This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet in particular had a wide variety of options and was excellent. One thing I noticed was that the water in the large public bath felt quite hot, and it stung a little when I first put my feet in. However, it warmed me up well, so overall it was good. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I was finally able to stay at Hotel Granvia, which I had long hoped to do, and I was very satisfied. Because of the heavy rain, I wasn’t sure if I could make it, but I arrived safely and was shown to my Room. It was an upgraded Room with a view of Kyoto Tower. Champagne and dinner in the Room, a whole cake, and a Japanese breakfast in the morning—everything was worth more than the price. The service was excellent!! With the perk of a 24-hour stay, this has become one Hotel I definitely want to stay at again next time I’m here. Thank you for taking such good care of me—I truly appreciate it.

For the past several years, it has become my tradition to stay here alone for one night after finishing work in Kyoto every six months. After check-in, I head straight to the Premium Lounge to relax with a drink and enjoy some well-deserved “me time.” This time, the snacks to go with the drinks felt a little upgraded too... The breakfast buffet is another highlight. The many Kyoto-style obanzai dishes, neatly served in small plates, soothe me the next morning... It also feels like there were even more options than last time—what a treat! I take my time and enjoy a kind of luxury I can’t usually have in everyday life as a homemaker. Now, back to work—so I can look forward to this happiness again in six months!

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Tokyo. Everything was very clean, and even after walking around all day in Tokyo, we were able to relax thanks to this Hotel. The bathroom and toilet were easy to use, there were plenty of hangers, and the disposable slippers felt hygienic. What surprised me most was the amenities available at the front desk—good-quality toner, sheet masks, and cooling patches. I applied a patch to my swollen legs after all the walking; it felt refreshingly cool and was so soothing. The Room wasn’t the largest one with a separate bath and toilet, but it was spacious enough. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel open, and the night view was beautiful. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “This is where I want to stay again when I come back to Tokyo.” Our children liked it a lot as well. Everyone at reception was professional and kind.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.

We stayed as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has quietly witnessed the important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower building, and the view from our Room was truly wonderful. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt incredibly luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our Room had been discreetly upgraded. We were genuinely touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warm hospitality that is so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. The “Old Imperial Bar” we visited in the evening was also fantastic. Enjoying drinks in a space filled with history made us feel as though we were savoring the very time the Imperial Hotel has cherished over the years. In the morning, we dined at “Les Saisons.” Not only were the dishes beautifully prepared with great care, but breakfast in such a calm setting was exceptional—an unforgettable moment that let us gently look back on these past 30 years. During our stay, we were also able to see the nostalgic banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same Hotel 30 years later and look upon that place together—saying, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after three decades, it remains unchanged—still there for us—and once again watched over another milestone in our lives: the Imperial Hotel. We were deeply moved not only by its outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and heartfelt warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Despite being in the midst of Tenjin’s urban bustle, I was able to spend a serene time that felt like a different world. I was highly satisfied with everything from the hospitality and Facility to the amenities and dining. This stay reaffirmed for me the essential value of Hotel service: forgetting everyday life, relaxing, and recharging for tomorrow. In particular, the “perfectly balanced sense of distance” in the service throughout the Hotel and the pleasantly unpretentious atmosphere were truly comfortable. As one of Fukuoka’s premier luxury hotels, it isn’t an experience I can have often, but it left a lasting impression and is a Hotel I would love to stay at again someday.

I stayed for one night while sightseeing in Otaru. The Hotel has great access to the main street, and there is a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—I was almost disappointed that I couldn’t finish everything. Since the Hotel is new, it was clean overall, but it was a bit disappointing to find mold around the Room’s plumbing areas (such as the base of the sink faucet and the corners of the bathtub). That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when I visit Otaru.

My wife and I stayed here during Silver Week. The Hotel has a stately feel, and it seems it must have been one of the top Hotels in town until a few years ago. The Facility, including the plumbing fixtures, is a bit dated, but everything was clean and there were no issues. Breakfast in the bright, open-atrium restaurant was very delicious. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we were able to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere in Asahikawa.

I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

I stayed here last year to celebrate my birthday, and loved it so much that I returned again this year for my birthday celebration. This time, I truly appreciate your even more thoughtful hospitality. Thanks to you, I was able to relax wholeheartedly in the Room. This year’s concept was to take things slow at a Hotel. First, I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay at a wonderful Hotel in Umekoji. Then I came here. The atmosphere is different, yet even better. It feels very calm and serene. I think it’s because you make the most of the location by the Kamo River and help guests experience Kyoto in such a comfortable way. Even though it’s right in the bustle of Shijo-Kawaramachi, this is a space where you don’t feel any of that at all—remarkable. Your affiliated HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa is also one of my favorites—a wonderful Hotel that lets you truly feel the beauty of Onna Village. And now SORANIWA Terrace Kyoto has won me over too! At this rate, I’ll probably be back again for my birthday next year.

I stayed here a few years ago and was very satisfied with the comfort and convenient location, so I chose to stay again for this trip to Kyoto. Just like last time, the staff’s hospitality, the spacious Room, and the cleanliness were all excellent. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto. This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, a place I had always wanted to try. What I liked - The Room felt more spacious than I expected and not cramped, so it was very comfortable. - The ice cream in the post-bath area was a nice touch. - I appreciated that ice packs were available as well. - The “neba-neba” breakfast bowl was delicious. If I could have eaten more, I would have gone back for seconds. What concerned me - I couldn’t watch YouTube or similar apps on the Room TV. - The toothpaste that came with the disposable toothbrush was made in Vietnam (it was my first time seeing that). - There is a Lawson across the street, but it’s a bit of an awkward distance to both the station and places like the department store and Seicomart. - Dust in the Room stood out to me. I didn’t use it myself, but my husband went to the large public bath three times. He said the sauna was great and that it felt like a small Onsen trip. Our Room was on the same floor as the large public bath, which made it easy to go back and forth—this worked out well for us. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to visit USJ. My husband misplaced his earphones in the Room, and we searched everywhere, including under the bed—but there wasn’t a speck of dust under it!! I assumed it would be dusty and didn’t want to see anything unpleasant, so I suggested we look for them on the last day, but I was amazed at how thoroughly everything had been cleaned. Also, the complimentary soft-serve ice cream in the lounge was just what we needed after a long day—it really refreshed us. Our kids are already saying they want to go to USJ again!! When we do, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

I stayed here for work near Tamachi. The walls are thick, so it’s quiet and clean, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. Complimentary mineral water is also provided, making this a highly recommended Hotel for business use. The Room is small and the view from the window isn’t great, but that’s to be expected for a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, so I deducted one star.

The Room was spacious, so we could relax and enjoy a luxurious day!! The outdoor BBQ was also wonderful!! We were also able to visit a nearby Onsen, which was great. Since there weren’t many people, we could take our time and unwind. We’d love to come again.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.
