A relaxing Accommodation that makes you want to stay again. The staff were very courteous and attentive. Breakfast was served in a lovely atmosphere, and it was very filling. The only drawback is that the on-site parking lot is very narrow. Our car required quite a bit of maneuvering and someone guiding us; there is also a flat lot farther away, but considering the weather and our luggage, we chose the closer option. It’s within walking distance of the bus stop, so we were able to go out after check-in as well.

Winter trips can be tiring with long hours spent outdoors, so I chose this Hotel focusing on whether I could also enjoy my time inside. I had a great time warming up in the sauna, taking a short break, and then returning to my Room to watch a movie. Thank you very much!

Although we had heard it was old, it was very clean and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly. It is a bit far from the hot spring town, but there was a free shuttle bus, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The food was delicious, and the kids loved the melon soft-serve ice cream. We wished we could have stayed for multiple nights.

It’s very close to the station, so it’s convenient for visiting the nearby dining and nightlife area. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. Inside the Hotel, I didn’t check carefully when I arrived and didn’t notice there were clothes and coffee in the drawers, so I recommend checking the drawers during your stay.

It was clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

We used the room for day use with my wife, and the front staff's service was excellent. Alcohol can be delivered to your room with just one phone call! The price is also very reasonable! The bath was amazing, and I enjoyed a mixed bath with my wife after a long time. We eve

We stay here every year for a Multiple Night Stay. The location is convenient, but it would be great if there were some variety in the breakfast menu for Multiple Night Stays. Regarding parking, as the contracted parking lot can sometimes be full, it would be helpful if the website clearly stated the fees for non-contracted parking options so we can plan accordingly in advance.

Of course, it was my mistake—I thought it was the Kabukicho Tower Hotel I always use, but it was a different Hotel. It’s nice, but the Kabukicho Tower Hotel is probably more convenient. That said, if you’re staying in Tokyo and plan to have a few drinks, I think this is a good Accommodation.

Since it was an APA hotel, I felt reassured about the Facility and the guest room. It would be nice if there were a selection of amenities such as skincare products. As others have mentioned, there is only one elevator, so you may have to wait depending on the time of day. The location was great—it's convenient, and from the Oedo Line station you can easily walk to Ueno or Asakusa as well.

The Room was a good size and felt clean, which was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included skincare items such as facial lotion. The price offered great value for money, and I’d like to stay again.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was spacious, soft, and comfortable. The hairdryer is powerful.

The room was clean with spacious beds; as a family of five (two adults and two elementary school children), we comfortably slept on two queen beds. Our middle school son slept on a sofa bed prepared for him in advance! Everything was great except for one downside: The large

I used it for a day-use stay. This is my repeat visit, and I absolutely love this Hotel because it is quiet, clean, and spacious. There are two sinks in the bathroom, and the size of the shower room and bathtub offers a level of luxury unmatched by other hotels. Considering its p

The exterior is beautiful, and the interior is also very clean. The room feels a bit small. I feel the price is on the higher side.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with No Meals Included. The room was clean, and the amenities were well-prepared, making my stay very comfortable. The location is also good, and I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay. This time, I chose the plan with breakfast included. There was a wide variety of options, and I left feeling very full. It was delicious!

I chose this Accommodation for the price and location, and it was very clean and wonderful! Thank you as well to the front desk staff for your kind assistance. It was a last-minute stay, so it’s a shame I couldn’t stay longer. I’d love to stay again!

As others have mentioned, the toothbrush was excellent, so I found it at a flea market app and bought one. The location was close to the station and easy to find. I’d love to stay again.

The front desk staff, both female and male, were wonderful. When I was caught in sudden rain without an umbrella, they immediately lent me one. The female staff member was kind and lovely.
