Our family didn't have any problems. - The TV remote was unresponsive. It was actually helpful that it didn't respond when our 2-year-old played with it, haha. I naturally think it might just be the remote in that particular room. I definitely want to use it again, and I even wi

I stayed with a friend after a concert at Kyocera Dome. The room, even at 18m2, was thoughtfully designed, very functional, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find bath salts on the amenity table in front of the reception! The breakfast menu was simple, b

At checkout time, every elevator was full, and it took a long time to get down to the front desk if you were staying on an intermediate floor. Due to security reasons, using the stairs was not an option, so I left my room with some leeway before 9:50, but still had to wait over 1

I have a hobby of staying at hotels. I love this hotel, so I keep coming back. It's truly wonderful no matter how many times I visit. Of course, if you pay more, there are better hotels, but I have no confidence in finding a hotel this perfect at this price. It's that amazing. Le

The lactic acid drink after the bath was gentle on my stomach and comforting. Then I took another nap in the room and enjoyed freshly baked bread and coffee for free from 2 PM. As everyone mentioned in the reviews, the bread was really delicious and high quality for being free. I

We stayed as a pair, and the twin room was spacious and clean. The elevator was wide and arrived quickly! It was simple, and the front desk service was excellent. There were many service events, and I wonder if it's popular with foreigners? People of many nationalities were using

This was my first time using this hotel. The room and the bath/toilet were clean, easy to use, and it was a very lovely hotel. The bath and toilet are separate, and you can get free coffee at the front desk. It's convenient because you can take only the amenities you need

The building and rooms are new and clean, and the front desk staff were kind. I went to Kyoto Station for dinner, but it's only two subway stops away. The station and convenience store are also nearby, so I recommend it. The breakfast was delicious too! I would like to stay again

I stay here every year at this time. What I particularly felt this time was that the service is excellent. I think it rivals that of a first-class hotel. When handing things over, they always do so with both hands and a smile, and they are very polite. Every staff member was

Since it was raining, being able to go underground was very helpful. Right in front of the hotel is Shiba Daijingu Shrine, where I went for a morning visit and was able to purchase a charm. The room was clean, and it was a very comfortable stay in Tokyo. Thank you very much.

So, we had no trouble at all. Also, the breakfast, although not abundant in variety, was very delicious. The whole family was delighted with the taste. It was a wonderful stay, as we could walk to Kyoto Station and Toji Temple was nearby. Thank you to all the staff. We would love

I was completely satisfied with everything. The bathtub and shower in the room were both excellent. It was clean. The amenities, including the shampoo and conditioner, were very good. In addition to face towels, there are also towels for washing the body. The hair dryer's airflow

For breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious Japanese and Western meal in a lovely space, eating leisurely and abundantly. The amenities were great. The room was well-equipped with a coffee server, kettle, hairdryer, and more, which was very satisfying. Above all, there were plenty of

It was very convenient and helpful. There is a convenience store right across the street from the entrance, so we could have coffee anytime, and there are many restaurants nearby where we found some hidden gems, which was very satisfying. The hotel has a modern feel, but we had n

I regret not using such a pleasant bath from the first day. Amenities, tea, and coffee are available in the room and lobby for free use, and the staff are kind and courteous, making it a highly satisfying hotel that doesn't feel like a business hotel. I will definitely use it aga

First of all, the breakfast is amazing. The quality of the steak is, of course, excellent, and the attention to detail extends to the fresh gluten gratin, stew in pastry, and Japanese dishes like eggplant and small taro. The mini parfait dessert is also exquisite. This time, th
