Not only is the Facility new, but it’s also impeccably clean, close to the station, and reasonably priced. There’s a convenience store on the first floor, and they will store your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. Looking at the details: a large TV, a large mirror, a spacious shower room with strong water pressure, an in-room safe, deodorizing spray, a suitcase rack, and stylish chairs that are comfortable to sit on. If I had to mention anything: the refrigerator is small and doesn’t get very cold, and the toilet bowl is on the smaller side. Overall, it’s almost too good—there aren’t many Business Hotels like this.

I stayed here last September as well, and I’m glad I could stay again this time. It was during a typhoon, so being close to the station was a huge help. No issues with noise from the wind and rain. I was happy that amenities were provided around the shower area. The laundry room was crowded the whole time, but on a typhoon day everyone is probably soaked and wants to dry their clothes, so it couldn’t be helped. I’d be very happy if there were plenty of VOD options! I’d like to stay again.

Convenient access from Shinsaibashi, and the Hotel lobby is spacious. I checked in at night, but it was reassuring to have staff at the front desk. The amenities are well stocked, including skincare items. There is no complimentary mineral water in the Room, but there is a water dispenser at the front desk—don’t forget to bring your own bottle. Breakfast offers rice, bread, pancakes, and a solid variety of dishes. The Room and bathroom are reasonably spacious, and overall it felt like a very good value Hotel.

Having amenities already prepared in the Room matters. I believe many guests want to get into their Room as quickly as possible and take a breather. Many Business Hotels have guests choose and pick up what they need after check-in, but simply knowing you don’t make guests do that is very reassuring. It may be a small thing, but it’s comforting. Wherever I go across The whole country, I look for an APA Hotel first. Thank you again for this stay.

I booked a Multiple Night Stay for two nights for a family member who was hospitalized at Jikei University Hospital. It was about a 7-minute walk from the hospital, which was close and convenient. The Room felt a bit small, and the bathroom was also small. There is a FamilyMart and My Basket nearby, which was also nice.

I visit Kyoto a few times a year, and this place is conveniently close to the station. Everything is simple and has everything you need—I'm very satisfied.

We used the room for day use with my wife, and the front staff's service was excellent. Alcohol can be delivered to your room with just one phone call! The price is also very reasonable! The bath was amazing, and I enjoyed a mixed bath with my wife after a long time. We eve

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. It was very convenient, as it’s close to the station and also close to the airport.

I was upgraded and enjoyed a spacious room in the accommodation I stayed at before. Thank you very much. It's close to the station, and next time, I'd like to try the curry lunch!

Very close to the station, with a LAN behind it. Shopping areas are also not far—an excellent location. We booked at a good rate: 39,000 for three days for three people. If I can get a price like this again, I would consider staying here again.

They upgraded me from a single to a double. Due to my schedule, I checked out before 10:00. On the way from the Room to the elevator, I passed a housekeeping staff member (a foreigner), but they did not greet me at all. I believe a pleasant greeting is the best way to start the day.

This was the only place I found, and I had heard there would be construction, but there was no noise. If the construction hadn't started yet, it might be better not to mention it during check-in as it could cause unnecessary concern.

The service and facilities felt appropriate for the price. I had no particular complaints, but there was nothing that especially impressed me either.

You can reach Mito Station via the pedestrian deck, and you can park conveniently in the adjacent commercial Facility’s multi-story parking garage with 24-hour in-and-out access. The room was also well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked. There is no large public bath, but we were able to relax with the carbonated bath salts provided as an amenity.

The natural and friendly response from the front desk staff was reassuring. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Although you kindly assisted me with membership registration, it has not been completed yet. I will continue with the registration process; thank you again in advance!

Staying here at an affordable price was a huge help. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at an APA Hotel. It was compact but clean, and although our Room faced the station, it was quiet and comfortable. Since we stayed as two people, I was a little concerned that when using the toilet you could faintly see a silhouette through the unit-bath door (haha), but we stayed to watch a baseball game at Tokyo Dome, so it was just a short walk away and there were convenience stores nearby, which was very helpful. I’d like to stay here again when I come to watch baseball.

The staff were courteous, and it was reassuring that the cups for coffee and toothbrushing were disposable paper cups. Overall, I was satisfied. However, one thing bothered me: the bathroom door is frosted glass and slightly see-through. It’s fine for family, but with friends it can feel awkward if you can faintly see someone sitting on the toilet. Since it isn’t visible from the room due to the layout, I could live with it. Other than that, it was truly comfortable, and I’d like to stay again with my family or on my own.

This was my first time staying here. It was truly impressive! It felt more like a luxury hotel than a Business Hotel. The location, parking, and Room were undoubtedly top-class. Thank you very much!

I had a relaxing stay. I will use it again.
