As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

Just looking out at the lake from our Room made me feel truly happy. Everything in the Hotel, starting with the Room, was so comfortable that I was really glad we chose to stay here. The portions were very generous and a bit too much for me, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I’m planning to come by car with my husband, and I’m already looking forward to it. (I also loved the wonderful bath in our Room, but I wanted to see the Onsen building as well; I’m very sorry for the trouble caused regarding the lockers.)

Needless to say, the Facility, amenities, and meals were wonderful—but above all, the hospitality was outstanding! From arrival to check-out, we received truly exceptional service. We chose this Accommodation mainly to visit Inuyama Castle, but next time we want to stay here as the main purpose of our trip. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed with you on a weekend in late September. With the weather swinging between hot and cool, days of rain, and even a typhoon, it really feels like anything can happen these days. So we decided: go where you want to go while you can, meet the people you want to meet when you can, and eat what you want to eat when you feel like it. And that meant—let’s go to WATANABE and enjoy autumn! By the time dinner started at 6:00 p.m., it was already dark outside the window. Looking up at the night sky reminded me how last year felt like summer all the way into October, and how we only started sensing autumn around mid-October. This dinner was another wonderful “WATANABE Special”—a luxurious and delicious course (including abalone salad and live Ise lobster with bouillabaisse sauce) that made me genuinely happy from start to finish. Boiled Toneri shellfish in seawater Mehikari fish fritters Herb toast topped with kampachi prosciutto-style ham Gougère filled with tartare of kombu-cured shrimp Snow crab and mushroom cake salé Red bell pepper mousse topped with Hokkaido sea urchin and consommé jelly Steamed abalone tabbouleh (couscous) with celery salad Ayu confit baked in pastry with tapenade and cucumber sauce Local turban shell & brown mushroom bourguignon-style dish Pan-seared white tilefish with peanuts, lightly curry-flavored Lemongrass granita Live Ise lobster with bouillabaisse sauce (assorted mushrooms) Homemade whole-wheat bread Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc dessert Madam’s petit fours and tea Every dish was delicious—especially for someone like me who loves fish roe/innards and being able to enjoy whole fish. Thank you for the wonderful feast both evening and morning. I’m always moved by the chef’s cooking, and soothed by Madam’s gentle smile. Thank you again for such a happy time. Today’s discovery: Madam makes that wonderfully chestnut-filled base of the Mont Blanc herself—amazing!

We stayed for two nights with three generations, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied—not only with the magnificent views from the lobby and our Room, but also with the wonderful hospitality and delicious meals. The staff’s attentive, warm service and smiles were especially memorable, and we felt a gentle, clear, pleasant atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Shizuoka has many sightseeing spots, including a history museum that children can enjoy and Shizuoka Municipal Nihondaira Zoo (this zoo has many thoughtful touches and is truly recommended), so every generation can have a great time. After check-out, we also went to Shimizu Port to enjoy dining and shopping. We visited several attractions including Toshogu Shrine, but there was so much to see that next time we would like to stay at this Hotel again and take more time to fully enjoy both the places we visited this time as well. My sons, who were visiting from Tokyo, stayed here and said, “I didn’t know there was such a great hotel in Iwata—it's even better than a five-star hotel in New York! (lol)” ・The room was spotless ・The amenities were excellent (the hair dryer?) ・Breakfast was delicious, etc. They said they want to stay here again next time, and seeing how happy they were made me feel happy too.

Located roughly across the river from the Nagatoro Iwadatami (not within walking distance). This is a small, well-serviced Hotel surrounded by quiet woods with an atmosphere reminiscent of Karuizawa; though compact, it is well equipped and stocked with amenities. Dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style creative full-course meals, better suited to adults. Some Rooms feature private open-air baths, and there are also free private reservable baths, making it a good choice for guests who value privacy. The building is old, but filled with tasteful furnishings that create a charming ambiance. With only a few Rooms, the staff can provide attentive service to each party. Nights are very quiet, accompanied by the sounds of insects. There are two EV chargers (6 kW TerraCharge) in the guest-only parking area; if you drive an electric vehicle, it’s best to let them know in advance.

While waiting for the Shuttle Service to the station after check-out, they kindly offered cold drinks and showed thoughtful care in many ways, providing truly attentive hospitality. The meals were delicious, and the tableware was stylish—both the taste and presentation were very satisfying.

The amenities and facilities were excellent, and we were very satisfied. Our dog was happy too (the room is long and narrow, so a small dog can even do a light run). They also provide insect-repellent measures (such as mosquito coils) and plenty of pet supplies (pee pads, diapers, body wipes, etc.), which made us feel at ease. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. Next time, we’d like to try the dinner plan. For bathing, you use the nearby attached facility (large public bath), but this time we used the in-room shower.\n The weather was cloudy to rainy, but we still enjoyed our stay.\n A walk to the nearby sandy beach is just right for a dog walk. If you’re not doing BBQ for dinner, there’s a 7-Eleven about a 6–7 minute walk away where you can get food and drinks.\n It seems delivery is also available—we noticed this at check-out.\n The room was kept clean, and any odors were hardly noticeable.

