The number of dishes could be adjusted, so even my light-eating wife finished everything. The sommelier's stories were delightful, making it a fun and quick meal. Our room was a corner Room with a king bed, offering ultimate relaxation. My wife was also satisfied and expressed he

While completing check-in procedures in the lounge accompanied by matcha tea hospitality, I was greeted personally by the General Manager and even had a commemorative photo taken—an unforgettable experience that heightened my excitement further. From my upgraded room, I enjoye

The moment we got home, we already wanted to come back. This time there were various updates as well, which made everything feel fresh and exciting. “Room and breathtaking views” The clear blue summer sky was beautiful, and both sunrise and sunset from the Room were so stunning

Last year was for a family trip, and this time for business, but the hotel was just as exceptional. The breathtaking view of Kagoshima City and Sakurajima from the hilltop location, the spacious lobby, the courteous front desk staff of this luxury hotel, the room's size and imp

We booked the Plan with dinner on a riverside dining platform, and not only was the meal excellent, but we also had a wonderful time chatting with a maiko, which became a great memory.\nThe in-house Facilities were also superb, and we especially enjoyed the Onsen twice.\nWe were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The bathroom was also very comfortable; it was great being able to stretch out in the bathtub. Everything truly was wonderful from start to finish. We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you sincerely for all your help even before our stay by answering our questions—tha

Spending time on the balcony of the guest room with a cup of coffee provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, allowing for a refreshing experience in the heart of the city. The Club Lounge features an extensive selection of both alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, making it en

We visited all four during tea time and cocktail time. To reach each lounge, we walked through the beautifully maintained hotel garden illuminated by bamboo lanterns at night—a truly stunning sight. Each lounge offered a unique experience with different themes such as Japanes

We stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us. The Room felt very new and was impeccably clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. It was great to have both yukata and pajamas available. They also quickly exchanged the yukata size for us, which was very helpful. We headed to the bath right away. The large public bath was very clean, and we loved that the shower kept running without having to press the button repeatedly! Bathing while looking at the castle was wonderful. The hair dryers in the changing area were ReFa. The muscat vinegar drink in the post-bath lounge was so delicious that even our children—who usually find fruit vinegar drinks too sour—went back for seconds. Since our Room included lounge access, we used the massage chair there, enjoyed some drinks, and felt refreshed. Also, the bed in our Room was incredibly comfortable—I may have slept better than I ever have while traveling. I think it’s a great fit for those who like pillows that are fluffy, soft, and low-profile. The next morning we had breakfast at Mimasaka Kitchen. We already knew it had a good reputation, but it exceeded our expectations—the lightly seasoned side dishes and wide variety of desserts that weren’t overly sweet were more than satisfying. Even better were the onigiri made by one of the staff members—perfectly light and fluffy—and our whole family couldn’t stop praising them. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this Accommodation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us during our stay.

The quality of food offered at the Club Lounge is exceptional! We enjoyed an abundance of fresh fruits, high-grade sweets, delicious sandwiches, and luxurious champagne. The food during cocktail time was flawless as well! The view of the Imperial Palace and National Diet Bu

We look forward to visiting here every year. Thank you for your consistently attentive service and hospitality. We always enjoy delicious meals, relax at our own pace, and leave fully satisfied every time. My son and I are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you very much.

A truly wonderful experience. Ocean view overlooking Takashima with Hoto Shrine. The room is spacious, bright, and equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, offering a clean and comfortable stay. The infinity Onsen pool, sauna hopping, ice sauna, and stone spa were all exceptional. Watchi

Although our stay did not include meals (room-only accommodation), we spent tea time through breakfast entirely within Club Lounge "UMIKAJI." Thanks largely due-to-this convenience factor; most champagne beers snacks brought along ended up being carried back home unused! This tr

We stayed for 2 nights on May 30th and 31st as a family of four adults. The entrance, living room, and terrace were spacious, and there were two bedrooms, bathrooms, and toilets, all very clean. The living room offered an incredible ocean view during high tide, making our stay

I even got to enjoy the moment when the sun set—such a luxurious experience. For dining, I had dinner at Hotel restaurants AOMI and SHIROUX; both were absolutely delicious. Of course, the clubhouse was also fantastic. I definitely want to stay here again. Thank you very muc

After enjoying the breathtaking view from the 36th-floor lobby, we were guided to the Club Lounge on the 34th floor. We had champagne and sweets before entering our Room. The proximity of the Lounge to our Room was convenient, and in the morning, we had a direct view of Mount Fuj

It was quiet and relaxing without any sense of hustle and bustle. I enjoyed using the Club Lounge during breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time. Each session offered delicious food, drinks, and a serene atmosphere for a delightful experience. The bacon and omelets at breakfa

We also enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities; they were clean and provided an elegant experience. One concern was that the Club Lounge did not meet my expectations. I had anticipated being able to enjoy a variety of Japanese sweets since tea and wagashi were mentioned; howe

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

Everyone, from the front desk and bell staff to the restaurant and shuttle bus team, provided genuinely pleasant service. The breakfast buffet was also high quality, and we were very satisfied! We made our Reservation to coincide with the Mint Bureau’s cherry blossom promenade.
