My wife was very satisfied with the DHC cosmetics included in the women's special plan. She even mentioned wanting to buy and use them in the future. All four of us were very satisfied with the breakfast as well. If we have the opportunity to stay again, we would definitely like

The hotel is close to Ueda Station, and although the exterior is... and the hotel is small, I was very satisfied with the interior, amenities, and service. There is a need to move between hotels for breakfast, but it's not a bothersome distance. The buffet, enjoyed in individ

We arrived late at night, but we were warmly welcomed. Initially, we considered staying in Nagano, but this hotel was close to the interchange, making it easy to get around, which was the right choice. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious

I have used this place many times. This time, I had breakfast during a busy period, so there were some missing side dishes, which is why I gave it one less star. It's partly my fault for the bad timing... I will use this place again when I visit Shinonoi.

I wish they had explained it at check-in. Also, the restaurant I always visit when staying at a Route Inn was closed, so I expressed my disappointment to the front desk at check-in. Despite the hotel's restaurant being closed, they didn't provide any information about nearby

The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options, and in these times of reduced services due to the pandemic, it was something I was satisfied with after a long time. The atmosphere in the kitchen showed they were working hard, and I was able to start my day feeling good. How

Despite checking in late at night, the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The bath was open until late at night, which was convenient. The shampoo and conditioner were pleasant to use. The room was well-cleaned and tidy. At breakfast, there was milk and Calpis available

Motorcyclists tend to be very attached to their bikes and are often concerned about hotel parking. I appreciate the male staff member who was considerate of my motorcycle. There are various evaluation criteria, but Route Inn leaves a good impression in all aspects.

The bath is excellent. It's located in the main building and is very clean and tidy. They happily replace the towels with new ones if you use the bath multiple times. I used it three times. The food is excellent. Honestly, I was quite worried, but the quality is top-notch. It's

I was particularly pleased with the breakfast, which was buffet-style with a daily changing menu and a wide variety of options. Doutor Coffee was also provided. The front desk service was quick and excellent. The only downside was that the bathroom in the room was small, but othe

I was wondering where to stay for my first time in Nikko, and I chose this inn because it is close to Nikko Toshogu Shrine and had good reviews. As the reviews said, the staff were very kind, and all the meals were delicious! The bath was also pleasant and wonderful. It was a

The twin room was more spacious than I expected, which was a relief. Although the railway was nearby, the noise didn't bother me. My companion stayed in a single room, and it felt a bit narrower than usual. This room was right next to the railway, so the noise was a bit noticea

It was a smoking room, but since it's a common smell in hotels, it didn't bother me much. The breakfast had a limited variety, but it was just right before golf. You can buy souvenirs at Kikyōan nearby.

The breakfast was delicious. I was able to use the large public bath and had a comfortable stay. They kindly provided a place for my motorcycle to be sheltered from the rain. Thank you very much.

We were extremely satisfied with the hot springs, delicious meals, and above all, the warm hospitality of all the hotel staff. Thanks to them, we were able to rest well, and the next day, we toured Kotakigawa Jade Gorge, Fossa Magna, and Jade Coast with a rental car we had reserv

The hot spring, known as one of Japan's top three beautifying hot springs, left our skin feeling smooth and beautiful even after bathing. We used the three private baths, each with a different atmosphere, and were able to spend a relaxing time. It was a ryokan I would like to use

And the room was clean! The breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied! If I had to say, it would be more convenient if the dressing room in the large public bath was a bit more spacious! But being able to stretch my legs and take a bath is a relief! Route Inn Yuki! Awesome

The breakfast was not overly extravagant but had a sufficient variety, and the rice and miso soup were delicious, which was very satisfying. There was a large public bath, which I used, but there were only four washing stations, so I thought it might get crowded and require wait

Since I only occasionally meet other people, I can almost have it to myself. This time, I was able to use the large public bath three times (after arrival, after a late-night snack, and before breakfast), and I was very grateful. The breakfast was also very delicious. I will stay
