Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. At check-in, the front desk staff kindly and thoroughly explained the in-house Facilities and services, which allowed us to start our stay with complete peace of mind. My wife has a shellfish allergy, and we are truly grateful that the restaurant’s head chef thoughtfully adjusted the menu for us. In particular, dinner on the second night was even more outstanding than the first, and we were deeply moved by the extra care put into each dish. While we were taking photos inside the property, a seasoned and very kind staff member noticed us and spoke to us. They gladly took photos for us, thanks to which we were able to keep wonderful memories of our trip. We are foreigners and can hardly speak Japanese. Even so, throughout our stay we received warm, attentive service that made us forget any language barrier. This stay reminded me once again of what I felt when I first visited a Japanese Ryokan years ago: uniquely Japanese hospitality that truly cherishes travelers and makes them feel as safe and comfortable as if they were at home. It is truly an excellent Ryokan. We sincerely appreciate the heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. We would definitely love to visit again. Thank you again for such a wonderful time.

Since we live nearby, we enjoy staying here as a couple whenever our schedule allows. My husband is especially happy because the Room has an Onsen bath. The meals are just the right amount for us, and we also enjoyed the chicken rice. I personally prefer the large public bath because I want to soak in a bigger Onsen.

The Facility and service were excellent, and it’s a place where I’d like to stay one more night or visit again. This is a recommended Accommodation. Unfortunately, there were two issues: 1. The shower in Room 106 had almost no water pressure, so I couldn’t wash my hair. I went somewhere else in the middle of the night to wash my hair. I would like enough water pressure in the Room shower to be able to wash my hair. 2. There was no lobby with staff on site at the Accommodation; if anything happened, I was told to scan a QR code and talk via smartphone. However, I could not access the system from my phone no matter how many times I tried. Even though I went there to relax, I had to struggle for a long time with setting up a smartphone system that didn’t work. Please place a telephone in the Room.

The meals were absolutely delicious. They had a strong local character, and the beautifully presented dishes made the most of the ingredients—we were very satisfied. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious with wonderful water, and the Room was clean and relaxing. Since we stayed on a day with bad weather and couldn’t see a sky full of stars, this is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

Despite being reasonably priced, the Facility, Onsen, and meals were all excellent. They also offer Shuttle Service to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station and Onuma-Koen Station, so we were able to enjoy our stay even without a car. The Hotel is also barrier-free, and we saw several guests using wheelchairs, making it a place that guests of all ages can enjoy.

I stayed with my mother and aunt as a group of three. We were happy to be welcomed by the staff with warm smiles. Both the Room and the large public bath were beautiful and very clean. The open-air bath was also extremely relaxing. The meals were luxurious and delicious, and we especially enjoyed having abalone—my companions were delighted as well. There were also plenty of facilities such as a table tennis area and karaoke rooms, which we really enjoyed. The staff’s service was excellent, and this is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

Koshika Onsen is wonderfully relaxing with its free-flowing natural hot spring water, and the aroma at the front desk is also lovely. This was my second stay, and I’m truly very satisfied! I was told the aroma is from Tomisako Shoten, so I even placed a personal order. The Room has its own Onsen, so I could enjoy it at night and in the morning and feel refreshed. The Facility is also kept very clean!

Last time, we stayed in January of last year. Even in the freezing cold, having a BBQ while sitting under the kotatsu on the balcony was so much fun. This time, we returned at the end of summer with our senior dog. It was the best season, and we fully enjoyed the black-water Onsen both indoors and in the large public bath. The staff’s greetings as we passed by, their willingness to help when we needed it, and the front desk team’s smiles and efficient guidance were even more pleasant than before. The thorough cleanliness may also be thanks to considerate guests… Wherever you go, you can truly feel how comfortable it is. This Accommodation keeps evolving for the better every day, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

After our trip to Furano, we found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay on the way home. Because it’s in the mountains, we were a bit worried about the drive, but it wasn’t far from downtown Ashibetsu, so we arrived without any trouble. We expected an older Facility, but once inside it felt completely modern. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of features younger guests would enjoy. Detox water stations from various brands, a space filled with books, areas to relax and chat, a guest-only lounge, wall art, and exhibits about Yutani Onsen and local coal mine history—there was always something interesting to see. The owl artwork on the wall was especially cute; if there had been any related goods for sale, I would have bought them. After getting out of the bath area, I was disappointed that one spot had that owl covered by a notice—I really wanted to see it. Our Room had a classic Japanese style but was very clean. The tatami mats were fresh and green-blue and felt great. It seemed that the open-air bath and the pot bath used Onsen water. Unfortunately it rained at night, but soaking in the Onsen under cover while listening to the rain was truly relaxing. I feel like I’ve made a connection with Ashibetsu as well—I genuinely want to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this Accommodation to friends and acquaintances. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Our children love this place, and we visit almost every year; this year again we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a small mix-up with part of the dinner, but it was resolved promptly, and both the staff’s response and follow-up were excellent, so we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again.

