We enjoyed four Onsen baths: the “Top-Floor Scenic View Bath,” “Kiseki no Yu,” the “Semi-Open-Air Bath,” and the open-air bath on the Room terrace. The “Kiseki no Iyashi Japanese-Western Room with Open-Air Bath” was also equipped with an electric bed and bathrobes, making it very

There were several foreign families staying as well, and even senior staff members communicated fluently in English—it was impressive and reflected Kyoto's spirit of hospitality. Overall, this is a wonderful accommodation that I would love to stay at again and highly recommend!

I decided to stay at Masuya as a room with an open-air bath was available. The onsen, with its natural hot spring water directly flowing from the source, had perfect water volume and temperature. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I finished everything on my plate.

The room was a concept room with a lake view bath & terrace, and the meal was a course to fully enjoy crab with wood-fired cuisine. The room and bath were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind and accommodated a sudden change in breakfast time. The dish was Italia

I was impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail—such as the heater at the entrance, how the front desk provided guidance, extension cords in the Room, plastic bags for bath-area slippers, and well-stocked amenities in both the Room and bath. Using a coupon, I upgraded my pl

I love Niigata in midwinter, but I also love Niigata in the season of wild mountain vegetables after the snow melts. Among Onsen Ryokan in the prefecture, I have previously stayed at Satoyama Jujo, HATAGO Issen, ryugon, Hinano Yado Chitose, and Rankei-so. Each Accommodation w

I love the sister property, Ryugon, and was very much looking forward to this property as it is part of the same group, and it did not disappoint; it was a wonderful property. The open-air bath in the room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for both my husband and

I informed the Hotel about the walker in advance, and on the day of our stay, the Hotel staff kindly assisted my mother in various ways, which we deeply appreciated. The Room, the view from the Room, the meals, the Onsen, and the thoughtful care of the Hotel staff all became wo

The baths were also great. The in-Room bath was nice, but the large public bath was wonderful as well. Being able to enjoy clear water early in the morning while listening to birdsong was exceptional. The towels were comfortable too. At an Accommodation of this level, I imagine s

Whether by coincidence or thoughtful consideration, this year's room was also the same "Hydrangea" as last year. It felt like coming back to my hometown, filling me with a nostalgic and happy feeling right upon arrival. Having an open-air bath in the room is truly the best! I qu

The open-air bath was almost private most of the time, so I could relax and soak for as long as I wanted. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared, and I left completely satisfied. The reservation-only family bath was also fantastic (I highly recommend the large wooden t

The women’s bath is outstanding. In particular, the open-air bath isn’t an artificially “designed” beauty—it sits right next to a bamboo grove on the hillside behind the inn and feels wonderfully natural. Bathing while listening to cicadas and bell crickets was incredible. The wo

Above all, the room was exceptional—spacious, with chic interiors, and an open-air bath with perfect water temperature that our daughters loved! They even said it was the best accommodation they've ever stayed at. The meals were all exquisite, including the chestnut preserves

I was completely satisfied with the staff's service, the room, and the food. The room was clean and beautiful, and each piece of interior was cute and very stylish! The large windows provided a sense of openness, and the view of the horizon and the sun from there was the best. Bo

We enjoyed the private open-air bath in our room as well as the large public bath and two open-air baths (with alternating access). All were at a comfortable temperature with excellent water quality, and we bathed four times during our stay. For us as a couple who look forward

The bath area was also clean, and the Onsen was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the entertainment facilities such as karaoke—it was such a happy time being able to sing karaoke together with our dog. Bar time had a lovely grown-up atmosphere as well. Even though we were full, we

Although it rained, the warmth and hospitality shown by the Shuttle Service team and the person in charge of our Room made us feel genuinely comforted. The meals were also delicious, and we felt refreshed both physically and mentally—I’m truly happy to have found such a wonderful
