The view is beautiful. The room is very spacious. At night, it gets completely dark, and if there are no clouds, the stars are stunning. The hotel's service is excellent. Although I didn’t use it, there is a pool available. The surroundings consist of fields, forests, and cows. It reminded me of an old but charming hotel in Ubud, Bali. For dining or shopping, you can reach the town by car in about 10 minutes. Both the airport and the town are nearby. The hotel offers a morning restaurant and drink vending machines; there might have been cup noodles available too (though I didn’t try them). The facility is somewhat old but functional. Hot showers work well, and the air conditioning was effective. While geckos may occasionally appear (as they do in Bali), I didn’t encounter any during my stay—they’re harmless anyway! There were a few small ants in the bathtub at one point but washing them away with water solved that issue. I made a last-minute reservation during peak season at what I thought was a reasonable price. If you’re concerned about some of these minor drawbacks mentioned above, this place might not be for you; however, if they don’t bother you much, your satisfaction will likely be high. I would love to stay here again!

This was my first visit. About a 20-minute taxi ride from Kibune, after passing through a peaceful satoyama countryside, you’ll find this culinary Ryokan by the Sanzen-in temple gate. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us with attentive service and treated us to shiso juice. The Room faced the garden and was a calming Japanese-style space. They said they bring Onsen water from Sanzen-in, and I was able to relax and unwind in the open-air bath. The lounge area was well stocked with drinks and ice cream, which was great. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, but since we had a late lunch, they kindly let us delay it by 30 minutes, which really helped. The dishes were beautifully presented, and everything was delicious. The appetizer featuring an Aoi Matsuri festival float decoration included Chinese lantern plant (hozuki), which made me feel the season. The pike conger (hamo) and sweetfish (ayu) were also beautifully plated and very tasty. Everyone at the Ryokan was truly kind, and their courteous service made me very happy. The Shuttle Service by bus was also extremely helpful. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

After my wife was discharged from the hospital, she successfully passed two follow-up checkups, and we finally planned our first trip in a year. While searching for an exceptional stay as a surprise gift, we found this Accommodation. In a completely private setting, we were able to enjoy a blissful escape from everyday life. The Room filled with bright light through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the vast grassland stretching out before us, the free-flowing Onsen and pool fed directly from the source, and the soothing sounds of nature—just what we could see and hear was enough to heal us. And yet, the chef’s warm personality reflected in every dish, along with stories full of love for Hokkaido, made it truly unforgettable. Using local ingredients along with freshly picked herbs and vegetables harvested right on the property, the unpretentious course allowed us to fully savor Hokkaido. From appetizers created right in front of us to a beautifully cooked main grilled over firewood rather than charcoal, every once-in-a-lifetime dish for that day alone moved us again and again—right through dessert. The wines thoughtfully recommended at just the right moments were also excellent. Small gestures—like turning our leftover corn rice into onigiri for a late-night snack—were deeply touching. The smooth, slightly thick Moor Onsen water left our skin silky soft, and I found myself soaking again and again after dinner, in the middle of the night, and at dawn (laughs). The steam rising into the night air under a sky full of stars was so calming I wished time would stop. Breakfast in the crisp morning air was also an array of homemade delights—we enjoyed every last bit of what this Accommodation has to offer. Spending time in an entirely private space where you can have endless views and the chef’s cuisine all to yourself—without anyone disturbing you—is truly one of a kind. Thanks to you all, it became the best possible surprise trip to celebrate my wife’s discharge. My stay at “Fuji Seiran” in Toda Onsen was truly special and left a lasting impression. What struck me first was the location. From the guest rooms and many areas throughout the property, you can enjoy luxurious views of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating a wonderful sense of being one with nature. On the day I visited, the sky had cleared after a typhoon, and the air was astonishingly crisp—Mt. Fuji’s silhouette stood out sharply in the distance. At sunset, the beauty of the sky was simply beyond words. The room featured a refined modern Japanese design that balanced calm comfort with an upscale feel. Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery at leisure was a truly indulgent moment that made me forget everyday noise and stress. The Onsen was also excellent—gentle on the skin, and afterward I could feel warmth reaching deep into my body. Dinner left an especially strong impression. Using abundant local ingredients from Izu, each dish showcased what makes this area unique: fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables prepared with great care one by one. Everything was beautifully presented, delighting not only my palate but also my eyes. The cuisine brought out the best of local ingredients and made my trip even more satisfying. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. In particular, Ms./Mr. S not only explained details about the Accommodation but also shared knowledge about local highlights and ingredients—and our conversations were genuinely enjoyable as well. Thank you very much. From check-in to check-out, I felt comfortable at every moment thanks to this high level of hospitality. With nature, views, cuisine, and relaxation all coming together perfectly, Fuji Seiran is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. It was a memorable stay that made me sincerely want to return again someday.

