprisingly few, and insect spray and similar items were provided, so it wasn’t a problem. In the middle of the night, a large insect hit the window glass; when I looked in surprise, it turned out to be an approximately 10 cm rhinoceros beetle—amazing. There were also a few small frogs by the poolside, but they actually felt cute. The star-filled night sky was also wonderful. There is also a washer-dryer machine, which was convenient for drying swimsuits and more. Since it’s in a residential area, it can’t be helped that there’s no view or Onsen on site; however, Kujukuri Beach and an Onsen are nearby as well, so we enjoyed them together. There weren’t any particular negatives; if I had to mention something, the bed length felt a bit short vertically, and because the curtains are thin it gets bright in the morning and you may wake up early.

An amazing location surrounded by breathtaking nature. In the morning, we took a walk with the kids through the great outdoors, spotting animal tracks and even wild squirrels and deer. It was a magnificent experience you can’t get in everyday life. What makes SANU special is being able to enjoy it all with peace of mind. From helpful communication before our Reservation to well-maintained Facilities and equipment, plus advance information about the surrounding area, there’s plenty of support to help you stay comfortably. Our whole family was able to enjoy this extraordinary experience with confidence.

It was our first time glamping, so we were a bit nervous, but we had a very comfortable stay. The parking area had a noticeable animal smell, but the Room was well air-conditioned and easy to relax in. The kids really enjoyed interacting with the animals, so I highly recommend it for families with children who love animals.

The meals were high quality and very enjoyable. However, the private spa had no security measures, which was very frightening. I was worried because the door could not be locked, and when I left it was half open, so it seems someone entered the changing area while I was bathing. Even if access is time-slot based, I would like the door to be lockable.

This was my first stay, and the staff’s smiles felt genuine—not forced. Thank you to everyone for such a relaxing time. It was a Room that allows dogs, but there was hardly any animal or ammonia smell. We brought two dogs, and we were not bothered by any odor in the Room. Thank you for a wonderful time. I didn’t want to think about work starting again the next day. We’ll be back when it gets a little cooler.

About a 15-minute taxi ride from the nearest Miyaji Station, it’s accessible even without a car. The atmosphere is simply outstanding. Dining with the majestic Aso mountains and endless grasslands as your backdrop is truly irreplaceable. The Facility feels like a hotel restaurant in the American West. As it’s located on a ranch, there are plenty of horses on the premises, and of course you can also enjoy horseback riding experiences. With good weather, you should be able to catch the sunset sinking into the vast Aso landscape, a sky full of stars, and refreshing sunrise views with seas of clouds. There is also a large public bath. It’s a bit small, but it includes a dry sauna and cold plunge pool—perfect for unwinding while looking out over the Aso grasslands. It’s slightly disappointing that there’s no outdoor air-bath space (for safety reasons, the windows are kept fully closed), but you can still spot horses in the distance. Depending on the Plan, private time slots may be available as well, making it convenient for families.

The layout and furnishings were impeccably stylish—everything was perfect. It ranks among the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. They also responded to my questions very quickly, and I’d definitely love to stay again. However, perhaps because it’s close to the mountains or due to the season, it was a shame that the deck and terrace were full of insects at night. I also couldn’t use the open-air jacuzzi on the second floor at night. I understand it can’t be helped, though... Even so, it was such an amazing escape from everyday life that I still want to come back!

We stayed as a group of 2 adults and 3 children. The room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-prepared without any inconvenience. The view from the room was great, allowing us to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. At night, we could also see beautiful stars. Thank you very much! If I had to mention one thing, accessing the bunk bed room on the first floor was only possible via an outdoor staircase, which can be a bit cold in winter.

It is located very close to the Tanegashima Space Center. The pink building stands out. The building and Facility feel a bit old, but everything seems clean. There is no large public bath; you use the in-room bath, but the shower has good water pressure and the tub fills with hot water quickly. I stayed in a twin Room, which was relatively spacious and had a balcony. The view is wonderful, with an elephant watering area right in front of you. There are no USB sockets in the Room, so you will need a power adapter/plug. Perhaps because there were few guests, breakfast was served as a set menu: Western-style Eggs Benedict on the first day, and Japanese-style on the second day with chicken rice (Keihan). I also requested dinner: a Western steak course on the first day and a Japanese shabu-shabu course on the second day. All meals were delicious. The selection of alcoholic drinks also seemed fairly good. The staff provided pleasant service, and I had a great stay.

