I always use this hotel when I have an early departure in the morning. Even though it's a business hotel, I appreciate the first-class hospitality. Thank you for always providing a calm and highly satisfying stay. I plan to use your services again on my next opportunity, so

I was informed that coffee grounds and tea bags are always available at the front desk, so I picked some up when I returned from going out and went back to my room. The staff's response was pleasant, and I would like to use this place again if I visit Okayama City next time.

The front desk staff were kind, and I was able to stay at a low price. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff were pleasant, and I definitely want to use this hotel again. The Bikan Historical Quarter is nearby, and there's a convenience store downstairs, so it wa

It's easy to get around since it's close to the station. It took about 10-15 minutes on foot to get to the east exit area. The room uses a card key, making management easy. Having breakfast available was also helpful. The bread is delicious. I am very satisfied. I look forwar

As others have pointed out, the sound of running water is quite loud. It didn't bother me, but it might be an issue for those who are sensitive. The front desk staff were also very accommodating, and with its proximity to the station and good cost performance, I would like to use

We made the reservation online, but even when we called to inquire about storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out, they kindly responded. After the exam, they warmly congratulated us with "Congratulations on your enrollment!!" which made us very happy. It's a bit

An electronics retail store is also about a 10-minute walk away. The air conditioning is individually controlled, allowing for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is free and includes toast with margarine, honey, strawberry jam, and marmalade available. Coffee is available 24 hours. Bo

The person on the phone and the front desk staff upon arrival were both very pleasant, making me feel good. The amenities were also well-stocked, and there were additional provisions in the ladies' floor room. It's within walking distance from both Fushimi and Sakae, and even by

The futon was thin and a bit cold, but it seemed fine after adjusting the heating. It seems you can borrow blankets at the front desk, so I thought it would have been good to borrow one. The area might not have the best security, but being close to the station and at this price

It's also very conveniently located, just a short subway ride to Tenjin. We returned to Hakata Station and ate at a sukiyaki-style motsunabe restaurant very close to the hotel, which was very delicious. Back in the room, I took a shower, and the bathroom was spacious too. The a

I have had more opportunities to visit Sapporo since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, and I stayed here three times this year. Thank you for handling my forgotten items this time. I would like to use your services again if I have the opportunity to visit Sapporo next year.

Above all, the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff! Everyone is extremely polite and pleasant! Just for that reason, I would like to use this hotel again! The bed was spacious enough for me to sleep with my child, which was very appreciated, and I will definitely u

We used the free shuttle bus from Shinjuku and arrived smoothly without any traffic. We enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa, and the buffet was more luxurious than expected, which was great. The room at Willport was spacious, and although it was just the two of us, there were four

Stepping out of the hotel, you find yourself on Gofukucho, the main street of Shizuoka, with convenience stores, cafes, and even a Don Quijote nearby (yet, once you step into the room, it's very quiet), allowing for an enjoyable stay. My favorite part was the complimentary break

It included a face mask, eye mask, sheets for the feet, and more, which was very thoughtful. Thank you very much. There was also a free rental of various types of pillows, which I used and slept soundly. I really appreciate all the help. I would like to use this place again

I used this place for an impromptu stay during my trip to Hiroshima. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and kind. The room was clean and quiet at night, so I slept well. The double room with a unit bath felt a bit cramped, but it was clean, so I was able to use it comf

The vegetable stews and ohitashi made with plenty of ingredients, dishes with hijiki and seaweed, and those with baby octopus were all delicious. I loved the simmered mackerel with grated daikon and other stews. I also ate grilled mackerel every time. Of course, the spicy cod roe

The staff, both foreigners and Japanese, were polite and pleasant. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were enjoyed in a private room for just our family, and the content was excellent, leaving us very satisfied. The only minor issue was that the building's layout seemed a

From the parking guidance to the front desk, the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast, it was the best for me! I have rented a company apartment in September, so my last stay was at the end of August. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of me. I highly recommend the

The service was very courteous, and I was very satisfied with the shuttle service to Hakata Station. However, since the air conditioning was a multi-type, I would like it to be separated for each room. That way, I think it would be possible to have a comfortable night by settin
