Upgraded from Deluxe to Suite with the IKYU Diamond Member benefits. The Room was well-appointed and clean, and the staff were all lively and wonderful. Used the voucher for room service to enjoy a bavette steak, which was also very satisfying in portion. Additionally, rece

This Hotel is clean and relaxing, both outside and inside. The calm, tasteful interior made for a very comfortable stay. The attentive service was excellent, and I would like to stay here again. I also appreciate that you delivered the items I forgot.

During the Obon holidays, my daughter and her husband came back home with our grandchild, and we stayed here. It’s a Hotel specialized for children, and our grandchild was absolutely delighted. With the all-inclusive plan, we fully enjoyed both alcoholic and soft drinks. The meals were buffet-style, which made my daughters very happy as well. We also enjoyed the late-night snacks. We stayed in Room “Casual 10,” and since there are only two Rooms on the 8th floor, it was very spacious and cute. Everyone loved it—our grandchild especially—and kept saying how wonderful it was! The baths were also great; we were able to use both a private bath and the large public bath. Everyone was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

We booked the Plan with dinner on a riverside dining platform, and not only was the meal excellent, but we also had a wonderful time chatting with a maiko, which became a great memory.\nThe in-house Facilities were also superb, and we especially enjoyed the Onsen twice.\nWe were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Quiet and reassuring. Impeccably clean. From the stairs to the lobby, every space reflects the owner’s attention to detail. My favorite is the wraparound balcony—spending Kyoto’s magic hour here always leaves me feeling quietly happy.

This was my first stay, and it was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. The Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned in every corner, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this Hotel and would love to stay again.

Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.” If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient. It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality! We truly appreciated the Room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and special. For the 60th birthday celebration meal, thank you for arranging a private dining room at the restaurant, allowing all of us to relax and enjoy a memorable time together. We are grateful for the thoughtful care shown by all of your staff. We would love to visit the newly renovated Brighton Hotel again. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first stay, and I was satisfied with everything. I also appreciated the upgrade to a stadium-view Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, even without the upgrade, the Room was spacious, the Hotel as a whole felt simple and very clean, and the hospitality and service were polished—overall, a truly wonderful Hotel. Since I don’t visit Nagasaki often, I feel I had a genuinely great time with both sightseeing and my stay. Thank you very much. Please continue to maintain this level of quality and keep being such a lovely Hotel. If I have the chance to visit Nagasaki again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights on my first trip to Hakodate. The view was amazing, and everything—from the service to the Room—was excellent. The Hotel also offers loaner bicycles, and there are plenty of nearby options such as car rentals and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance of the station. There’s a morning market just a short walk away, so I had breakfast there. When I arrived in heavy rain, they immediately lent me a towel, which really warmed my heart. Even though I went in and out many times a day, they always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” There was no waiting for the elevator, which made everything comfortable. The Room was spotless as well. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again on my next trip. Thank you very much!

This is my fourth visit. Thank you to all the Kahala Resort staff who always warmly welcome us with a "Welcome back" at the entrance. I use it once a year to heal the fatigue of daily life. This time, we used it to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our son's birthday, a

We stayed here after hearing the pork cutlet ramen was delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed it for lunch. The pork cutlet ramen was excellent, and the beef bowl we ordered as well was also outstanding. We booked the lounge plan, and after lunch we visited the lounge; both the drinks and light meals were wonderful and very tasty. The Japanese set breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious as well. The service, meals, room, and view were all superb, and my wife immediately asked to come again. It’s about an hour door-to-door from our home, but we will definitely visit again to enjoy a special getaway. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your thoughtful care. This time, I used the 1F restaurant “P72” for lunch for the first time. I was very satisfied with the comfortable atmosphere and service, and with dishes that were a delight to both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast was as outstanding as ever.

On the second day, French toast had a crispy surface that paired perfectly with whipped cream. The lounge for guests offered ice cream, snacks, coffee milk drinks, and amazake—such a nice touch! The garden terrace provided a little moment of relaxation as well. If I must point

Thanks to the Diamond member benefit, we received a Room upgrade. The moment we stepped inside, the space was so generous that I couldn’t help but say, “Wow.” The interior was consistently styled with a Kyoto-inspired Japanese aesthetic, creating a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The indirect lighting was thoughtfully designed, and the Room felt especially lovely at night. The tableware included beautiful, like-new pieces from Noritake and HARIO. My personal favorite was the bath salts—soaking in the tub while surrounded by natural aromas was truly relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and having it delivered to our Room made everything feel effortless. Rather than a Hotel stay, it felt like relaxing in a private residence. This time we stayed for one night, but it’s an Accommodation where I’d love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay at a slower pace. All staff were polite and kind, which made us feel at ease. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The service was elegant yet warm, always prioritizing guests' needs above all else. Experiencing true excellence made it an incredibly satisfying day for both my friend and me. I left thinking that I absolutely want to find an opportunity to return here again within the year!

Above all, we were truly touched by the thoughtful care of all the staff. Thank you very much. We are sincerely grateful to have found such a wonderful place as Shangri-La Tokyo and met such wonderful staff. We hope to cherish this connection for years to come. Thank you again.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

Everyone, from the front desk and bell staff to the restaurant and shuttle bus team, provided genuinely pleasant service. The breakfast buffet was also high quality, and we were very satisfied! We made our Reservation to coincide with the Mint Bureau’s cherry blossom promenade.

That said, breakfast was delightful with items like French toast, Kobe beef croquettes, curry bread rolls, freshly baked madeleines—all delicious! However—one male chef-like staff member cleared empty dishes from tables wearing blue gloves without any smile or acknowledgment towa
