This was our first trip to Kanazawa as a couple. The location was excellent, right next to Omicho Market. The room was very clean, and the breakfast—especially the wide variety of potato dishes—was delicious. We honestly wondered if it was really okay at this price. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

Although it’s a day-use stay, you can stay for a long time, so the price is about the same as an internet café, but it’s far more relaxing. It’s clean and quiet. The front desk can get crowded when check-in times overlap, but the Room is quiet and comfortable with calm interior decor. I will use it again when I need to focus on studying or working. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious and well equipped with amenities—truly a first-class Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Every staff member greeted us with a constant smile, and whenever we had questions, they answered politely and thoroughly, allowing us to relax with peace of mind. At the front desk, Ms. Y assisted us with both check-in and check-out, and even saw us off from the front desk; after hearing her voice, an international staff member from the cloakroom also came to see us off—it felt truly heartfelt.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first stay at Richmond Hotel Miyazaki Ekimae. Before arriving, I called in advance to ask and consult about wheelchair arrangements, and the staff responded kindly and thoroughly, which allowed me to feel at ease throughout my stay. If I may add one request, having a wheelchair-accessible restroom would make it easier to recommend the hotel to guests of a wider range of ages.

We stayed to celebrate our grandchild’s 10th birthday and to treat our daughter-in-law, who works hard at both her job and raising children. It was a quick trip, but the weather was great, and with an amazing location and outstanding hospitality, we had a truly satisfying time. We really appreciated the room upgrade and the club lounge where children were welcome even for nightcaps, and we hope to visit again someday. It was a stay we are sincerely grateful for. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple on September 20–21 for work nearby. This was our second stay on the Tower Floor (also the Tower Floor last time). Because we enjoyed breakfast on the 28th floor during our previous stay, we chose the Tower Floor again this time. Parking is included. We also used the fitness facilities during our stay, which were half price at 2,200 yen. We didn’t use it, but it seems the spa can be used free of charge for Tower Floor guests. The Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. From 6:00 a.m., you can enjoy complimentary drinks on the 28th floor. Their hot cocoa is my favorite. We would like to stay here again when visiting Kokura.

I stayed for one night starting on Saturday. There is a covered walkway along the building from the station to very near the Hotel, so it’s fairly easy to get around even on rainy days. The lemonade in the guest lounge was pleasantly tart, blue, and delicious, though it felt a bit limited that only donuts and rice crackers were available. It may be ideal as a casual regular stay.

It was a pleasant building and Hotel with new Facilities. However, since we chose a small 15 m² Room, it was unavoidable, but as two people in a twin Room there was hardly any space to pass each other. Next time, I will choose the Room more carefully. Also, due to the layout, it seemed the only way to turn the entrance light on and off was to climb onto the bed and use the switch on the headboard, which might be difficult for elderly guests.

We stayed here the night before going to KidZania. The station is close, and it’s also convenient for getting to other sightseeing spots. It was hot on the day we stayed, and there was a sudden heavy downpour in the evening, but it was great that we could go directly from the hotel to a convenience store and restaurants without getting wet. The staff at check-in were very helpful, and the staff member who guided us early in the morning on the way to KidZania was also excellent. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the Hotel kindly made thoughtful arrangements for our Room, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time. What left the strongest impression this time was the warm hospitality of all the staff. At the club lounge, they spoke kindly to our son and even played with him, treating us warmly throughout our stay. Even with a child, we were able to relax and spend time in comfort. We were also truly moved by the attentive service—remembering small details from casual conversations and offering considerate support before we even had to ask. It was clear they paid close attention to each guest. During meals as well, they thoughtfully helped so that our son could eat more easily, and we were able to enjoy dining together as a family. We have stayed here several times, but this visit once again made us feel glad we chose to come back. The Facilities and food are excellent, of course, but above all, I believe the warmth of the staff is this Hotel’s greatest charm. Thank you so much for turning such an important anniversary into a wonderful memory. We would love to visit again.

The staff are always courteous and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, and I can truly relax, so I keep coming back. The bamboo lanterns in the garden change little by little with each season, and I look forward to strolling around every time. At the club lounge, the beer server was available from tea time, which was just what I needed after being worn out by the heat. This time, I also enjoyed warm, freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker—it really lifted my spirits. It’s wonderful that there’s always something new to experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time.

This time, I stayed on a plan with Club Lounge access. The lounge was even better than I expected, and the staff were so kind and attentive that I ended up staying longer than planned. At check-in it was a bit crowded and I wasn’t sure what to do, but an older male staff member approached me and helped me check in smoothly. There were also many international staff members, and everyone was polite and professional—just as you’d expect from a long-established hotel with great attention to detail. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Naha.

The view from the window was great, and the room was clean and beautiful! I had a wonderful time.

The service was excellent, and the bath towels were thick Imabari towels—rare these days at this price point. The Room also had tea and coffee, along with cups, glasses, and teacups, so there was no inconvenience at all. Because the building is old, a drainage smell occasionally comes up, but it was manageable. At the breakfast venue, a highly capable male staff member handled checkout, guidance, and clearing tables (about twice as much as other staff) with a pleasant smile in an almost one-person operation. There were about four other staff members as well, but he seemed to work enough for three people on his own. I was worried he might be overworked. I truly hope he receives a bonus and can take some time off after the holiday period ends. The breakfast tableware also felt thoughtfully chosen: not the large plates typical of buffets, but long Japanese-style dishes for grilled fish, glass bowls for salad, and coffee cups with saucers—showing genuine care to help guests enjoy their meal comfortably. It left a very good impression. Dinner was Chinese cuisine; I had the Accommodation guest-only course menu and it was very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a stay where you could really feel their intention to make guests comfortable without cutting corners in odd ways. I would like to consider this Hotel again next time.

It was better than I expected. The Room was spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I was satisfied. There was only one trash bin in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have another one near the sink.

I visited with friends from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and it far exceeded our expectations. The ocean view beyond the water feature seen from the lobby, the complimentary free-flow drinks, and at night a sky full of stars. It was a truly wonderful holiday. I would love to visit again.

I stayed one night in a Single Room. It was close to the station, the Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious.

I stayed for one night in early September. It was within walking distance of Susukino, and I could also walk to sightsee at the TV Tower and the Clock Tower. Breakfast was excellent, with many delicious dishes made using ingredients from Hokkaido. There was also a large public bath, which was very relaxing. I understand it can’t be helped since it’s a changing area in the Hotel, but I felt it would be more comfortable if it were a bit larger so guests could change calmly when it gets crowded. This became one of my good memories of Sapporo. Thank you very much.
