Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We were in a difficult situation, and I was truly moved by your deep hospitality. I asked for their name, but they said, “We all do this together...” To Mr./Ms. K-sawa and all the staff members at the dinner venue, thank you very much for everything. I was deeply impressed. We will come again. Thank you so much!!

When I mentioned in advance that we would be staying to celebrate a birthday, they prepared balloons and a congratulatory message in our Room, which truly moved us. They also kindly offered complimentary use of the private bath, so we were able to enjoy a very relaxing bathing time. We were also happy to receive a dessert plate at dinner. For the children, there was a fireworks set, a cute amenities set, gifts for answering quiz questions, and festival-style activities such as target shooting and string-pulling games. There was also self-serve shaved ice where you could adjust the portion size yourself, which was great. At the pool, there were free self-serve rentals of float rings and water guns as well, so we had a lot of fun. There was so much to enjoy that our child was absolutely delighted. We chose the breakfast and dinner buffet options. At dinner there was a live kitchen with hand-rolled sushi and steak (I think), and everything was very delicious. The value for money felt unbelievably good. We went right when service started, so it was probably mostly Japanese guests at first and only moderately busy; however, it gradually became more crowded as more international guests arrived. I think going earlier is more comfortable. The sea bream and tuna sushi were outstanding, and there were also sashimi offerings separately—since we are a family that loves seafood, we really appreciated it. If I had to mention areas for improvement: There was dust under the beds in our Room. Our child playfully reached under the bed and came out covered in dust, which was disappointing. Also (though this may be unavoidable due to the layout), the pool is not connected directly to the large public bath area; you have to move through indoor corridors within the building. After using the pool you need to change clothes before heading to the public bath area, which felt inconvenient—especially for families with children who likely want to bathe after swimming. Because coin laundry is free (and perhaps due to seasonal demand), there can be long waits. A notice said that if someone’s laundry cycle has finished, other guests may move it into a basket—but guests who hadn’t read it seemed startled that someone had moved their items without permission. I understood because I saw the notice myself, but it still didn’t feel great; I wondered if there might be another solution. Since it’s summer and free of charge—and everyone wants to use it—it may simply be inevitable. Overall, we were very satisfied. The value for money was so good that it almost made me wonder if everything was really okay! Thank you very much!

Although we traveled during extreme heat, the moment we stepped into the Hotel amid the bustle of Arashiyama, it felt like a different world, welcomed by a white garden. We arrived early, but they kindly showed us to our Room since it was already prepared, which made us very happy. The Room was stylish and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the sound of water were soothing, and we had a wonderful time. For dinner, we enjoyed tapas and pasta while watching Togetsukyo Bridge at dusk—beautifully presented and delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again in another season. This trip also celebrated my daughter, and thank you for preparing flowers in our Room for her. It became a memorable trip.

Choosing Richmond was the right decision. There’s a 24-hour supermarket next door, plenty of parking, and the event venue is also nearby—overall, we were very satisfied!

We were welcomed with the staff’s bright smiles at check-in. The Room was spacious and clean. As always, no matter where we met them, the staff greeted us with a smile, and the team at the dinner venue did as well. Their smiles are truly warm hospitality.

We stayed here this time because it was conveniently located about halfway between Hitoshi Honten for dinner and the ferry terminal for the next morning. What stood out most was Vessel’s highly rated breakfast buffet—an excellent spread with plenty of variety. The staff were also cheerful and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The only downside was that there is no large public bath; however, the unit bath comes with bath salts, and the sink/vanity area is separate outside the bathroom, so it was acceptable. The rooms and amenities were cleaner than the exterior might suggest, and with larger windows and a layout that feels spacious. While in-room drink amenities are limited, detox water and mango-pine juice are available in the lobby for a relatively long time. There’s also a FamilyMart just a short walk away (and vending machines on-site), so we had no trouble at all. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the Room, the delicious meals, and the large public bath—everything was wonderful, and we had a truly lovely time. They even lent us towels and parasols for going to the outside baths, and we really appreciated their thoughtful attention to every detail. I had always wanted to try “tap” mandarin orange juice, but I never expected to experience it at a Hotel—what a delightful surprise. Every dish in the kaiseki dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of items, all of them tasty, and our child was thrilled and ate plenty as well. If we have another chance to stay in Dogo Onsen, we would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I ordered a tuna rice bowl for dinner. It was piled high with huge slices of tuna—more than I could finish. The tuna slices at the Hotel I stayed at the next day looked disappointing in comparison. The Room is like a typical Business Hotel. Breakfast was also substantial. The staff worked efficiently, so I could eat in a relaxed atmosphere. They also had Earl Grey tea.

