I stayed here because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. Since access between the Accommodation and the main building with the Onsen was only available until 22:00, it was disappointing that I couldn’t use the Onsen late at night or early in the morning, but otherwise I was satisfied. The set meals at the dinner dining area felt a bit pricey. Also, you need a smartphone to place orders. Because it’s surrounded by rice fields and feels quite isolated, it’s best to buy what you need before check-in. I believe the Hotel shop was only open until 21:30 as well. It’s a little inconvenient but acceptable. I’d like to stay again.

This was our first stay here. Our family of five stayed in the family Room, and it was clean, spacious, and well stocked with amenities. We had the teppanyaki dinner, and we were especially impressed by how delicious the vegetables were in both the salad and the teppanyaki course. Both the in-Room bath and the public bath were clean, with wonderful hot water. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but I’m truly glad we stayed here! The property was very clean, and the lounge had plenty of drinks—my excitement started the moment we arrived. For dinner, we ordered horse sashimi and a three-sake tasting set separately, and it was amazing. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious across the board. The Onsen was relaxing since it was always empty whenever we went (not just the private one), and we were also able to use the baths at a larger affiliated Hotel, which made us very satisfied. The Room was comfortable, and I slept soundly. Above all, the warm hospitality from all the staff made us feel at ease. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

I stayed here last year to celebrate my birthday, and loved it so much that I returned again this year for my birthday celebration. This time, I truly appreciate your even more thoughtful hospitality. Thanks to you, I was able to relax wholeheartedly in the Room. This year’s concept was to take things slow at a Hotel. First, I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay at a wonderful Hotel in Umekoji. Then I came here. The atmosphere is different, yet even better. It feels very calm and serene. I think it’s because you make the most of the location by the Kamo River and help guests experience Kyoto in such a comfortable way. Even though it’s right in the bustle of Shijo-Kawaramachi, this is a space where you don’t feel any of that at all—remarkable. Your affiliated HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa is also one of my favorites—a wonderful Hotel that lets you truly feel the beauty of Onna Village. And now SORANIWA Terrace Kyoto has won me over too! At this rate, I’ll probably be back again for my birthday next year.

After enjoying rafting nearby, we stayed overnight. The Room was a spacious Japanese-style room, and we were able to relax comfortably. We had a breakfast-only Plan, so we had dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Since we made a Reservation at check-in, even though it was fully booked that day, we were seated smoothly. The baths are in a separate building behind the Hotel, and we also enjoyed the open-air bath. When we go rafting again, we’d like to stay at this Hotel! Thank you very much!

We visited as three generations. The Facility, baths, and meals were all very satisfying, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you to the staff member who took a photo for us as we were leaving on a busy morning. We look forward to enjoying the many autumn maple leaves. We will visit again.

Considering the price range, I was very satisfied. The butler’s thoughtful, casual check-ins were wonderful. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the restroom—it really should be a private room. I will visit again.

This was my first stay here, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was completely full (and they were delicious). I also received a great-value coupon, which let me buy lots of souvenirs. I would like to visit again.

The view from the open-air bath is amazing. I was able to relax in the free-flowing Onsen. The meals were very delicious and satisfying. Since each dish is served individually, I could enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. I was curious about something that looked like a red bridge in the distance from the dining area, but it seems to be part of an airport facility. The Room is spacious and comes with a massage chair and an open-air pot bath, which also made me very satisfied. There are many Reviews saying the building is old, but does that cause any inconvenience? It didn’t bother me at all. The staff were very kind and soothing. Please let me stay again.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

Wanting to visit and see for myself the places where the gods are said to dwell, centered around Izumo Taisha, I made a Reservation at this Accommodation within walking distance of the shrine. It was about a 10-minute leisurely walk to Izumo Taisha, and along the way there were notable spots such as spring water used in Shinto rituals—an excellent location. Also, since the Room had an open-air bath, I could relax in the Onsen whenever I liked. The Room also had a calm Japanese-style atmosphere that helped me truly unwind. There was also a coffee set: grinding the beans myself with a mill, slowly pouring hot water, enjoying the aroma, and savoring each cup was something special. The meals were delicious as well—both dinner and breakfast. It was a one-night, two-day trip, but because this Accommodation was so wonderful, it felt as satisfying as staying two nights. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

