It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This was our second stay. Since our third son (our beloved dog) joined our family five years ago, we only choose Accommodations where we can stay together, so we’ve stayed at many pet-friendly places around the Kanto area. With new Accommodations opening all the time, there are only a few we’ve ever revisited—but this one is exceptionally satisfying, so we returned during the Obon holiday period. With pet-friendly Accommodations, there’s often something you have to compromise on, but this place is almost perfect. The balcony of our guest Room had an open-air Onsen bath, a sauna, a cold plunge bath, and a relaxation area with a shower—plus an open-air bath for dogs. Inside the Room, there was a theater room with two massage chairs and a dining room where you can enjoy meals in your Room. The French cuisine served there is truly delicious. Recently, more and more Accommodations have excellent Facilities, but I don’t know any other place where you can enjoy food of this quality in your Room with your dog. Once again, everything was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for the best Accommodation to stay with your dog, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, toured Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and the interior beautifully preserves the original design from that time—it was truly charming and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not be as flashy as other tourist destinations, but we were impressed by all the nostalgic old buildings. At night we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. You should definitely ride the Nijiiro Sakana-go as well. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind. Thank you very much.

It had been since last autumn, but this is an Accommodation that soothes me no matter when I visit. Of course, the Room and the Onsen are wonderful, as are the meals—modern French with witty, thought-provoking menus each time, and a Japanese breakfast made with carefully selected ingredients—but even more than that, I’m always delighted by the staff’s quiet attentiveness everywhere, including turndown service during both dinner and breakfast. I go outside the rear entrance to smoke each time, and there was a small bench that hadn’t been there before. Near the exit were several mats you can use on the bench. I was moved by these little touches and found myself even more captivated by Kokon. I’m already looking forward to deciding when to visit next.

I stayed at 3rd HOUSE Inamuragasaki East Wing. This time I visited with friends. We borrowed BBQ equipment and enjoyed a relaxed meal while taking in the seaside atmosphere. It felt like a real luxury—time like this is hard to make as adults. The best part of this Accommodation is, without a doubt, how well-equipped it is. The rooftop has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi after a proper sweat in the sauna—while enjoying the fresh air—is simply unbeatable. Spending time there while feeling the Inamuragasaki breeze truly feels like an escape from everyday life. The second-floor jacuzzi was also fantastic, with completely different vibes during the day and at night. We lost track of time as our conversations flowed. The Room felt open and airy, and as an entire-home rental it offers excellent privacy. It’s easy to relax without worrying about others, making it perfect not only for friends but also for families or couples. An Accommodation where you can enjoy both “the luxury of doing nothing” and “the luxury of having fun together.” Combined with the Kamakura/Inamuragasaki location, it was such a wonderful stay that I’d love to return in another season. Thank you for everything—I’ll be back again.

The Room, the meals, and the staff—everything was simply wonderful. The open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was amazing. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast while looking out at the ocean from our Room was lovely. Since it’s all-inclusive, we were able to relax in our Room and take it easy while ordering room service. Above all, we were most impressed by the attentive service from the staff. We would definitely love to visit again.

I found this Ryokan while looking for a trip to give my boyfriend as a birthday present, also as a thank-you for his proposal. This was an important trip for me, and everything—from the hospitality to the Onsen, the food, and the Room—was wonderful. It was a truly heartwarming Ryokan. When I asked about bringing in wine as a surprise, they responded and accommodated my request promptly and with great care. I didn’t expect such thoughtful support, and I’m very grateful. In the end, he was delighted, and we were able to spend a lovely time together. While searching for a Ryokan, I saw many reviews praising the hospitality, and after staying here I completely understand why. The service from our attendant and all other staff was excellent, making this trip even more special. We also enjoyed seasonal flavors in the cuisine, and since it was served in our Room we could relax and enjoy it at our own pace. The words said to us at departure—“We look forward to welcoming you again in another season”—left a strong impression on me. We would love to visit again.

Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, and the ayu served at dinner this time was especially outstanding. The bath in the Room was also spacious, allowing us to relax and soak comfortably. We were soothed by the greenery in the garden, and we were also happy to see wild deer. We would love to visit again.