Considering the price, everything was acceptable. However, this isn’t the Hotel’s fault, but by 5 p.m. almost everything in the tourist area—including restaurants—was closed. The downside was that once it got dark, there was little choice but to spend time in the Room. I suppose there must be some kind of agreement among the local merchants.

We stayed here for a family trip. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Since our family tends to feel hot, the Room was warm even in mid-May, and the air conditioning was not yet available due to the system settings. However, a staff member suggested opening the window to let in cooler air, and it worked—we were able to spend a comfortable night. Breakfast was automatically included, and everything was delicious. It was especially helpful on a busy morning when we really needed it.

This Hotel has truly wonderful staff. I don’t think there are many Hotels where the team is this naturally warm and friendly. It made me feel at ease. Also, the breakfast was so delicious that it surprised me. Each dish felt carefully prepared. The curry in particular tasted like it was from a specialty restaurant (or even better). I was able to relax in a spacious setting and was very satisfied. One disappointing point: when I turned on the air conditioner because of the intense heat, an unpleasant sour-smelling air blew out. I couldn’t stand it, so I opened the window and gave up on using the air conditioner. Also, a large garbage bag—apparently left outside a guest room—was left sitting in the hallway, which made me uncomfortable. (I understand staff can’t constantly patrol, so this may be more an issue of guest manners.) When I visit Kumamoto again, I would like to stay here and enjoy breakfast again, so please just address the air conditioner cleaning issue.

I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful Hotel from start to finish. The Room uses a PIN code system with no key, so it was very convenient to go out without having to carry a key around. In the evening, alcoholic drinks were all-you-can-drink (free). It was a shame the large public bath didn’t have an open-air bath, but it was clean and the alkaline Onsen water was excellent. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and I was very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful services—being able to choose your pillow, and free coffee and drinks available at all times. What makes this Hotel stand out is how they thoroughly reduce operating costs within what guests can reasonably accept—such as shortening breakfast hours to about two hours, asking guests to help with tidying up, using PIN codes instead of keys, and not handing out unnecessary amenities—and then use those savings to enhance guest services like free drinks and alcohol overall. I felt this approach significantly increases satisfaction. I admired how well they strike that perfect balance where you feel like thinking, “They do so much for us—so we can do this much in return.” I would definitely like to stay again.

Last autumn, my wife (73) and I (75) both underwent surgery, and we were completely exhausted both physically and mentally. After the New Year, once things finally settled down, we planned an easy one-night trip nearby to relax. I always use IKYU to book travel, and after searching with various criteria, I found a reasonably priced Hotel with excellent Reviews. That was Hotel Green Core Bando, where we stayed this time. And the result... it truly was a wonderful Hotel just as the ratings suggested. The staff were very attentive, and the Room was impeccably clean. We stayed in a twin Room; it felt more spacious than expected, and the bathroom with a separate washing area was fantastic. Amenities are brought in by guests at check-in as needed, which I think is efficient and waste-free. And breakfast the next morning... simple but perfectly well-balanced selection—just as its reputation promised. I was surprised to see stewed offal on the breakfast menu, but it was outstanding. And of course—this is Ibaraki—natto was delicious too. It seems this Hotel does not serve dinner, but there are surprisingly many restaurants nearby; the izakaya we visited this time was excellent as well. Around the Hotel there are also many shops such as Japanese confectionery stores, pickle shops, and soba restaurants—and there’s even a supermarket right close by. The local people were down-to-earth and friendly, and without exception everything we ate was delicious. This time it was only one night, but there are many historical sights related to Taira no Masakado as well as numerous shrines—far too much to cover in just one night. Next time we would like to stay for two or three nights and enjoy traveling at a slower pace. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here to relax at an Onsen Accommodation. The homemade, heartfelt dishes were truly delicious. Dinner was great, but breakfast was especially memorable—the simmered royal fern, Tochio fried tofu and bamboo shoots, and simmered potatoes were outstanding. The potato salad was also excellent; the woman next to me had finished hers and asked for seconds, so I requested an extra serving as well. After bathing, I opened the Room window and enjoyed the pleasant night breeze from the satoyama countryside, soothed by a chorus of frogs. I was very satisfied!