It was my first stay, but as soon as I arrived at the Hotel, the staff greeted me with “Welcome back.” They were so kind and attentive that it felt like being at home. The food and the Onsen were excellent—I’d love to visit again.

Although it’s a small Hotel, there are enough staff on hand, so it’s easy to ask even minor questions. Everyone is pleasant, and their greetings feel warm and friendly. The building has the charm of being built in a prosperous era—high ceilings and tasteful decor. The oceanfront lobby also offers a variety of snacks and drinks available for guests to enjoy freely. The bath is spacious, clean, and available 24 hours, which is wonderful. The ocean-facing reclining bath is especially relaxing. There are also two massage chairs that you can use at your leisure. Dinner is quite generous in portion size, so it would be nice to have a prix-fixe option. Surprisingly, the breakfast curry is excellent, with large chunks of tender beef throughout. The food is consistently delicious, incorporates local ingredients, and feels fresh and enjoyable. This Hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We had to cancel our Okinawa trip due to a typhoon. Then I remembered Iojima, which my husband’s mother had recommended, and looked it up. Because it was last-minute, the only availability was a BBQ Plan in a dog-friendly Room, but we made a Reservation anyway—and it turned out to be amazing! We don’t have pets, so I worried about odors or hearing dogs from other Rooms, but everything was spotless and we didn’t notice anything at all. The Room also had an ocean view and felt incredibly refreshing. For dinner, we thought two days of BBQ in the summer heat might be too much, so we asked the front desk—just in case—if we could change one day’s meal. They kindly accommodated us, and on the second night we were able to enjoy a course dinner. (This may have been because we originally booked an upgraded option above the standard BBQ.) The BBQ itself was delicious with plenty of variety, and eating while looking out at the sea was fantastic. For breakfast, we could choose from three different restaurants with different menus. Guests could also enjoy complimentary lemon water and chilled tea at various spots around the island. There were lots of activities: sports and games in the gym; ocean athletics and marine sports (extra charge) by the beach; a manga corner near the baths; an indoor pool; Onsen facilities; and even an open-air bath with ocean views. We truly had an incredible three days. Since each area is spread out, you can rent bicycles for free, and there is also a shuttle bus that circulates around the island. All of the Accommodation staff were kind and attentive, helping us create wonderful family memories. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because I was looking for one with an open-air bath in the Room. Before check-in, I was able to use three baths; the red hot spring was wonderful, and the views were amazing. After dinner, I used the open-air bath in my Room, and in the morning I bathed on the 6th floor and even got to see the sunrise—it was fantastic. The Room was spacious, clean, stylish yet relaxing. It was a lovely Accommodation that I’d definitely like to visit again.

This was my first stay. Since there is no toilet, I rated the Facility 4, but the main house is nearby so it wasn’t much of an issue. The dome tent was comfortable, and even the heavy rain from a linear precipitation band didn’t bother us at all. The furnishings such as the chairs and lamps were lovely, the meals were delicious, and we were able to relax with our dog. All of the staff were always smiling and responded politely. Afterward, I contacted you because I had forgotten my hat, and you handled it right away. I’d love to visit again.

This is my third stay this summer. I’ve visited each time with different friends, and with activities, BBQ, fireworks, the pool, and the Onsen all available, everyone was 1000% satisfied and wants to come back again. It was a shame that Sky Eagle was temporarily closed this time, but we’d love to return next year for another summer trip!

We enjoyed a variety of activities from check-in at 3:00 PM until bedtime—having a welcome drink, eating shaved ice, roasting marshmallows, and watching the sunset. The only disappointment was that although our Room was on the third floor, we felt fairly strong vibrations from above at night for an extended period.

My aunt found a hair and, since she is not good with such things, she ended up contacting the front desk, which I felt very sorry about. However, the response afterward was truly wonderful: they handled it thoroughly using as many as four vacuum cleaners, and someone who seemed to be the manager and branch manager also apologized to her in person. Thank you very much for your exceptionally courteous service—we almost felt bad for causing you so much trouble. She also said the meat at dinner was tender and very delicious. With ocean views from every room, the scenery was amazing, and she told us it was “the best trip ever.” We sincerely appreciate the heartfelt hospitality of all your staff.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious, clean Room. The BBQ dinner was very satisfying, with paella and acqua pazza in addition to BBQ. Even after checkout, we were able to play plenty at the pool and indoor play area at Rurikei Onsen, and our 4-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren were delighted. On the drive home, they kept saying, “Take us back to Rurikei,” haha. Haha

This year, we stayed overnight with our dog. It was his first time swimming in the sea, and we enjoyed a BBQ together as well. He happily ate plenty of chicken, pork, and beef. Seeing his big smile made us so happy. At bedtime, we put him in his crate as required, but he wouldn’t stop whining at first (asking to be let out), and we were worried about disturbing the neighboring tents. After turning off the lights and waiting a while, he finally settled down. We’re sorry about that. We’d love to visit again with our dog next time.