This was my first stay here, and I felt thoughtful attention to detail throughout, making it a very comfortable experience. First of all, the location—right in front of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit—is extremely convenient. Even with large luggage, getting around was easy, which was a huge help on this trip. Inside the Hotel, the lobby is spacious and there is also a guest-only lounge, which I really appreciated for relaxing. The lounge is accessed by tapping your Room key card, and there is a wide variety of drinks available—not only coffee but also options like matcha latte—free to enjoy. You can even take drinks back to your Room, and I was surprised that the lounge could be used even after check-out. It’s a wonderful service that lets you relax until the very end. And what I especially loved this time was the large public bath. It was kept very clean, with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities. During my stay I used it three times—in the evening, at night, and in the morning—and it was pleasant every time. You bring towels from your Room, but just in case you forget, spare towels were prepared at the entrance as well. I really appreciated this kind of consideration for those “small inconveniences.” I felt this is a Hotel that not only has excellent Facilities but also pays close attention to every detail so guests can enjoy their stay comfortably. I liked my stay so much that I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

Ever since I happened to stay here on a trip to Wakayama, I’ve been coming back regularly. This is already my third stay. I get the sense it used to be a love hotel, but in any case, it’s extremely clean and comfortable. For this level of quality, the value for money is outstanding. Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bath is large enough to soak properly in the tub. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wakayama.

My wife said, “The best Hotel we’ve ever stayed at,” and I agree. We stayed to celebrate our eldest son’s birthday, and we had an incredibly comfortable stay with nothing to complain about. The Facility was spotless, the food was delicious, and every staff member was truly friendly and kind. While it has a luxurious atmosphere, there is also a dedicated route (private elevator) to the spa, so you can easily go from your Room in a bathrobe—something we really appreciated. Above all, the staff spoke to our birthday boy casually and with warm smiles, helping make wonderful memories for him as the star of the trip. The only downside is that it makes you really want to go to Hawaii (lol). Someday I’d love to stay at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well.

Before booking, I had a few questions, so I called the hotel and then made my reservation. The staff member on the phone was very polite and accurate, which gave me confidence to book, and this was my first stay. When I arrived, the parking lot was full, but they kindly directed me to a nearby parking area. At the front desk, I told them it was my first time and that I didn’t know how things worked, and they explained everything carefully. Although it was a weekday stay, there were many families with children. I wanted a hotel with a separate bath and toilet and a bathtub. Even though I stayed alone, the bathroom had a chair and wash basin, and the shower head settings could be changed with a button—very comfortable. It was clean, convenient, reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. I have already booked another stay in November as well, so thank you in advance for your continued hospitality.

I visited by car with my husband and son on our first family trip in a while. We were delighted by the elegant lobby and lounge, beautifully decorated with flowers and furnishings, and by the stunning view of the cove from the windows. The cave-style bath we had been looking forward to, as well as the panoramic bath, were wonderfully relaxing, with silky-smooth water as we enjoyed the scenery. For dinner, we had an exquisite kaiseki course in a private dining room. We chose sashimi made from locally caught fish of the day, and every dish was outstanding—beautifully presented with impressive table settings. We also enjoyed freshly grilled fugu prepared right in front of us, along with a sake tasting. After dinner, we played darts, enjoyed wine at the bar, and went back to the baths—making the most of our stay. Our Room also had a fantastic view, and we were able to truly unwind. This is an unforgettable Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

Although I had made reservations several times before, I never had the chance to stay until this visit. The Cerulean Lounge was a wonderful space with a refined Japanese atmosphere, and I loved the wide selection of individually wrapped sweets. I was also able to enjoy matcha at a relaxed pace and had a lovely time. I had breakfast at “Sakuragaoka.” Everything was delicious, especially the rice cooked in a traditional kiln and the grilled fish. Thank you as well for accommodating my allergies.

It was my first stay in a while, and this time I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The Grace Suite Room was wonderful—spacious and comfortable. There were some issues at check-in with how our luggage was handled, but overall we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed dinner again at the teppanyaki restaurant “Shin,” where the chef who has been taking care of us for nearly 10 years made it a truly enjoyable evening. When we come to Kobe, we will stay with you again. Thank you to all the staff.

The meals are such high quality you’d never guess they’re buffet-style. The menu changes with the seasons, so it never gets boring, and everything is consistently delicious every time we visit! The Rooms may seem similar at first, but the layouts and interiors vary, which makes it fun and interesting. The Surprise Plan is the best—guaranteed to become an unforgettable memory! It’s wonderful to receive, and just as fun to plan for someone else. A space where everyone is sure to feel happy! We’re truly grateful to all the staff who create this extraordinary and wonderful atmosphere.

This was my second stay. As before, the hotel had a calm atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied. The bed was large, and my wife and I were able to sleep comfortably. The location is directly connected to the station with easy access to central Tokyo, and I would like to stay here again in the future.

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

We had a truly wonderful time. Thank you for celebrating my birthday as well—it made me very happy and became a great memory. All of the food was delicious, and my husband was impressed too. I’m glad we were able to use the Mirabelle and Repronizer amenities. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and fun. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t see the sunrise because of the rain—but we’ll look forward to next time! Thank you very much for such a lovely time!
