We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The entire property was spotless, and the Room was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a special escape from everyday life. All of the staff were extremely courteous, and we could feel their thoughtful attention throughout our stay, which made our time there truly comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every dish. Everything was excellent, and mealtimes were especially memorable during this stay. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the food, and the service. Thank you for such a wonderful time. We would love to visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate a proposal—one of life’s most important milestones. What impressed us most during our stay was the thoughtful attention from everyone, especially the person in charge. For the surprise proposal, they handled everything flexibly to match the situation, including preparing and handing over the cake and bouquet, which allowed me to feel at ease on the day. Thanks to that support, it became an unforgettable, truly wonderful time. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and the explanations were perfectly paced—not too long or too short—so we could enjoy not only the flavors but also the dining experience itself. The atmosphere inside the Accommodation and the views were also outstanding, and we were able to relax from the heart. Above all, we were so happy that their desire to make our stay memorable came through in every interaction. Thanks to them, both my partner and I naturally found ourselves saying, “Let’s definitely come back for anniversaries,” and it became two irreplaceable days for us. I am truly grateful that we could welcome such an important moment of our lives at this Accommodation. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone who wants to spend special time with someone important—whether for a proposal or a wedding anniversary. Next time we visit, I hope we can return as husband and wife.

I’m sorry for the late review, but thank you very much for providing such a wonderful night. The hot spring bath in the Room was incredibly soothing, and I ended up soaking in it many times. Above all, the Accommodation’s main highlight—the meal—far exceeded my expectations in both flavor and presentation, and I was truly satisfied. Not only was everything delicious, but it was the first time I’ve ever felt that eating could be this much fun. I was genuinely moved from the bottom of my heart. Partway through the meal, my chronic condition suddenly worsened and I had to excuse myself; thank you again for kindly bringing the final dessert to my Room—I would like to express my sincere gratitude here once more. This is an Accommodation I absolutely want to return to. I’m really looking forward to the day I can visit again.

All the staff were cheerful and kind, making our trip even more enjoyable. The Hotel was a little hard to find, but the Facility was more than sufficient for pets. In the morning, we took a walk down the stairs from the dog run and found Lake Hamana—it felt wonderful. We also enjoyed an excellent full-course meal. As for the Room, it was unnecessarily spacious for us as a couple, so next time we may choose a smaller Room. In such an elegant setting, sipping complimentary sparkling wine alone in the lounge in the evening while looking out at Lake Hamana and the sunset was pure bliss. This is a Hotel we would definitely love to visit again.

My parents, my younger brother, my child, and I stayed here using two cars this time. Since there is a drop-off parking area in front of the Hotel, it was easy to unload and check in with my child, and we could take our luggage to the Room in one trip. The parking lot was also close by, spacious, and easy to park in! The Room was clean, and my child made a beeline for the hammock chair! They enjoyed it with a big smile—and it was fun for adults to use too. My child was fascinated by the manual coffee grinder provided in the Room. They ground the beans themselves and made coffee for the whole family! My parents were delighted by coffee prepared by their grandchild. Seeing my child look so proud was adorable! We used the baths a lot (we tried all of the private baths), so being able to get drinks and replenish salt anytime was really appreciated. The meals were delicious—I ate so much I felt stuffed (lol). It was great that my child, who usually watches a lot of TV, had so much fun playing table tennis—we all enjoyed it as a family! My child got the most exercise there. We also enjoyed karaoke—there never seemed to be enough time. All of the staff were kind and attentive with their explanations and support, which made our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again!

From the moment we arrived, your attentive yet warmly familiar hospitality was perfectly balanced. The entire property was kept impeccably clean and well maintained. The furnishings, interior design, fragrance, and tableware— everything reflected consistently high-quality service throughout. We were able to completely switch off from work during our stay and felt truly refreshed. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again as a special treat for ourselves.

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. It was our first time using a universal Room, but we would be happy to stay again if we can book this Room. Thank you very much for your thoughtful support.

Every summer vacation, we stay at this seaside Hotel. The Rooms in the East Wing and the amenities are truly wonderful, and we always look forward to them. One small disappointment was that last year there was a bottle of water by the sink in the bathroom, but this time it wasn’t provided. Also, the staff’s service was excellent. In the morning, when my child and I were swimming in the sea, I’m not sure if it was a staff member or a volunteer, but someone was carefully picking up litter on the beach. It was wonderful. Thanks to that, there wasn’t any trash at all on the beach in front of the Hotel, and we could swim comfortably. We’ll be back again next year. We hope it will be even more upgraded—haha.

This was my first stay. When we needed to change our dates due to a typhoon hitting directly, you handled it very courteously. The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

We were able to stay at Kashiwaya again this year as a family, and we had a truly wonderful time. With only a few Rooms, we hardly ran into other guests even in the baths, so we could quietly enjoy the excellent waters of Bessho Onsen. The meals are gently seasoned and make the most of local ingredients, and no matter when we visit, it’s a mysterious Accommodation where we always sleep soundly at night. We look forward to visiting again.

