A truly wonderful experience. Ocean view overlooking Takashima with Hoto Shrine. The room is spacious, bright, and equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, offering a clean and comfortable stay. The infinity Onsen pool, sauna hopping, ice sauna, and stone spa were all exceptional. Watchi

Everyone, from the front desk and bell staff to the restaurant and shuttle bus team, provided genuinely pleasant service. The breakfast buffet was also high quality, and we were very satisfied! We made our Reservation to coincide with the Mint Bureau’s cherry blossom promenade.

That said, breakfast was delightful with items like French toast, Kobe beef croquettes, curry bread rolls, freshly baked madeleines—all delicious! However—one male chef-like staff member cleared empty dishes from tables wearing blue gloves without any smile or acknowledgment towa

It is a wonderful Hotel. I really like it. I have visited four times this year. The Executive Lounge is particularly excellent. The view that stretches to Mt. Fuji and Yokohama The quality of the food presentation The hospitality of the staff I recommend it to friends a

Amenities included argan oil shampoo and even cream. The Hotel breakfast was a luxurious buffet with champagne, sushi, Japanese cuisine, and Western cuisine, leaving nothing to be desired! I thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel life. It became the most wonderful and favorite Hotel of

It was quiet and relaxing without any sense of hustle and bustle. I enjoyed using the Club Lounge during breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time. Each session offered delicious food, drinks, and a serene atmosphere for a delightful experience. The bacon and omelets at breakfa

My spouse, our younger daughter, and my 88-year-old mother stayed for one night. The arrival briefing was thorough and easy to understand, and whenever we had questions—at any time and in any place—the staff always responded accurately and courteously. What made us happiest was celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday at the restaurant: they kindly treated us to a special dish with sea bream, red rice, and sake. They also provided my husband with a purple outfit and took a commemorative family photo for us. It became a wonderful celebration, and we were deeply moved by the restaurant team’s thoughtful hospitality. The food was excellent, especially the fresh seafood. We also really enjoyed the Awa Odori event.\nThanks to everyone at the Hotel and restaurant, it was a truly memorable trip, and we are sincerely grateful.

In summary, this Hotel made me want to visit Okinawa again just to stay here. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and the Room's atmosphere, spaciousness, and comfort were excellent. The floating breakfast in the pool was stylish and became a wonderful memory. Morning yo

Thank you as always for your continued support. Thank you for arranging an upgraded room again this time. Thanks to you, we were able to fully enjoy a wonderful escape from everyday life, and we are truly grateful for the fantastic time. We look forward to staying with you again next time.

The coin laundry was convenient as we could check its availability from the room's TV. Above all, the breakfast, which was abundantly made with local vegetables and fruits, was truly impressive. It was really delicious. My wife was also very pleased. Thanks to this, it was a ve

We also enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities; they were clean and provided an elegant experience. One concern was that the Club Lounge did not meet my expectations. I had anticipated being able to enjoy a variety of Japanese sweets since tea and wagashi were mentioned; howe

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

I attended a concert at K-Arena and stayed at Hilton Yokohama. Since it’s right next door, it was incredibly convenient, and I was glad I could quickly get in line for the merchandise sales starting at 10:00 the next day. I also had dinner at Ocean Milano in the Hotel. The food was excellent, and all of the staff were wonderful.

The staff’s attitude and service, the Room cleaning, the bathroom cleanliness, the views and night scenery, and the lounge were all outstanding—I couldn’t find a single negative point. Adding breakfast was absolutely the right choice! The luxurious dishes, complimentary à la carte items, and drinks were all excellent.

Close to Haneda Airport with early-morning Shuttle Service. In addition, the Hotel was clean and the No Meals Included rate was very satisfying. It was extremely convenient and helpful when catching an early flight. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

In a word, I found it to be a very comfortable Hotel. The calm colors and atmosphere inside the Hotel helped me recover from the fatigue of my flight from Tokyo. The chilled shikuwasa drink I received at check-in was delicious! Thank you for upgrading our Room from a city view to a bay view. We were able to relax and watch planes taking off one after another from the airport. Breakfast was also exciting, with many Okinawan dishes on offer. Everything was delicious. As we are an elderly couple, we asked for a taxi to Shurijo Castle, and we truly appreciated how quickly you arranged one for us. We were also happy that it is close to the airport, and if we have another chance to visit Naha, this is the Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

The staff's pleasant greetings and hospitality were very well conveyed. In Okinawa, we have stayed at various other Hotels, but we have reaffirmed that Collective Hotel is the most comfortable Hotel for us as a couple. Thank you for your hospitality. We would like to stay a

I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Because it was raining heavily, I arrived early, but I was able to relax in the lounge while waiting, and since the Room was ready quickly, I was allowed to check in early. The Room had a body pillow, and the bed angle could be adjusted, so I could rest in a very comfortable position. The meals were thoughtfully arranged for both my husband and me. My meal had no raw items and was changed to options that considered the baby’s nutrition. It was fun to compare it with my husband’s meal as we ate. Everything was delicious. I’m sorry that I couldn’t eat very much and ended up leaving some toward the end. On departure day as well, we enjoyed tea in the lounge before checkout and were able to enjoy our stay until the very end. Thank you very much!

The Okinawa soba had a great flavor as well. For dessert, we enjoyed sata andagi mixed with vanilla ice cream and crushed nuts, beautifully presented at the live kitchen—completely satisfying! Breakfast tacos were also outstanding. Staying in Monterey to enjoy the meals is someth

It was a truly wonderful hotel. Around the day before our stay, they called not only to confirm the reservation but also to ask in advance about various details, and their hospitality was outstanding. The sauna and pool were great, and breakfast was thoughtfully prepared—adorable and delicious. The glasses in the room were so cute that I ended up buying some! It’s a fantastic hotel, and all of the staff were kind and lovely. If we have a car next time, it’s definitely a place we’d love to stay at again for an extended visit.