I love the ocean and was looking for a Resort Hotel where I could truly relax on my first day off in a while. This Hotel is in an amazing location with the blue Pacific Ocean stretching out right in front of you. Spending time in a beautifully furnished Room—lying back on the fluffy, spacious canopy bed, listening to the waves at leisure, and watching the sparkling sunrise—was pure luxury and bliss. The kind Hotel staff also shared great local food recommendations in Chikura and suggested places to visit—I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

The view, Facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. We really appreciated the thoughtful items prepared in the Room—it felt very considerate. Since we did a workcation, it was also great that housekeeping didn’t come in and there was a vacuum; we could clean ourselves whenever we wanted without worrying about timing. Things we were glad to have: - Vacuum cleaner - Rice cooker - Electric kettle - Washing machine, dryer, detergent - Plastic wrap - Dish soap and sponge - Separate trash bins for sorting and extra plastic bags - A sufficiently large refrigerator - Microwave - Dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pan, scissors, knife, cutting board, dish rack/drainer basket, spatula/turner, ladle, whisker/frother tool?, bottle opener (etc.) - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap - Power outlet by the bed - Plenty of outlets overall - Plenty of hangers Location It’s easy to get here by route bus from Haneda Airport or Kokusai-dori—get off at Ihe Bus Stop and it’s right there. You can also take the shuttle bus from the nearby Radiant Hotel. It’s a perfect walking distance to American Village; the route is along the seaside with clean paved paths so it feels great. There’s a large drugstore nearby as well as FamilyMart and a bakery; if you walk a bit farther you’ll find AEON and San-Ae supermarkets and cafés open from around 7 a.m. There’s also a car rental shop within walking distance—so we took the bus from Naha Airport and only rented a car when going on longer trips. View Because we spent a lot of time in the Room for our workcation, we insisted on an ocean-view Room on a high floor. That was absolutely the right choice. The main view is of the port area. You can see Chatan fireworks when they go off. Cleanliness Everything was very clean—including the kitchen and all water areas—so we could use them comfortably throughout our stay. Next time I’d love to visit with my whole family. I’d be happy if there were a repeat guest discount—and it would be even better if there were an option for one flat rate per room as well.

It was comfortable for having a BBQ with friends. The jacuzzi was also great.

I stayed alone, and the size and usability were just right. The staff were very kind, and I would like to stay again.

We were very satisfied last time, so we decided to stay again with everyone. This time, being summer, we also enjoyed the pool. The BBQ facility, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, shower booth, user-friendly kitchen, and spacious living room were all perfect. As I mentioned before, I personally love the fluffy beds and soft waffle blankets as well as the smooth shampoo and conditioner. The BBQ meat set was clean and delicious. However, most of us are not big eaters except for two people in our group; unfortunately, we couldn’t finish it all despite its luxurious presentation. I wanted to eat leafy vegetables but refrained since they were placed between raw meats in the set. It would be nice if there was an option to prepare a separate salad instead! Everything tasted great overall. For breakfast the next morning: leftover grilled meat from dinner turned into rice balls or French toast; mountain bread topped with potatoes, bacon slices or boiled eggs along melted cheese made up our menu ideas—but without an open toaster available (only microwave), achieving crisp results proved challenging—having one handy could make things super convenient though cleaning might become harder? At night-time viewing Akashi Kaikyo Bridge’s changing light colors felt stunningly beautiful! This trip added more fun memories shared among family members once again—we look forward eagerly returning someday soon!

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. Our Room was on the 1st floor and built in a semi-basement style, so the greenery felt refreshing and relaxing. However, staying with a dog comes with a lot of luggage, so carrying everything was a bit tough. We also used a stove guard as a substitute to prevent our dog from dashing out. The Room had a simple, natural vibe and was compact yet tastefully designed. The open-air bath had a pleasant sulfur scent, and we were able to soak and relax. It would be helpful to have a rod for lowering the roll curtain—climbing onto the bench to pull it down feels unsafe. At night, insects are attracted by the light, so we turned off the light while bathing; if you’re not comfortable with that, it’s better to use it in the morning or while it’s still bright. Going from the shower booth through the living area to reach the open-air bath felt slightly awkward (lol). Meals were prepared in an easy-to-manage way, and all seasonings were provided, which was convenient. It was our first time trying this kind of stay and we had a great time. Lastly, taking out the trash was a bit difficult. There was quite a lot of trash left in the bathroom bin as well, so we threw it away together; I think it would be good for guests to check carefully since it’s easy to forget. The value for money was great, and having an 11:00 check-out time was nice. There aren’t many Hotels with such a lovely atmosphere where you can stay with your dog, so I really appreciated that the design didn’t feel different from regular Rooms. Thank you very much.

We checked in early and were able to relax until dinner. The meals were beautifully presented, with great taste and satisfying portions. The timing of each course was also excellent. We always felt that the staff were quietly looking out for us. We hardly ran into other guests, so we could truly enjoy our own time. The only issue was that when returning to the Room at night, it was dark near the entrance and difficult to unlock the door. We would definitely like to stay again.

Our family of five stayed here. We had a great time with no issues. As for amenities, we wished there had been razors and a washing machine.

We always enjoy staying here. It’s close to both the beach and the station, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. The nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk, so it’s a good idea to stock up when you find one. This time, it was a little strange that there was only one set of amenities even though we were five people, but since everything was properly provided last time, we don’t think it will be an issue.
