This was our first stay. It was our first family trip in a while, so we chose this place because it seemed enjoyable no matter the weather. Since we could use the Facility before check-in and even after the 12:00 check-out, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our time despite staying only one night. We had an issue with the card key, but it was handled courteously, and the gym trainer kindly offered helpful advice as well—really showing the high level of hospitality from the staff. We would definitely like to stay again.

Three of us stayed one night in a triple room to enjoy a live show with friends. In addition to the three beds, there was a sofa where all three of us could sit comfortably. The room was very well equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, and other tableware—everything we needed. We also enjoyed watching on the large projector screen and had a great time together. The location was excellent, so we were able to take a morning walk and easily enjoy sightseeing as well—shopping around town and having lunch in Nankinmachi were both very pleasant. Thank you very much.

Business trip Due to rising prices, amenities have been simplified compared with a few years ago, but considering the room rates, I feel they are making a great effort. The staff were excellent, and even during busy times the guidance was smooth, making my stay very pleasant. When I return to the Hotel at night, it’s also a quiet pleasure to receive small gifts such as APA Curry.

Since I was out and about all day, I stayed here just to sleep and used APA Hotel for the first time. It was spotlessly cleaned, efficiently designed with no waste, and thoughtfully detailed throughout—an ideal Hotel for business trips. The Onsen was also greatly appreciated; it helped me relax, improved my circulation, and I slept very well. I was also surprised that they clean the air conditioner filters every time. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

As always, I was able to check in quickly and smoothly thanks to the prompt and courteous service. All amenities were provided in the Room; the three-blade razor was easy to use, and I also liked that the toothbrush felt sturdy and there was plenty of toothpaste.

It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

Thanks to the excellent location and kind staff, we had a comfortable stay. The Facility was well equipped, and the curry was very delicious. Although the Room felt a bit small, our overall satisfaction was so high that it didn’t bother us at all, and it became a wonderful memory.

This Hotel offers outstanding staff service.

The Hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. A 2-minute walk from the East Exit, with a convenience store on the first floor and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was extremely convenient and very good.

The service was excellent, and the bath towels were thick Imabari towels—rare these days at this price point. The Room also had tea and coffee, along with cups, glasses, and teacups, so there was no inconvenience at all. Because the building is old, a drainage smell occasionally comes up, but it was manageable. At the breakfast venue, a highly capable male staff member handled checkout, guidance, and clearing tables (about twice as much as other staff) with a pleasant smile in an almost one-person operation. There were about four other staff members as well, but he seemed to work enough for three people on his own. I was worried he might be overworked. I truly hope he receives a bonus and can take some time off after the holiday period ends. The breakfast tableware also felt thoughtfully chosen: not the large plates typical of buffets, but long Japanese-style dishes for grilled fish, glass bowls for salad, and coffee cups with saucers—showing genuine care to help guests enjoy their meal comfortably. It left a very good impression. Dinner was Chinese cuisine; I had the Accommodation guest-only course menu and it was very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a stay where you could really feel their intention to make guests comfortable without cutting corners in odd ways. I would like to consider this Hotel again next time.

It was very efficient and nice overall. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner at first, but I eventually found the controls on the bed’s headboard. The large public bath was great.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price during the Obon holiday period. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It feels like many of the guests are international travelers.

I had another very comfortable stay. The familiar view from the window is always soothing. The hospital is also nearby, which is a great help. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. The amenities were well stocked, and I was especially happy to find ReFa items in the bath facilities. We also appreciated receiving amenities for our child sharing the bed with us—it was very helpful and a nice touch.

The bath was excellent. The staff were very courteous, and I would like to stay again. If I had to mention one drawback, there are many stairs, so I would appreciate a ramp.

First of all, the view from the Room was wonderful (Ferris wheel side). The Room was also clean, and I was able to stay very comfortably. At the front desk, the courteous service, clear explanations, and friendly smiles made check-in very pleasant. At checkout as well, the simple “Take care” was a really nice touch. This time I used it for day use due to work, but next time I would like to stay overnight.

This was my second stay. Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea. Thank you very much.

We stayed with a preschool-aged child, and thanks to your kind hospitality, we had a very comfortable stay. I’ve liked Daiwa Roynet since my days as an office worker and have stayed at your properties in many places across the whole country. Even with a different brand, the same sense of cleanliness remained, and the spacious Room and bathroom were excellent. The service was also wonderful, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of traveling with a child. Thank you for arranging the bed layout and for preparing extra pillows and bath towels. The shoes-off style was also very helpful when traveling with a child. I would love to stay again on our next trip.

I stayed for four nights on a business trip for the first time in a while. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet both inside and outside at night, and I had a comfortable stay. Compared to before, I didn’t have to wait for the elevator, so there was no stress. The front desk staff were also more welcoming than before, and their friendly smiles put me in a good mood from the morning.

Thank you very much for accommodating our same-day early check-in—it was a great help.
