I look forward to staying at Pearl Star every summer. Thanks to the staff who provide Shuttle Service with a smile from check-in to check-out, I always have a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me, and I like to get seated early and enjoy it at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again and again.

The meals are such high quality you’d never guess they’re buffet-style. The menu changes with the seasons, so it never gets boring, and everything is consistently delicious every time we visit! The Rooms may seem similar at first, but the layouts and interiors vary, which makes it fun and interesting. The Surprise Plan is the best—guaranteed to become an unforgettable memory! It’s wonderful to receive, and just as fun to plan for someone else. A space where everyone is sure to feel happy! We’re truly grateful to all the staff who create this extraordinary and wonderful atmosphere.

This was our first stay, and thank you very much for preparing such a wonderful Room! Our family had a great time. Since we have a small child, we really appreciated the valet service on hot days, and we were truly happy when your staff helped carry our plates to the table at the breakfast buffet while I was holding my child. Also, because we could switch our breakfast vouchers to the lunch buffet at your affiliated Hotel next door, it was a big help that they didn’t go to waste even on days when we had to head out early in the morning. The value for money is excellent and the in-house Facilities are well equipped—this is a Hotel I would recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thanks to you, it was a very satisfying trip. We would love to stay again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was very happy to be upgraded to an available Room. Although the weather wasn’t great, I think the view from the balcony is the best at this Hotel. The staff were cheerful, and I had a wonderful stay. I would like to stay again next time.

The staff’s warm, heartfelt hospitality was truly comforting, and I was able to spend my entire stay feeling relaxed and at ease. The whole Hotel was kept impeccably clean, and I could sense thoughtful attention to detail throughout, which allowed me to unwind with complete peace of mind. Each dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and wonderful in both appearance and taste—I was completely satisfied with everything. Thanks to the staff, I had a wonderful time in Karuizawa. I am sincerely grateful. When I visit Karuizawa again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much for a lovely time.

Now in my 40s and with my parents in their 70s, I stayed here for a special parent-and-child trip. Unfortunately, it rained, but in the end we had an extremely satisfying stay. The sense of history, the tasteful architecture and furnishings, the staff’s hospitality, the wonderful meals (we dined at Le Trianon for both dinner and breakfast), and the cleanliness of the large public bath—plus the stunning view from the open-air bath—were all outstanding. My parents were truly delighted as well. In particular, Le Trianon’s breakfast course was the best we have ever had on any trip! Each dish—from the egg dishes to the smoothies—was carefully explained to us, making it a memorable experience (I was especially impressed that they used eggs from my hometown). Recently I stayed at newer luxury hotels in Karuizawa and Atami in a similar price range to this Hotel, but this historic Hotel clearly stands apart in terms of service and atmosphere. I hope to return with my family someday. Thank you very much.

I stayed here during the summer vacation of 2024. I couldn’t forget how moved I was, so I came back again after two years. The night view of Nagasaki, the excellent service from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and my satisfaction with breakfast, the restaurant, and the lounge—everything was just as wonderful as last time. The five-day Hotel stay flew by, but I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. Next time, maybe I’ll be even more ambitious and stay for seven days. I stayed for one night, and my Room was upgraded to a suite. The Room was wonderful and comfortable, with a close-up view of Fukuyama Castle beautifully illuminated at night, making it an exceptional stay. All the Hotel staff were kind, and although it was my first time staying in Fukuyama, my wife and I were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and both the view and the meals were excellent. The large public bath was a bit too hot for me, but I really enjoyed the massage chair. The Room was wonderful, so I made a Reservation for my next stay because I want to stay in the same Room again. I’m looking forward to it, and I hope to visit again soon.

The Room was spacious, the Facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean, making for a wonderful stay. I made a Reservation without breakfast, but changed it and tried it—everything was delicious. Each ingredient left a great impression. Best of all was the staff service; everyone was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable. The next time I stay in Naha, I would love to return.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I always stay here. No matter when I visit, the staff’s warm hospitality makes me feel relaxed and at home. This time, we came for a family birthday, and it became a wonderful memory. It’s a Hotel where you can unwind with peace of mind, thanks to the consistently welcoming service that never changes in the best way. I’ve already made my next Reservation as well. I’m looking forward to staying again.

Due to my child’s entrance exams, this was my first visit in several years, but the building is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The updated loungewear was very comfortable to wear. Even more impressive is the service from the Hotel staff—everyone at the front desk, restaurant, lounge, and housekeeping consistently provides such pleasant hospitality. There are many Hotels with great facilities but poor service; however, I felt that Grand Phoenix Okushiga is on a different level. As for dining, Italian cuisine is my personal favorite.

