I visited for the first time with my daughter and my 3-year-old grandchild. On the day of our stay, I forgot my charger and asked at the station if one could be borrowed; the staff responded very kindly, which left a great impression. In general, all of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. Since light snacks, alcohol, soft drinks, etc. were available from 12:30 before check-in, it really helped with lunch. I also appreciated being able to enter our room well before the official check-in time of 15:00. The building is undeniably old, but it was well cleaned, and our room seemed renovated—spacious and very clean. The large public bath and open-air bath were also excellent. Part of the indoor pool and kids’ play area could be used not only before check-in but also until 12:00 after check-out. The buffet meals were delicious; in particular, the sashimi at dinner was extremely fresh—I loved making my own seafood bowl. The buffet selection wasn’t huge, but I was satisfied with both the taste and quality. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

The Accommodation Fee was very reasonable, making this a great value Hotel. The front desk staff were courteous and left a very positive impression. The drink bar was free to use until midnight, with a wide selection, so we used it many times. The breakfast was also far better than you would expect for something free, and we were very satisfied. There was a humidifier in the Room, which made our stay comfortable—Hotels often feel dry and can leave my throat sore, but that wasn’t an issue this time. They also provided towels not only for two adults but for our child as well, which was very helpful. Amenities such as toothbrushes were plentiful near the elevator, and we appreciated being able to take what we needed for our child freely. We could also borrow extra pillows, so the whole family slept comfortably. The only downside was that the Hotel parking lot has space for only seven cars and it was full, so we had to use a nearby paid parking lot. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely like to stay again when we are in the area.

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.

This Accommodation offers clean, comfortable Rooms—ideal for business trips. If you’re sensitive to hallway noise, complimentary earplugs are available among the free amenities to help you sleep soundly. It’s conveniently located near a lively downtown area for dining and shopping, and while the breakfast selection is limited, it was tasty and enjoyable.

It was a hotel my husband and I enjoyed on our own, but we came back again with our daughter and son-in-law and our grandchild. As soon as we entered the hotel, everyone was delighted by the complimentary drinks and snacks. Our 2-year-old grandchild ran around to their heart’s content in the play area on the first floor, and on the second floor they tried kids’ snacks for the first time. In the evening buffet, there were also meals for toddlers, and everyone was very satisfied. Even if we were a bit noisy, there were other guests with children around us too, so it felt like we could enjoy dinner comfortably without worrying too much. Our daughter and son-in-law also said they enjoyed themselves in the lounge at night. The next day, we played on the outdoor playground equipment and headed home very happy. We already got a request to come again soon. I don’t think there are many hotels at this price that are so considerate of toddlers and their parents.

After visiting Ise Shrine, we came here via the Ise Bay Ferry. Even before docking, the stately white building stands out, and you can tell it’s been well maintained without showing its age. Although strong winds were blowing due to a typhoon, the outside noise was minimal and we slept soundly. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western dishes; the scrambled eggs and overnight-dried blackthroat seaperch were especially delicious and memorable. Given that it was peak season during Silver Week, we were truly satisfied with the quality—thank you very much.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

We stayed here for a family trip on 9/1. We have a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old, and the staff were very kind to our children. The hospitality was wonderful, and we had an amazing time. Above all, being able to use the pool during the day made our kids so happy. The night pool has a more adult atmosphere, but our children also enjoyed experiencing something they don’t usually get to do. For the late-night ramen, a staff member told us it would be ready quickly and encouraged us to eat before we left. It was lightly seasoned and delicious. If I had to mention one thing, the changing room is quite far from the open-air bath, so it would be nice if there were showers or a changing area closer by. While you can’t deny that this Facility is old, it is very well cleaned, so there was no problem. For amenities, I thought it would be great if we could borrow children’s toothbrushes and shampoo. It was an excellent Hotel that made us want to come back again. Tateyama Resort Hotel—thank you so much!

Staying at this price during the Obon holiday is wonderful. Although the exterior looks a bit worn, the inside has been nicely renovated and we were able to stay comfortably. The meals also offered sufficient quality and quantity for the price. However, perhaps because it was Obon, dinner felt drawn out as it took quite a long time for the next dishes to be served. That said, it was an Accommodation with excellent value for money and a high level of satisfaction.

