The Room was spacious and clean, with a great view overlooking the Seto Inland Sea. The bath was large, the air conditioner was new, and it was comfortable to stay with our dog as well. The service was polite and very good. Thank you very much. If the price were a little lower, it would be easier to stay again and would have been perfect.

The Hotel was clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals. However, it was exactly sunset time, and it was disappointing that the curtains were closed so we couldn’t see it. The Onsen had a wonderfully silky texture that left our skin smooth! We used it three times. One thing that concerned me: when we arrived, a staff member came to take our luggage. While we waited with our dog in a stroller, we were told to wait outside until check-in at the front desk was completed. Waiting outside in the summer heat didn’t feel appropriate. If possible, I would have liked to wait inside—even in a corner of the lobby—while only one representative went in to complete the check-in. I heard that around autumn there will be a new Accommodation where guests can stay with their dogs, and I’m looking forward to it! I would also be very happy if there were a dog run.

We had to cancel our Okinawa trip due to a typhoon. Then I remembered Iojima, which my husband’s mother had recommended, and looked it up. Because it was last-minute, the only availability was a BBQ Plan in a dog-friendly Room, but we made a Reservation anyway—and it turned out to be amazing! We don’t have pets, so I worried about odors or hearing dogs from other Rooms, but everything was spotless and we didn’t notice anything at all. The Room also had an ocean view and felt incredibly refreshing. For dinner, we thought two days of BBQ in the summer heat might be too much, so we asked the front desk—just in case—if we could change one day’s meal. They kindly accommodated us, and on the second night we were able to enjoy a course dinner. (This may have been because we originally booked an upgraded option above the standard BBQ.) The BBQ itself was delicious with plenty of variety, and eating while looking out at the sea was fantastic. For breakfast, we could choose from three different restaurants with different menus. Guests could also enjoy complimentary lemon water and chilled tea at various spots around the island. There were lots of activities: sports and games in the gym; ocean athletics and marine sports (extra charge) by the beach; a manga corner near the baths; an indoor pool; Onsen facilities; and even an open-air bath with ocean views. We truly had an incredible three days. Since each area is spread out, you can rent bicycles for free, and there is also a shuttle bus that circulates around the island. All of the Accommodation staff were kind and attentive, helping us create wonderful family memories. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a cottage for the first time with our family and our dog, Maro! As soon as we stepped inside, the kids were thrilled, saying, “Wow! So clean! This is great!” Maro had a wonderful time running around on the lawn, and seeing how happy he was made us smile too. The sea was a bit rough, but we could still take a walk to the beach and had a great time. In the evening, we enjoyed a BBQ with our own ingredients. Everything was neatly set up for us, so preparation was smooth and we all had fun together. The amenities were excellent, and the kitchen area and cooking utensils were clean and easy to use. It was truly amazing to be able to relax with our family and dog without worrying about anyone around us. The kids were very happy too—it became a wonderful memory for our whole family. We’d love to come back again with Maro!

We’re repeat guests! This time, our whole family stayed to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. Since we told you in advance, you even prepared a special 88th-birthday outfit and took commemorative photos for us—thank you so much. One disappointment was that solar panels had been installed where the dog run used to be, so it had become much smaller than before. Still, your heartfelt hospitality and delicious meals always make us feel at ease, and my mother was very happy, so it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a middle-aged couple. We wondered if we might feel out of place, but it was a wonderful property with ocean views beyond the pool. Not only the pool, but also the two saunas each had their own unique atmosphere, and we enjoyed them both. The sunset and night views from the restaurant terrace were beautiful as well. Floating in the pool while gazing up at the blue sky was pure bliss. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with our dog again for the first time in three months, following our visit this June. Last time, the Italian food was so delicious that we decided to come back. Also, since you can dine together with your dog, you can relax and truly enjoy your meal. If your dog behaves well, they get a jerky treat as a reward—so our pup kept watching that staff member the whole time... We’d love to stay again.

As others have mentioned, the second-floor ocean-view Room offers a view of the sea through power lines, with part of a building that looks somewhat abandoned in the foreground. The windows were not cleaned well, so it wasn’t a view that impressed us. The Room had the kind of odor often found in pet-friendly Accommodation, and we noticed smells around the sofa, bed, and curtains as well. The shared areas were very clean and had no odor, so they were comfortable to use. That was great. The only thing that concerned me in the shared areas was that the foot-washing faucet at the entrance only dispensed cold water... Maybe I wasn’t using it correctly. Personally, I appreciated being able to try out TAVO carts and beds—an unexpected service. Since we didn’t bring our own cart, we were able to rent one and visit places where a rental is required. However, since we received a size 6 or 7 cart, I did wonder whether it would be suitable for smaller dogs. The bakery next door also tasted great, and overall it was a Hotel I’d like to use again if I have the chance.