I usually don't write reviews for accommodations, but this trip was truly unforgettable, so I decided to share my experience. Around 12:20 AM, there was an unexpected power outage. While waiting for the power to be restored, it became inconvenient (cold and unable to flush the toilet), so I filed a complaint around 1:00 AM. It turned out that the entire area was affected by the outage and nothing could be done about it. I deeply regret filing a complaint under such circumstances. The power was restored around 3:00 AM, and I can only imagine how hard it must have been for the staff during that time. Looking outside, I saw people in the area working together to address the situation—it warmed my heart. The whole community came together as one team; it was truly remarkable and made me feel ashamed of my earlier complaint. Additionally, lanterns were placed in hallways without us even noticing when they were set up—this thoughtful response left me deeply moved. On another note, both dinner and breakfast were outstanding! Having traveled extensively and stayed at various accommodations before, this one stands out as exceptional (the cost-performance ratio is amazing; it's a level of service unimaginable on Honshu). Compared to other famous seafood regions like Izu, Ishikawa, Boso Peninsula, Ehime, Miyagi, Akita... even Hokkaido—this place ranks No.1 for me! The photos of meals are just a glimpse—they truly exceeded expectations. Due to unforeseen circumstances on that day requiring me to be in Hakata City by 8:00 PM., we consulted with staff who kindly adjusted our dinner start time earlier despite short notice and ensured quick service during our meal—I am extremely grateful. One minor disappointment would be with the bathing facility setup—I had booked a standard room but regretted not choosing a suite instead after seeing what they offered later on-site; if shown beforehand upon arrival perhaps would've upgraded immediately! Overall though—from handling unexpected events like outages or accommodating special requests regarding dining arrangements—this trip has been extraordinary beyond words thanks largely due efforts from your wonderful team members whom deserve heartfelt gratitude making sure everything went smoothly leaving lasting impression forever cherished memory indeed! If ratings allowed higher than five stars surely would give them here since overall experience surpasses expectations entirely deserving perfect score across board absolutely phenomenal stay thank-you again please continue providing such excellent hospitality always!

When I found this place while looking for Accommodation in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was never disappointed; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. I was moved by the care and attention the chef put into each dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only dogs but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great vibe. The entire Hotel was refined, clean, and very comfortable. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made me want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

Once again, I had a relaxing and comforting stay. The view from the large window, the warm personality of the host, and the thoughtful details in the room make this accommodation flawless. I travel to Okinawa just to spend time here. Thank you very much.

I considered booking a Hotel in Ishigaki Island, but I was drawn to the idea of "one group per day" and made the Reservation. The result was absolutely satisfying! The fact that we could enjoy BBQ was amazing, and they even provided insect repellent and BBQ equipment. Such thoughtful hospitality! The Facility was very clean, with even a washing machine and dryer available! It rained during our stay, so having these amenities really helped as we were struggling with laundry. One minor downside about the Facility is the hairdryer—it had very weak airflow but got extremely hot. If there were details about the hairdryer provided beforehand, I could have brought my own or prepared accordingly. We caused some inconvenience during our stay, but they kindly contacted us each time and treated us with great kindness. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely want to stay here!

I stay in this area about three times a week and had all my meals at my usual restaurants, so I didn’t use the kitchen much but recall that the cutlery was well-stocked. Although there were some minor issues, my stay was generally comfortable. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer!

Check-in was easy, and we were able to relax with the family. The bath is a bit shallow, but it is sufficient. We would like to use it again.

We ended up staying for two nights on short notice at the end of summer. For the past 7–8 years, we’ve stayed every year at similar places around Kamakura and Hayama, but this was our first time here—and our whole family agreed it was the best by far. Every Room was stylish and spotless, and the theater Room in particular was amazing—we all enjoyed watching movies together. Morito Beach is just a short walk away, and everything you need is nearby. We spent three days saying we wanted to move here as a family, and on the last day we had to calm down the kids who didn’t want to leave before heading home in tears. Due to our lack of communication, you had to make unnecessary preparations, and even after we left some luggage arrived—causing you a lot of trouble—but you handled everything very kindly. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The ocean view that greeted us the moment we entered the Room, the stylish background music, and every flower and decorative touch were wonderful. Unfortunately, we had strong winds and rain, but spending a relaxing, luxurious time in such a lovely Room was the best. Also, having the chef cook right in front of us became an unforgettable memory for our children as well, even though they were a little nervous. We would love to come back to enjoy the different views in summer, autumn, and winter from this beautiful Room. All of the staff were very kind. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a spectacular Room with panoramic ocean views, and the pool view was also amazing. Although a typhoon hit on our last day, the staff kindly helped us with the cancellation process and other arrangements. It was about a one-minute walk from the Room to the sea, and our family could enjoy a beautiful, empty beach all to ourselves—an excellent Hotel that even comes with a private beach. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay again next time.

I stayed here in midsummer, when the high was 35°C! The air conditioner was limited to 25°C, but even at 25°C it cooled the room well. The view from the bed was amazing, and although we decided on a campfire at the last minute, we were able to purchase what we needed and had a wonderful stay at this Accommodation. A supermarket is also nearby by car, and since you can cook here, making ajillo and salad became a great memory.

We stayed for two nights as a family of three with our 4th-grade son. It was a wonderful villa with an exceptional sense of cleanliness. The Room and the pool were both spacious enough, and our child was absolutely delighted. There is also a sauna, and my husband said it was amazing that you can go straight from the sauna into the pool. The view of Kouri Bridge from the Room and the pool is breathtaking. There were lots of thoughtful amenities that are great to have, such as a drum-type washer-dryer and phone chargers. It’s a villa we would definitely love to stay at again!

I stayed for one night with No Meals Included during the January holiday. The pension is located in a scenic area, and the interior has a bright atmosphere with sunlight streaming in. The room was spacious, and I spent a relaxing time watching the Izu Islands up close and the setting sun from the window. Since it is a little off the main road, the sound of passing cars is distant, allowing for a quiet time. Although there is a bath in the room, this time I enjoyed the soft water of the handmade open-air bath in a corner of the large garden while gazing at the sky. This time, I was also looking forward to dinner at a nearby sushi restaurant known for its delicious local fish, and I was provided with Shuttle Service from the pension, allowing me to enjoy local sake without worry, making it a great holiday. Thanks to the hospitality of the lovely madam and the friendly owner of the pension, I had a wonderful holiday. It is a property I would like to visit again.
