As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

The staff’s calm, welcoming atmosphere created a truly relaxing space, and I had a very comfortable stay. - On the shuttle bus, they provided aromatic hand towels and water - They took us to the golf course restaurant in a lovely cart - When I asked the concierge in advance about sightseeing, they gave me lots of brochures and handwritten notes on the day Everyone was wonderful and incredibly kind—not only at the front desk and lounge, but also at the gift shop—and I was genuinely impressed. Everything was new and spotless; the room was spacious with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding: freshly baked brown sugar French toast, made-to-order Okinawa soba, dim sum, smoothies, plenty of fruit, and many other options—luxurious and delicious. I’ve already booked again for December and can’t wait to return.

A bit pricey, but the furniture and beds are high quality, and the place feels clean and upscale. The tableware and kitchen tools were also stylish and easy to use. What felt most comfortable was the spacious entryway area with a large pet toilet—thoughtfully set up so our dog was less likely to have accidents, which let us relax without worry. The sauna is also well designed with a great flow from the bath, making it very comfortable. We’d love to stay again!

I stayed here on a solo trip by JR. Since the hotel is on a hill, I planned to take a taxi, but I heard you could walk from the park, so I decided to go on foot. I easily arrived at the front of the hotel using the inclined elevator for the first time. On my way back, I used the inclined elevator again and it was a short walk to Maiko Station. The hotel offers views of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and you can even see the Ferris wheel on Awaji Island; at night, the illuminated scenery was very relaxing. The spa was located a little far from my room, but along the way I could see a well-maintained garden and the lit-up Akashi Kaikyo Bridge through the windows, so it didn’t feel far at all. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet while taking in the view outside. This has become one of my favorite hotels. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

From the moment you enter, the hotel feels luxurious, and the staff are exceptionally courteous. There are plenty of staff members, so there is no waiting time for anything. I was completely satisfied with everything—the view from the room, the cleanliness, and the amenities. I used the hotel’s courier service this time, and they also provided cardboard boxes, which helped reduce my luggage for the trip home. A convenience store and a drugstore have opened near the hotel entrance, making it easy to buy small items after arrival. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

This time, there were especially few guests, so it was very quiet. Due to heavy rain in various areas, I canceled a long-distance trip and stayed here at short notice, but I’m happy that I can relax comfortably without any inconvenience even without preparing anything in advance. Abikini, thank you as always.

We booked the No Meals Included plan to visit Hirome Market the next day, but the Room was spacious and clean, and the Onsen was great, so it was excellent value. We drove about 15 minutes to Cerise. The parking lot was free and spacious, and next time we’d like to stay with meals included and relax.

We stayed for one night and two days with our grandchild. As mentioned in other reviews, the building and rooms are indeed a bit old, but everything was properly cleaned and we had no issues. With the all-you-can-play passport, we enjoyed bowling, the pool, craft-making, festival-style games, quizzes, a stamp rally, and more—plenty to keep us entertained. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to Yubatake at night was extremely helpful; it was my first time seeing the Yubatake illuminations, and I was surprised by how many tourists were there. Even though it was summer, walking around Yubatake felt pleasantly cool—almost a little chilly—which was wonderful. The next day we used the hotel shuttle again because I wanted my grandchild to enjoy street food and try the yumomi experience as well. We had only ever visited Kusatsu in winter before, so this was our first summer visit. While news reports talked about extreme heat in Tokyo, we were amazed at how cool and comfortable Kusatsu was in summer. At night we didn’t need air conditioning in our room—it actually felt slightly chilly. Summer in Kusatsu is great. The food was delicious, and everyone at the front desk, reception counters, and shop—especially the international staff—was very polite and pleasant. Every staff member provided excellent service; I was truly impressed. This hotel is highly recommended for families with children as well. We would love to visit again. The only downside is that the hotel is so large that it’s easy to get lost—especially when trying to find the baths (as other reviews mentioned), and yes, we got lost too. Overall though it was a wonderful hotel. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your guest-focused service. It became an unforgettable travel memory. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here to photograph the beautiful starry sky. Unfortunately, the neighboring lights were on during the night, so I couldn’t capture it well, which was disappointing. However, the Room facilities were excellent, and I would like to stay again.

This was our first stay. It was our first family trip in a while, so we chose this place because it seemed enjoyable no matter the weather. Since we could use the Facility before check-in and even after the 12:00 check-out, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our time despite staying only one night. We had an issue with the card key, but it was handled courteously, and the gym trainer kindly offered helpful advice as well—really showing the high level of hospitality from the staff. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for two nights during Silver Week. Towel changes were provided, which made our stay comfortable. This type of Accommodation offers great value whether you stay alone or as a pair, and is very convenient. The adjacent golf Facility’s restaurant is open until 9:30 p.m., so finding dinner was not a problem. It also has easy access to Ghibli Park, and we would like to stay again.

It’s very close to Osaki Station. On the first floor of the same building, there are a supermarket, a 100-yen shop, a bookstore, and some restaurants. Across the street at Gate City Osaki, there are also restaurants such as Hama-Sushi. The Room was like a typical Hotel Room and was clean. They also provide yukata for children. Amenities can be picked up from the front desk. I think breakfast offers a good variety, and I felt each item was high quality. It was nice to have cherry tomatoes and fruit. Personally, I found the bread especially delicious. It was very crowded, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, but the staff were working very hard. It was disappointing that the bathtub drain in the Room’s unit bath clogged easily. Since you can quickly go out and buy anything you forgot, I thought it’s a very convenient Hotel. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

I usually stay at inexpensive Business Hotels, and this time as well I was able to keep the accommodation cost quite low, so I thought any Room would be fine. But when I opened the door, I couldn’t help exclaiming at how spacious and clean it was. The bath and toilet felt a bit dated, but they were kept clean, and above all the bathtub was large—I could stretch out my tired legs and soak comfortably in hot water. The front desk staff were friendly, and there was also a free drink service—everything was taken care of. I’d definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. The Room was stylish, we could enjoy meals in the Room, the terrace was spacious enough for our dog to run around, and there was even a bath for dogs—best of all, we could stay together the whole time. The meals were surprisingly generous both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very attentive and also gave us sightseeing recommendations we could visit with our dog. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Conveniently located near the airport, I always stay here for early morning flights. The beds are spacious and very comfortable. Thanks to the flowing Onsen, I had a great night's sleep. I didn’t have time for breakfast this time, but I’d like to wake up earlier someday and try it.

I stayed in a room with a private hot spring. I was happy that the amenities were organic. The hot spring warmed me up gradually, which was great. However, the shower pressure was weak, so it took a long time to wash my hair. The room also had a great view. It would have been even better if the curtains were automatic. I only had breakfast, but there was plenty of fresh fruit and I was satisfied. Only one shuttle bus per hour is far too few.

Every year, we stay for about a week for my wife’s birthday trip. The Room is spacious and the Facility is well equipped, so when we travel to Miyakojima, we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Hotel California. We didn’t even request it, but there was towel art on the bed, and my wife was absolutely delighted.

I was a bit worried because the Harmonyland ticket Plan with breakfast and dinner was so affordable, but the Room had seaside beds and the buffet—irresistible for seafood lovers—was excellent. It was a very family-friendly Accommodation. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay and use the pool. This was a great find after a long time.

The building felt a bit dated, but the Room was thoroughly cleaned and I had an extremely comfortable stay. The bathroom area is often where ratings drop the most, but it was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised. I really appreciated that the Ladies’ Plan included overnight skincare amenities! It would have been nice if there were instant coffee in the Room.