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed during a snowy season, so this time I was able to relax until dinner and fully enjoy the sight of green trees swaying and the gentle calls of evening cicadas from my clean, refined Room. The meals here are delicious both in the morning and in the evening, with plenty of vegetables. Of course, the fish and meat were also excellent—everything was flawless. Above all, the staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was attentive and professional, which made me feel truly happy. I will definitely come back to stay again when I have time. My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. That morning, we joined a river kayaking tour, and since there were no changing facilities near the river, I asked if it would be okay to arrive still wearing our wet wetsuits. They kindly agreed, which I truly appreciated. We were dropped off by the tour staff, and the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view of a beautiful infinity pool under a clear blue sky spread out before us—I couldn’t help but shout, “Wow, amazing!” We were shown to seats by the poolside, and even before checking in my friend said, “Wow… I should’ve brought my laptop. Next time we have to bring our laptops and stay longer for a workcation.” We were then shown to our Room. When I tried to open my suitcase, it wouldn’t open—an unexpected mishap—but after speaking with the butler right away they prepared an adorable tracksuit that could be worn over swimwear and arranged a rental car for us. Thanks to that, we were able to get it opened at a local gas station we had found in advance. For dinner, they prepared a handmade welcome plate inspired by the kayaking experience and the sea turtle nesting observation tour we had done—it was moving from the moment we sat down. Every dish was something new to us and absolutely delicious; in particular, I loved the peach sorbet served by the pastry chef. We got so caught up in eating and chatting that we stayed late, yet the chef still came out with a smile to see us off all the way until we boarded the golf cart back to our Room. The next morning we joined a kokedama (moss ball) workshop and enjoyed making one while learning all kinds of things about plants. I’ve forgotten the plant’s name now, but when I mentioned that I like tea, they also wrapped large leaves that can be enjoyed as tea together with my kokedama. We were probably the noisiest guests during our stay as just two people, yet everyone treated us with kindness until the very end—I’m nothing but grateful. Next time, I plan to bring my laptop and come back for a longer workcation stay.

We visited for a family trip to celebrate our daughter’s marriage. As it was formerly an art museum, we were overwhelmed by the meticulously designed building by Tadao Ando and the many artworks displayed throughout the property. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the pool we had been looking forward to was wonderful—we were able to fully enjoy this extraordinary space. We expected Western cuisine, but instead were delighted by beautifully refined Japanese dishes. The drink pairings matched to each course were perfect, and every dish moved us. The congratulatory wedding cake we had ordered was also truly delicious and became a wonderful keepsake. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff. This is a superb Hotel where architecture, art, and food are all in harmony, and we would love to stay again.

It was a wonderful stay. I hope to visit again someday. If I could make one request, I would have preferred the bedside water to be a Japanese brand as well.

Our family stayed for one night. The Accommodation was excellent, and all the staff were truly kind, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. When we checked in, we received a 100th-anniversary booklet for a Ryokan at Tateshina Onsen (a sister property?). It sounded familiar, so after returning home I checked and found that we had actually stayed there when my son was still very young (nearly 20 years ago), because the tatami-mat bath felt safe for children. I’m sorry to say I had completely forgotten, but it felt like a wonderful connection. Next time, I would love to visit Tateshina Onsen as well along with this Accommodation.

Every time we visit, we’re truly impressed, and this time again we were able to enjoy a blissful stay. Thank you very much. The food was genuinely delicious, and we enjoyed it with deep gratitude. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and a babymoon trip. In short, choosing this Accommodation was absolutely the right decision! This time we used the maternity Plan. Since there are very few Accommodations that offer a maternity Plan, the moment I saw the Plan name I thought, “This is it!” and made a Reservation. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us, carried our luggage from the parking lot, and even provided welcome drinks and a thorough explanation—right from the start, their attentiveness was flawless. With only seven Rooms, the property was wonderfully quiet, and everything felt unhurried. The all-inclusive setup—being able to enjoy drinks and light snacks whenever we wanted—was fantastic. During bar time, my wife was thrilled to have non-caffeinated options and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. She even said, “Next time I can drink alcohol again, I definitely want to come back!” (laughs) Our Room was a stylish maisonette with a chic black theme. The open-air bath viewed through the large window—and the forest scenery beyond—was beautiful. We were truly grateful for all the thoughtful touches for my pregnant wife: a large maternity cushion on her bed, extra cushions prepared for her chair at meals, and more. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying beyond what you’d expect at an upscale restaurant. They confirmed in advance what my wife couldn’t eat and adjusted each dish accordingly. It was also fun hearing how it differed from the standard menu. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they even prepared a lovely fruit platter with dessert at dinner—we were both genuinely moved. We skipped using the in-room open-air bath this time because there were many insects outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed the private bath whenever we liked. The lounge also felt incredibly open thanks to its high ceiling and large windows that let us take in nature. During bar time after dinner, when Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream was sold out, one of the staff kindly brought an alternative for us! We expected it would simply end with “Sorry, it’s sold out,” so we were touched by how far they went for us. And after checkout as we drove away by car، staff came outside waving goodbye with their arms raised—it was such wonderful hospitality that made us think، “We’ll definitely come back!” Thank you for such an amazing stay from start to finish! It became our best anniversary and babymoon ever۔ We’ll absolutely return once my wife can enjoy alcohol again!

We enjoyed the pool for over two hours, and it was a very satisfying stay for our children. The Room had a calm interior, and we were able to relax. The all-inclusive drinks and light snacks were delicious, and this has become one of our favorite Accommodations. We would love to come back again.

Everything was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The appliances and furniture were high quality, and we could really feel the attention to detail. The pool was also very clean—we spent lots of time enjoying it, and our child was thrilled! Our whole family had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to stay again!