Although it rained unfortunately, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which left a strong impression on us! The building was lovely, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed for our dog was provided. The meals were also delicious—we were truly impressed. We’d love to visit again.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

It was absolutely amazing! Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house! The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen! We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen! The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling. We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home. The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious! Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good! Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

All staff members who supported us were incredibly hospitable, and it made our trip truly wonderful. Our whole family was very satisfied—thank you! The facilities were up to date, and the security was excellent. The Ryokan was also very clean and hygienic. Both dinner and breakfast were delicately and elegantly seasoned, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every dish—it was all delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again! Thank you as well for preparing surprise plates for us on two consecutive days!

The building isn’t new, but it was clearly well maintained and very clean! It was a pet-friendly Room, but there was no noticeable odor at all. We were very satisfied with the Room!! The pool is available from 9:00 to 17:00, but since check-out is at 10:00, using the pool in the morning feels a bit rushed. I thought it would be nicer if check-out were at 11:00 so we could relax more. Next time, I’d like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and take it easy!

We stayed with one dog and a family of four. As soon as we entered the Room, everyone said, “So clean!” The bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and other water areas were spotless and wonderful. The living room, bedroom, and garden were also comfortable, all the Facility was well equipped, and the thoughtful touches were excellent. Time flew by so quickly that next time we’d like to stay for two nights. The person managing the property was very pleasant as well—it made for a great summer vacation!

The staff at the Accommodation were excellent, and the other guests were also very considerate, which made the stay even better. The ocean is right in front of you, and both the views and the meals were flawless. The breakfast bento was a health-conscious menu, and the multigrain rice onigiri was especially great. I stayed while feeling unwell the day before, but I felt better by the time I left. It was truly relaxing and wonderful.

I stayed here last March as well, and it was so amazing that I booked again. With beautiful ocean views from every room, you can relax and unwind with your dog. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, offering excellent value for money. The rice in particular was cooked perfectly—truly outstanding—and the seasonal chestnut rice was incredible! It would be even better with a hot spring, but the bath with an ocean view was wonderful too. With an affordable price, lovely rooms, and great meals, this is a place I want to keep coming back to. We stayed here with our dog. Above all, we were impressed by how spotless the villa was. The interior was carefully cleaned down to every corner, with no dust at all, so we could let our dog relax and roam freely with complete peace of mind. Not only the inside, but also the pool and lawn were beautifully maintained—the grass was clean enough for people to walk on barefoot. We were truly amazed at how impeccably kept it was as an Accommodation for guests traveling with dogs. From before our stay, we received very thoughtful emails, and throughout our visit we could feel the owner’s wonderful personality and hospitality in so many ways. Due to a typhoon, we had to give up one night of our originally planned two-night stay, but they handled everything very kindly and even extended both our check-in and check-out times for the remaining stay. Thanks to that, we were able to stay longer than expected and relax at a leisurely pace. At farewell, they even gave us a small gift—we were touched by their warm hospitality until the very end. The location is also excellent: convenience stores and the beach are nearby, and “Banya,” where you can enjoy delicious Kujukuri seafood together with your dog, is also close. The area is very quiet, so we could unwind at night as well. As a destination for traveling with a dog, it’s rare to find somewhere this safe and comfortable. It was truly a wonderful villa that made us want to come back again—definitely a repeat visit!

I stayed with my dog, and everything was truly outstanding! The room was spotless down to every detail and incredibly comfortable. In addition to frying pans, pots, and cutlery, there was an impressive range of thoughtful items—rubber bands, toothpicks, plastic bags, alcohol disinfectant spray (Pasterize), and so much more. I was also thrilled to hear that the drinks and ice cream in the fridge were all-you-can-enjoy (haha). The bath with an ocean view was amazing and left me feeling completely refreshed in both body and mind. Thanks to all the considerate touches, my dog could relax too. I’m grateful for the staff’s warm hospitality.

With a homely atmosphere and very kind staff, I had a truly comfortable stay. Every dish was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The Facility was well cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless—an Accommodation where I could really relax. I also appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff.
