We stayed in a twin Room. For a Hotel in the city center, the Room was spacious and exceptionally well cleaned, making our stay very comfortable. The staff seemed well trained, and the service was excellent. We had the Japanese set breakfast, which was delicious. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, and there is a subway station and bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. We would like to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

Recent accommodations often focus on being "Instagrammable," looking great in photos but sometimes falling short in reality. However, this accommodation, while the building itself shows signs of aging, is impeccably clean and offers a very comfortable stay. The bath includes a private open-air hot spring with flowing water, offering breathtaking views of the vast ocean from a scenic cape. During my stay, it was a full moon, and I enjoyed an unforgettable moment under the moonlight accompanied by the sounds of nature. Meals are seafood-focused! Breakfast features marinated tuna rice bowls. The half-buffet style allows you to adjust portions to your appetite. Even the pickles reflect the chef's dedication to quality—everything was absolutely delicious. The evening stargazing session was unexpectedly enjoyable with detailed explanations provided by staff. The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive, making every aspect of my stay satisfying. Thanks to their support, I managed to visit Nachi Taisha Shrine and Nachi Falls despite having limited time. Thank you very much! This accommodation is highly recommended for those who value authenticity over superficial appeal.

We stayed at this Hotel for a company trip. It is in a great location—just a short walk from Kokusai-dori and within walking distance of both Miebashi Station and Makishi Station on the Yui Rail. The all-you-can-drink Awamori and Orion Beer servers on the first floor were also very popular with our group. I would definitely like to stay here again for a private trip.

I stayed here for one night on a trip to Kyoto. I often stay in Kyoto and Nara, and this place has the unique comfort of a compact hotel. It feels very cozy, the Facilities are well equipped, and overall satisfaction is high. Although the hours are limited, it’s wonderful that there are complimentary drinks. Having local Kyoto sake is a service that makes travelers very happy. I was delighted to find the same sake I had at Kyoto Station on my way back. It might be nice if it were available for purchase as well. The front desk staff were kind—I enjoyed talking about sake with them—and they replenished breakfast at just the right times, so I had a very comfortable stay. Kyoto summers are hot, so I’d like to visit again after peak season. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, it was easy to find without getting lost. The Room was well-cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were new and spotless. I would like to use it again next time.

A relatively affordable Hotel located right at the entrance to the pilgrimage route. One night with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was satisfying. For dinner, we relaxed and enjoyed eating out near the Hotel, choosing what we liked along with beer—making it feel like a stay with two meals included. We set off for our visit early the next morning, and were able to use the free parking lot next to the Hotel until close to noon, which let us enjoy our visit without rushing.

This was our last night’s stay on our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen, which we were able to enjoy at a relaxed pace despite its small size. It’s right in front of the station, with many restaurants nearby, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfast was also delicious, and I think we stayed at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

Located near Yugawara’s Manyo Park, the Hotel is a comfortable size and it was enjoyable to walk around inside. Dinner was a course meal served at the table, and the staff were efficient, allowing us to relax. It was great to enjoy both the open-air bath for Hotel guests and the one for general visitors. The front desk staff were also very courteous.

My family of three stayed here recently. It was a last-minute trip, so we made our Reservation right before traveling. The Room we got was an 8-tatami Japanese-style room. I was a little disappointed at first, but once we checked in, I opened the door and found the entrance to the private bath right in front of us. A light at the entrance shows whether it’s in use, so whenever it was off, we could head straight in—such a convenient location. Best of all, the private bath is free, which was very appealing. The meals were also perfectly timed as a course menu, and everything was delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were exactly to our taste. It was a truly relaxing two days. This has become an Accommodation we’d love to visit again as a family soon.

Thank you for letting me stay for nearly 2,000 yen less by making a Reservation through Yahoo! online instead of by phone. I was a little confused about how to use the faucet in the unit bath, but I was able to rest well and was satisfied. There are no restaurants or convenience stores within easy walking distance, so you need to walk a bit. The mineral water and tea helped me relax. Thank you very much.