When visiting Shimane, I was looking for an affordable Accommodation with breakfast included, so I stayed here. In the end, it was a very satisfying stay that made me wonder how they can offer it at this price. The exterior looks a bit old, but the inside has been nicely renovated, and the curved hallway had a great atmosphere. The Facility is somewhat dated as well, but everything is well maintained and clean. The alcohol vending machine on the first floor was a nice touch. The prices are very reasonable. The Simmons bed really was comfortable, and the choice of pillows was both fun and practical. All staff members, including international staff, were pleasant and responded efficiently. Breakfast buffet items were also replenished frequently. There was information about discounted access to a nearby affiliated bath facility, but since it was raining outside, I just used the shower in my Room. I wasn’t traveling for an Onsen trip in the first place, so personally I appreciate being able to stay at this price even without a large public bath. As other Reviews mention, the dashi ochazuke at breakfast was delicious. Toppings like kombu and pickled plum were available so I could customize it to my liking. The other dishes were typical of what you often find at a Business Hotel—sausages, scrambled eggs, small salted grilled mackerel, etc. It’s not flashy, but considering this room rate includes breakfast as well, I felt it offered excellent value. I’ll definitely stay again!

It had been a while since my last Multiple Night Stay, but I was able to relax very well. The meals were delicious, and I ate more breakfast than usual. I was especially happy that yogurt was available. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t fully enjoy the complimentary drinks at a leisurely pace, but overall it was a satisfying stay.

We stayed for two nights with three generations, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied—not only with the magnificent views from the lobby and our Room, but also with the wonderful hospitality and delicious meals. The staff’s attentive, warm service and smiles were especially memorable, and we felt a gentle, clear, pleasant atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Shizuoka has many sightseeing spots, including a history museum that children can enjoy and Shizuoka Municipal Nihondaira Zoo (this zoo has many thoughtful touches and is truly recommended), so every generation can have a great time. After check-out, we also went to Shimizu Port to enjoy dining and shopping. We visited several attractions including Toshogu Shrine, but there was so much to see that next time we would like to stay at this Hotel again and take more time to fully enjoy both the places we visited this time as well. This was my sixth stay. As always, the staff’s service was courteous. Breakfast was delicious as well. One request: it would be convenient to have one more face towel. After using one for bathing, there isn’t a towel left to use in the Room. I plan to travel to Hokkaido twice a year from now on. I would like to stay here again.

As always, I soak in the spacious public bath, head back to my Room, hit the sauna like I always do, take a cold shower, and then slip into the Onsen in my Room. It’s the classic routine I’ve repeated many times whenever I stay at Sennentei. At dinner, I take a big gulp from a frosty mug—absolutely irresistible. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious, with all kinds of local specialties to enjoy. Tottori is truly a great place to spend a holiday, and Sennentei is especially relaxing even by Tottori standards. In May, stocking up on Ohara tomatoes on the way home—and in late August, buying plenty of Nijisseiki pears—is another one of my usual traditions.

My parents in their 70s stayed here. It was their first time in Kamikochi, and they were truly delighted to have received the best hospitality. They said you prepared a wonderful Room and meals for them. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay with you again.\nWe were able to make wonderful memories. Thank you very much.
