This was my third stay, and it was just as comfortable as before. The comfort of the Room, the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge, and the hospitality of the front desk staff were all excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Chatan, Okinawa. The Hotel is conveniently located wit

Amenities included argan oil shampoo and even cream. The Hotel breakfast was a luxurious buffet with champagne, sushi, Japanese cuisine, and Western cuisine, leaving nothing to be desired! I thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel life. It became the most wonderful and favorite Hotel of

The best part was the DIY afternoon tea time offered in the lounge, which could be enjoyed with champagne. The locally sourced food and drinks provided in the other lounges were also very delicious, and the service from the staff was impeccable, making it a dream hotel stay.

The quality of food offered at the Club Lounge is exceptional! We enjoyed an abundance of fresh fruits, high-grade sweets, delicious sandwiches, and luxurious champagne. The food during cocktail time was flawless as well! The view of the Imperial Palace and National Diet Bu

This Club Lounge was unlike anything I had experienced before. First, I was amazed by the extensive selection of champagne and wine. In addition to Taittinger champagne, there was another type available, as well as rosé and white sparkling wines. The red wine selection included o

It was quiet and relaxing without any sense of hustle and bustle. I enjoyed using the Club Lounge during breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time. Each session offered delicious food, drinks, and a serene atmosphere for a delightful experience. The bacon and omelets at breakfa

Although our stay did not include meals (room-only accommodation), we spent tea time through breakfast entirely within Club Lounge "UMIKAJI." Thanks largely due-to-this convenience factor; most champagne beers snacks brought along ended up being carried back home unused! This tr

We look forward to visiting here every year. Thank you for your consistently attentive service and hospitality. We always enjoy delicious meals, relax at our own pace, and leave fully satisfied every time. My son and I are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you very much.

Amenities and linens are sufficient. The bathrobe after a shower is very comfortable. We tried both the 11th-floor Nadaman and the 1st-floor buffet for breakfast, and the 1st-floor buffet was overwhelmingly better. There was a wide variety of dishes. The homemade salted fish and

The coin laundry was convenient as we could check its availability from the room's TV. Above all, the breakfast, which was abundantly made with local vegetables and fruits, was truly impressive. It was really delicious. My wife was also very pleased. Thanks to this, it was a ve

After such a wonderful stay and breakfast, I felt recharged and headed to work. My friends enjoyed a late check-out and were able to relax. Our annual overnight get-together is always fun, but this time it turned into an especially lovely stay. I’d definitely like to visit again.

Not only the front desk staff member who assisted with check-in, but also nearby staff greeted us with smiles, which was wonderful. We added breakfast, and the Japanese set meal was delicious and very filling, but we finished it all. I had a brief chat with a female staff member at the restaurant, and she was very pleasant, making it an enjoyable time. The lounge was also a lovely space where we could spend meaningful time. Thank you as well for changing our room. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Because it was raining heavily, I arrived early, but I was able to relax in the lounge while waiting, and since the Room was ready quickly, I was allowed to check in early. The Room had a body pillow, and the bed angle could be adjusted, so I could rest in a very comfortable position. The meals were thoughtfully arranged for both my husband and me. My meal had no raw items and was changed to options that considered the baby’s nutrition. It was fun to compare it with my husband’s meal as we ate. Everything was delicious. I’m sorry that I couldn’t eat very much and ended up leaving some toward the end. On departure day as well, we enjoyed tea in the lounge before checkout and were able to enjoy our stay until the very end. Thank you very much!

Last year was for a family trip, and this time for business, but the hotel was just as exceptional. The breathtaking view of Kagoshima City and Sakurajima from the hilltop location, the spacious lobby, the courteous front desk staff of this luxury hotel, the room's size and imp

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The entire Hotel was unified in FAUCHON’s signature pink color scheme, beautifully balancing charm with refined luxury. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was surrounded by an exotic atmosphere, as if visiting a luxury Hotel in Paris, and I was able to enjoy a truly special time. At the top-floor restaurant, I also noticed many guests visiting from France, and it was impressive to feel such an international ambiance while staying in Kyoto. Thanks to the beautiful interior, sophisticated space design, and the warm hospitality of all the staff, this stay was once again comfortable and elegant. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

We booked the Plan with dinner on a riverside dining platform, and not only was the meal excellent, but we also had a wonderful time chatting with a maiko, which became a great memory.\nThe in-house Facilities were also superb, and we especially enjoyed the Onsen twice.\nWe were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

This time, I stayed in a room on the Executive Floor. The bathroom had a spacious washing area, making it very convenient to use, and I was able to relax on the comfortable sofa and king-size bed. I highly recommend using the Executive Lounge. The happy hour offerings of various

The breakfast buffet is highly recommended. We were able to enjoy tea and snacks in the executive lounge until departure, and I truly felt it was worth staying on the executive floor. With this quality, the stay was really at a great price, and I am very satisfied. I will definit

Although I initially booked an Economy Twin since it was just for sleeping, I was upgraded to a Standard Twin—thank you so much! The separate pajamas and curling dryer I requested in advance were clean and made my stay very comfortable. I would love to stay here again when at