The staff were incredibly kind, and I was truly impressed—I’d give 10 stars if I could. Every staff member showed outstanding hospitality, and I even wondered how they could work so hard. The Room was spotless, the amenities were well stocked, and the view was amazing. Even though it was a short stay, it was one wonderful experience after another. Thank you very much.

A lot has happened recently, and my husband took the lead and worked hard through it all. Now that things have finally settled down, we chose to stay here so he—and our dogs—could relax and enjoy some carefree time together. My husband said he was happy to experience something out of the ordinary again after a long time! The food was delicious, and we were truly satisfied with everything, including the Hotel staff’s hospitality and their thoughtful care for our dogs. Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful time!

This was our first stay. From the moment we approached the Hotel, the sound of wind chimes felt wonderfully refreshing. As soon as we stepped inside, a water terrace spread out before us, and my daughter and I couldn’t help exclaiming, “So beautiful!” We stayed in a Premium Room. The Room was very clean, and my daughter was thrilled with the ReFa hair dryer and shower (lol). The in-Room Onsen is fed by a natural hot spring source, and it felt amazing—I ended up soaking twice, morning and night. Since it was to celebrate my birthday, you prepared a lovely towel-cake display and even gave us chocolates as a gift, which made this trip truly memorable. We chose a Plan with breakfast and dinner included; the dinner course was beautifully plated item by item, so we enjoyed it with our eyes as well. We were also very satisfied that drinks were available freely. In particular, the champagne we had upon arrival was incredibly delicious! This has become one of the Hotels we would definitely like to use again if we have the chance. Thank you for taking care of us for our one-night stay.

In every respect—service, rooms, cleanliness, and location—this is an outstanding Hotel. While many Hotels offer simplified service these days, it was wonderful to experience traditional Japanese hospitality here. The breakfast was delicious, made with locally sourced ingredients—so much so that I’d happily return to Hokkaido just for this Hotel. I was especially impressed by the milk tasting and the variety of cheeses. Since the bar closes early, I’ll check in earlier next time so I can enjoy it! Thank you very much.

We stayed in early August and were truly impressed by how clean the private pool was. Private pools are often found in villa-style Rooms, where you may encounter insects, but this Room had a private pool on a high floor, so both adults and children could enjoy our stay without any insect issues. For dinner, we visited the izakaya and sushi restaurant within the resort, and both offered great Miyakojima cuisine. The menu was extensive, with classic Okinawan dishes such as rafute and a wide selection of drinks (especially awamori). We also appreciated the limited-time items like Keitt mango. When we stayed in August two years ago, the breakfast buffet was crowded and our family had to sit separately, but this time we were able to reserve seats in advance, which helped ease congestion. The food was delicious as well. This Room is highly recommended for families who prefer to avoid insects while relaxing at a private pool and fully enjoying Miyakojima’s local food.

This was our repeat stay once again. No matter how many times we visit, the view of Mt. Fuji from the men’s open-air bath is truly breathtaking—something you can only experience here. Unfortunately, it was cloudy this time and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but that just gives us something to look forward to next time. The French dinner made great use of local and seasonal ingredients, and we were completely satisfied with both the presentation and the taste. The portions were just right for us, and it’s also a pleasure to enjoy different dishes each season. The breakfast buffet was equally well stocked with both Japanese and Western options, and we enjoyed everything down to the fruit and desserts. It was a little disappointing that the made-to-order omelets from before are no longer available, but it’s understandable if it’s part of efforts to keep the Hotel running for years to come. Most impressive of all is the hospitality of the staff. At breakfast, for example, they kindly introduced recommended dishes in detail—it really came through that they pay attention to each guest, and we felt their warm consideration throughout our stay. Many paintings and artworks are displayed throughout the building; I’m not particularly knowledgeable about art, but simply walking around inside is enjoyable. The building isn’t new by any means, but on this remote island I can’t help imagining how such a large Hotel was even constructed in the first place. I was also impressed that such extensive Facilities have been maintained for so many years in a harsh environment surrounded by sea. We’ve stayed at many Hotels over the years, but Awashima Hotel is one of those rare special places that naturally makes you think, “I want to come back.” I hope this wonderful scenery and warm hospitality will continue unchanged for years to come, so it remains a beloved Hotel for many people. We’ll be back again.

This was our first trip to Okinawa as a family vacation. Although we decided to go ahead with the trip with a typhoon approaching, the services at this Hotel were excellent and truly helpful. Even on days when the weather was severe, we were able to spend meaningful time together with our daughter in the indoor pool and Onsen. In addition, you showed us thoughtful kindness in many ways for our daughter’s birthday, and as parents who chose this Hotel, we felt very proud. At breakfast, we enjoyed both Japanese and Western options from the buffet; in particular, the Japanese dishes offered daily rotating menus for guests on a Multiple Night Stay, which was very satisfying. I would like to take this opportunity to once again express my sincere gratitude to everyone at this Hotel for your kindness.