Pros: - It’s a reasonably priced Hotel, but perhaps because it’s part of the Banyan Tree chain, the service felt comparable to a high-end Hotel. Even though I stayed only one night, the front desk staff remembered my name, and every staff member was brisk and professional—very pleasant. When I asked after checkout whether they could keep some food refrigerated while storing my luggage, they kindly agreed. - A shower-only setup may be a matter of preference, but since it was midsummer it was perfectly comfortable. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious. - The small raised tatami area is also relaxing. I would have preferred floor cushions (zabuton) over regular cushions, but that may be intended for international guests. Cons: (all minor “if I had to say” points—not deal-breakers) - The nearest station is Sanjo Keihan, so I wouldn’t say access to all of Kyoto is ideal. That said, the exit is right nearby, so it’s a good location if you plan to visit the surrounding area. - The in-Room TV remote has buttons for Netflix and similar services, but the TV isn’t connected to the internet so you can’t use them—disappointing. - This is common in Ryokan-style properties, but the ceramic washbasin has a rough texture; when washing your face, if your fingers brush against it, it can sting a little. - I used the spa; since it seems to be regular guest Rooms converted into treatment spaces and you step out into a guest-room corridor from reception first, it may feel slightly less “special.” The treatment itself was very good.

Not suitable for guests looking for a resort experience. Located in the city, it’s very convenient for izakayas, souvenir shops, and convenience stores. It also has a large public bath on the top floor, and the handmade breakfast is very delicious. They also offer local cuisine, so I recommend it. Whenever I come to Miyakojima, I always stay at Peace Island Shiyakusho-dori.

We had struggled to find an Accommodation around Minami-Izu that really appealed to us, but this one was excellent. It’s very close to Shimoda Station, making it easy to get to the beach. We stayed for two nights, and dinner was wonderful on both evenings. In the morning, we head out early for snorkeling, so a Plan without breakfast was exactly what we wanted. On the other hand, compared with Atami, there are fewer places to eat at night around Shimoda Station, so a Plan with dinner included was very convenient. The Onsen is in each Room, but I think it would be better if it were a bit larger.

At the end of the year, I stayed with my elderly parents. Since my mother needed a walker, I was a bit worried due to the lack of barrier-free information in the facility, but prioritized having a private bath and an onsen in the room due to the influenza outbreak. As a result, although the property was not barrier-free, the staff provided such considerate care that it was a very pleasant stay. The parking lot is several tens of meters away, but they offered valet parking for my mother and assisted us in areas with steps. The quality of the onsen was excellent, and our family felt warm and cozy. Although the building is old, it has been renovated and was thoroughly cleaned.

I stayed with my mother. The view of the Kuma River from the Room was wonderful, and we spent some time just enjoying it. We thoroughly enjoyed the ayu sashimi, salt-grilled ayu, and other dishes. Everything was delicious. It was also my first time trying dried-and-grilled ayu at breakfast. Along with the Ryokan itself, the baths had a sense of history, and the quality of the hot spring water was excellent. Next time, I hope to visit with my wife and children as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I imagine there may be impacts from the earthquake (such as cancellations), but I wish all of your staff good health and all the best.

As a local resident of Hiroshima Prefecture, I always stay here when visiting Miyajima. The meals, facilities, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and price—everything is excellent. This time, as a Father’s Day and Mother’s Day gift, I made a Reservation at this Hotel for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. Next time, we plan to stay together with my sister and her husband! Thank you as always. We look forward to staying with you again.

We discovered this accommodation by chance on our visit to Hase-dera Temple. It has a rich history, the staff provided excellent service, and the meals were delicious. The shuttle service was also very accommodating and helpful. The next morning, we participated in the morning prayer session, which became a truly memorable experience. We will visit again.

Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Dinner was a set course meal, with excellent seasoning and generous portions. Breakfast was buffet-style. The grilled red fish was delicious. Personally, I felt the salad bar selection was a bit limited. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The property has a wonderful atmosphere, and stepping into the entrance, I was impressed by the classic, calming interior. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and I slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Our trip for three women became a truly wonderful time. I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.