We really enjoyed the many great services, such as a welcome cake, all-you-can-eat ice cream, and evening cocktail service—wonderful not only for children but also for women. The pillow height was just right, so I slept very well. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

It was a wonderful Hotel. The Room was very spacious, and the view was exceptionally beautiful. I took photos many times while enjoying the view in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The Onsen was also incredibly relaxing and excellent. I would love to stay again.

Thank you very much for your always warm hospitality. We were able to enjoy both the dinner and breakfast buffet comfortably without feeling it was crowded. The food was, of course, delicious, and we ended up completely full. Next time, we would love to stay again when sightseeing around Mt. Fuji. Thank you in advance.

A trip to celebrate my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t fully enjoy the Hiruzen scenery and nature, but both dinner and breakfast here were a huge hit with everyone, young and old. Having nodoguro seared right in front of you and the morning French toast felt like a live kitchen—wonderful! There were also cheese fondue and chocolate fondue, but perhaps they aren’t as familiar to older guests, so on weekdays it felt a bit wasteful to set them up (haha). I filled up on easy-to-love treats like sashimi, tempura, and jingisukan lamb BBQ, so I couldn’t try everything. But being able to take desserts back to the room was incredibly thoughtful! The oden was refined and delicious, and there was unlimited grated yam for soba or rice—ahh, bliss. There were many international staff members, and they all worked with such energy—it was great to see. If the weather had been clear, the plateau and mountain views from the room would have been amazing too.

We enjoyed the Reservation-only open-air bath, the cave bath, and having them privately. We expected it to be crowded during Obon, but we were lucky to enter the cave bath smoothly. In the morning, the large public bath also felt like we had it all to ourselves—another lucky moment. The meals were enjoyable both dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes. The eel was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable. One thing: both beds squeaked a lot, which surprised us. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, so that was disappointing.

This was my first time staying in a room with a private open-air bath. The room was clean, and the open-air bath was very relaxing. Since it’s close to the sea, the sashimi was exceptionally delicious. Of course, the other dishes were also great—I ate too much. If I have the chance, I’d love to visit again.

On my first trip to Nasu-Shiobara, I stayed at Laforet and was able to relax in a Hotel set in a wonderful natural environment. The Shuttle Service driver and the front desk staff were very helpful, and the meals were delicious with a well-balanced menu. The staff who served the food also had excellent manners, which made the experience even more pleasant. The sulfur bath soothed my fatigue. The room was well cleaned and maintained, and I was satisfied with everything at an affordable price.

We stayed in a private cottage with an exclusive dog run! The cottage was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable.\nDinner was catered in the Room, but there were no drink services, so we went to a convenience store in the evening to buy some. We strongly felt it was necessary to bring our own items in advance.\nThe reception was far from the Room, and the guidance felt a bit rough, so we rated it 4 stars. However, we were very satisfied with the Room and found the hinoki bath soothing. We will stay again!

The Facility had a charming retro Showa-era vibe and a great atmosphere. The baths included an open-air bath and a sauna. There was no cold plunge pool, but I still felt refreshed. The Room was shared by four people, with two beds (Simmons) and two sets of futons, so it was spacious and comfortable. Meals were buffet-style with all-you-can-drink options, with beer including The Premium Malt’s and Shizuoka Mugishu. There was only one type of sake (a bit disappointing). They also had lemon sours, whisky, and shochu. There were plump, thick eel dishes, Hamamatsu gyoza, and a self-serve hot pot, and overall I was very satisfied with the selection. In the morning, we ate while looking out over the lakeside view. There were guests from various backgrounds, but the 분위phere felt calm, so we could relax peacefully. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Free drinks at the lounge corner, the manga corner, sauna, stone spa, and buffet were all enjoyable. The showerhead in the bath was positioned high and angled, making it difficult to wash my hair without holding it, but I was satisfied with the water pressure and mist. I would like to stay at other hotels in the same group as well.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, with convenient storage, well-placed mirrors, and a user-friendly bathroom layout—so much so that it felt suitable even for a long stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.