The Room was spacious, easy to use, and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I was traveling home, so it helped me recover from the fatigue. The Room amenities were minimal. I thought it would be nice to have cotton pads or cotton swabs, but they weren’t really necessary. The meals weren’t flashy, but they were pleasantly tasty. It was a great-value stay. To get straight to the point, this became an absolute favorite! I used to think staying overnight in Arima Onsen was expensive (especially with meals), so my usual style was to stay at a Hotel in Kobe, then stop by Arima Onsen the next day—soak at Kin no Yu or Gin no Yu and enjoy street food. This time I found this Hotel, and since it’s a No Meals Included Plan but still comes with tickets for the public baths, I was excited that I could finally fully enjoy Arima Onsen!! I arrived in the early afternoon and they kindly let me park my car at the Hotel. From the very beginning, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcomed me so warmly! The location is easy to find since it’s just up from the shopping street, and Taiko no Yu is also right nearby. I walked from the Hotel and enjoyed street food starting from below all the way up to shops higher up, but it never felt far coming back. Also, while it may be an older property, everything is kept very clean, so it didn’t bother me at all—I was completely comfortable. I went to Kin no Yu, Gin no Yu, and Taiko-no-Yu Donokan as well, but personally I liked this Hotel’s bath the best! It wasn’t crowded and I could relax in a spacious setting. The foot acupressure bath felt amazing—I enjoyed it morning and night like a kid again! You do one loop through both cold water and hot water areas, and the stones underfoot give just the right amount of stimulation. Since I happened to be alone at that time, I went around several times! The hot water itself was also fantastic! The post-bath drink bar was another nice touch. And even the sweets with tea in my Room were something I already loved from Arima Onsen—so for the first time in a while I bought some at the shop to take home! Staying at this Hotel let me enjoy Arima Onsen to its fullest—it was refreshing and wonderful. Thank you as well for your pleasant service—I'll definitely come again!

The area was very quiet, the Room was spacious, and the bath was large and relaxing. The meals were also delicious. We would love to stay again.

Although our trip was rainy, the staff kindly came to the parking lot with an umbrella to welcome us as soon as we arrived at the Accommodation. After that, everyone continued to treat us gently with warm smiles at all times, making it one of our favorite travel memories. The Onsen temperature was just right, and I ended up soaking for about an hour... Dinner was delicious, but breakfast was even better—an amazing variety and great flavors. We felt happy and completely full from the morning! It’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again!

The location right in front of Lake Suwa was excellent, and the room was clean. The meals, featuring mainly local specialties, were very delicious. We also really enjoyed the bus tour visiting the four major Suwa shrines—the guide’s explanations were thorough and easy to follow. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Everyone on the staff, including the front desk team and the attendants, was kind and welcoming. My husband especially remembers being spoken to in the lobby. There were so many things we liked. The Onsen had excellent non-slip measures in place, so we could enjoy the baths safely. For karaoke, our name was posted, so we didn’t have to worry about other guests peeking in. It was also convenient that all the Facilities we wanted to use were grouped together on the second floor, making it easy to get around. There’s too much to list here, but we would love to visit again.

We stayed here with our dog. It’s close to Miyajimaguchi, and to avoid the heat we took the ferry to Miyajima around 5:30 PM. The Itsukushima Shrine was truly impressive. Since our plan was No Meals Included, we got anago bento to-go from a nearby shop and ate it in our Room. We also appreciated the light complimentary breakfast. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, with no odors at all, and we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms—so we had a very comfortable stay! We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We could choose our meals, and we were very satisfied with the seafood shabu-shabu we had hoped for at dinner. The Japanese breakfast also came with plenty of sides to go with rice, and I ended up having a second helping. We also enjoyed the somen before dinner, ice cream and coffee milk after the bath, late-night soba (ramen), and the free drinks at the front desk. The Room was spacious and even had a massage chair, so we could truly relax. It was a shame the weather wasn’t great, but if it had been clear, we probably could have seen a beautiful starry sky from the terrace—I'd love to visit again if I get the chance.
