After booking, I was informed that I was eligible for travel support, which allowed me to stay at a very reasonable price. There were many options at the breakfast buffet, and I left feeling full. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

All the staff were kind, and I appreciate their handling of my mother's somewhat complicated food allergies. Every meal was delicious and filling, and thanks to that, my elderly mother could eat with peace of mind and almost finished everything. Even though a taxi was arranged

This time, thanks to the considerate young staff at the restaurant, I was made to feel happy many times, so thank you very much. I enjoyed a long bath with cypress bath salts in a perfectly sized bathtub, delicious steak, cheeseburgers, and always had seconds of the Japanese brea

It's really lovely that their service extends beyond the hotel itself. Personally, I found the meals to be very delicious. The flavors of the ingredients were vibrant, and the presentation was cute, making it impeccable as kaiseki cuisine. The breakfast was also beautifully colo

I didn't want to stay at a business hotel around Umeda or Osaka, so I looked for a city hotel near Kadoma and Moriguchi, even if it exceeded my budget a bit, and found this place. I stayed in a standard semi-double room. The accommodation price fluctuates, and since it's a bit

I booked early for the Hamamatsu Festival. It was in a perfect location with a great view of the festival events from the room. In the evening, we didn't travel by car due to traffic restrictions, but I thought it was considerate that parking was available nearby for 1,000 yen pe

The entire facility was very clean. I've always dreamed of visiting Yufuin, but it was far and hard to get to... This time, my long-held wish came true, and it turned into a wonderful trip. I am satisfied. My mother-in-law seemed to be moved, saying everything was wonderful a

My wife and I, who live in Fukuoka, visited with our second daughter and our eldest daughter's daughter (1 year old) who lives in Oita City. It was a small inn, but I felt that the tableware and furnishings were wonderful. The meal was kaiseki cuisine, and they kindly provided a

It was our first stay in a year. The beds and amenities for three people were very neatly arranged, the extra bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The panoramic view from the window allowed us to see the skyscrapers of Shinjuku and even Odaiba.

Every staff member, regardless of their section, responded politely and was genuinely attentive. They engaged in casual conversations with a smile and stayed close to the guests until check-out, making it a very warm inn. I would love to visit again when I come to Nara.

Since it's winter, I think increasing the number of warm dishes would satisfy those who are sensitive to the cold. The room with an open-air bath and Japanese-Western style was comfortable. If I were to be picky, having a kotatsu would be perfect, but considering the hassle of CO