This was my second stay. The meals were delicious, and the in-Room bath was wonderful—I’d love to stay again. The sirloin at dinner had a bit more fat than I prefer for my age, so I would appreciate it if there were a little more lean meat; however, everything else was extremely satisfying!!! And so luxurious! It felt like, “Is it really okay to serve this much matsutake?” I’m very happy with the in-Room bath as well, but because I’m on the larger side, some water overflows when I get in. Since the bath area and Room are truly barrier-free, I worry that the water might flow into the Room, so I have to get in very slowly, which is the only downside. It would be great if there were something to prevent water from flowing out. The salted bread we received upon arrival was delicious, and we bought the same bread at the bakery next door before heading home the next day! We plan to buy it again next time!!

There is a fully equipped grooming room, and the high-quality shampoo and conditioner were excellent—we were very satisfied. The view was disappointing due to dense fog and rain, but we had a great time playing in the covered dog run. We also received plenty of treats and food for our dogs, so we will definitely be back.

This Hotel is just as wonderful as the Reviews say!! There was a great variety of complimentary drinks, including some unique options like matcha latte and roasted green tea latte, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Above all, what impressed me most was how kind all the staff were!! On the day I stayed, Nagoya had torrential rain with weather warnings issued, and public transportation such as trains had stopped. The concert I had planned to attend was also canceled, which was very disappointing, but I was able to relax in this lovely Room, and it became a good memory in its own way!! I would definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed for one night in Yayoi in July with our dog as a couple. We’ve stayed at many dog-friendly Accommodations, and this is the best one for us. I especially love sulfur Onsen, and while other dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at had Onsen, none had sulfur springs. Here, there is also a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, so we didn’t have to leave our dog waiting to go to a public bath. Even though many places don’t allow dogs in the bathroom area, this Accommodation provided a dog bathtub, shampoo, and towels—I've never stayed anywhere so thoughtful. Our senior large dog kept coming to watch us enjoy the Onsen with curiosity. Just walking through the spilled water from the free-flowing sulfur spring at the washing area turned his rough, cracked paw pads into smooth ones—just like the Reviews said. It’s truly an amazing Onsen. The Imabari bath towel after bathing was fluffy and very comfortable. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, we mainly brought takeout from Nasu restaurants. We also bought Nasu cheese and sausages along with drinks and snacks, and picked up bread and yogurt for breakfast at a nearby shop before heading to the Accommodation. With the best sulfur Onsen, delicious food and drinks from Nasu, a quiet setting, we were able to relax completely. Our dog also seemed very satisfied with the cool highland climate, peaceful greenery-filled surroundings, and private feel without running into other dogs—he looked truly relaxed. All of us were soothed by both nature and the Onsen and went home extremely happy. My husband said he wants to come again in winter too—so we’ll be making another Reservation. Thank you very much for everything. Choosing this place for a long-awaited reunion with our friends as a couple was absolutely the right decision. We booked two Rooms, and although we spent time together except when sleeping, the space was spacious and comfortable. We got so caught up chatting that we used the bath twice a day, morning and night, and our friends were also impressed by how wonderful it was. Thank you to T, whom M recommended. The conversation was enjoyable, and we truly had a great time—you completely won us over. The four of us were able to enjoy delicious food in a spacious private dining Room. We would be happy if we could see M and T again next time.

This was our second stay, and we were satisfied with everything—the staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the meals. Traveling with my elderly mother in the heat, we were able to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing stay at the Hotel. The Onsen also offered a soothing atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to return again.

I had long wanted to visit Akazawa Guest House, and this time I was able to stay there with my son and his wife. The exterior is wonderful, but once inside, I was amazed to see platinum used throughout the walls and other details. It was a beautiful space with clear attention paid to every element. The pampas grass in the courtyard was especially memorable, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful break from everyday life while feeling the charm of the season. Everything—the Room, the meals, and the atmosphere throughout the Accommodation—was of course excellent, but what stayed with me most was the warm hospitality of all the staff. My daughter-in-law is pregnant, and they kindly accommodated our requests in advance with great care. They prepared extra pillows in our Room and thoughtfully adjusted her meals as well, which we truly appreciated. In particular, the staff member who served our meals had such a lovely smile. Their service was both attentive and genuinely warm, which made us feel very at ease. The staff member who took photos for us also went beyond what we asked for, discreetly looking out for us so we could enjoy ourselves even more. Their thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Of course it is an exceptional space with a sense of luxury, but even more than that, I felt that the detailed and heartfelt hospitality of everyone working there makes this Accommodation even more special. I am truly happy that we were able to spend such precious family time at Akazawa Guest House. On our way home, my son’s family and I said to each other, “Let’s come again.” Thank you very much for giving us such a memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.

We truly enjoyed the delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner. The bath was also very comfortable. The ocean view from our Room and from the large public bath was especially beautiful and memorable. By chance, we were able to see fireworks, which delighted our granddaughter.
