It was our first time staying here, and it was amazing—direct access to the beach, clean and spacious. One night felt like a waste, so we said we’d stay two nights next time. There were places nearby within walking distance for dinner and lunch, and at night the stars were beautiful. The bathroom facilities and appliances were also modern and excellent.

All the staff had wonderful smiles, the art-filled space was relaxing, and the food was excellent—our child was smiling the whole time. We thought it would be even better if children could stay together in a wider variety of Rooms. It became a great summer memory.

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you very much for your heartfelt hospitality during our three-day, two-night stay. Every dish made with local ingredients was deeply flavorful, and the free-flowing natural hot spring water was so soothing it felt as if both body and mind were gently unwinding—my spouse and I were truly refreshed. On the second day, we enjoyed a full round at a golf club near the Accommodation. Although it was extremely hot, the Onsen we had upon returning eased our fatigue, and once again we were reminded of how wonderful BeniyA’s hot spring water is. Also, whenever we encountered your warm smiles and greetings—especially from the attendant in charge of us—we felt at ease. Even a brief word when passing in the hallway showed such thoughtfulness, and we are sincerely grateful that we could spend our entire stay so comfortably. In addition, hearing from the proprietress about the kitchen knives left a strong impression on us—particularly as it came just after seeing news about a female figure skater receiving Japan’s People’s Honour Award. On our way to the large public bath, we caught a glimpse of the kitchen area and felt anew that these knives support your delicious cuisine every day. This trip became a cherished memory for us as a couple. We would love to visit again in another season—and next time, we hope to enjoy winter crab delicacies.

Thank you very much for accommodating my daughter’s allergies and picky eating. At her earnest request, this was our first mother-and-daughter trip to Hanamaki to experience the world of Kenji Miyazawa. I’m always concerned about her meals, but we were able to relax and enjoy our stay with complete peace of mind. It was a wonderful Ryokan—24 hours in a day didn’t feel like enough. Next time, we would love to return with my husband, our other daughter, and the whole family. Thank you again.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! They highly recommended this Accommodation to friends and family, saying they were completely satisfied because everything—from the pool and other Facilities to all the equipment and supplies—was fully provided. They were delighted with the complimentary drinks and the cute amenities. They thanked us, saying they enjoyed it so much that they didn’t want to leave after seeing a beautiful sunrise. I’m also looking forward to my first stay in Building B later this month.

We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

Although this Accommodation is located along a major road, once you step onto the grounds you won’t notice it at all, and there is a lovely garden. A stroll is highly recommended. Various services, including the lounge, are thoughtfully arranged, and we really enjoyed our time inside the Accommodation. All staff were kind and pleasant; the meals were delicious; and not only the in-room open-air bath but also the large public bath was excellent. There were quite a few guests from Europe/Western countries and Asia as well, but everyone spent their time quietly. This Accommodation far exceeded our expectations.

This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. This was our first trip to Okayama Prefecture, and thanks to all the staff, we were able to enjoy a comfortable Onsen getaway. We now have one more Ryokan we would love to visit again. I stayed here twice a few years ago, and I was truly happy to be able to return after a long time. All of the staff were genuinely pleasant, and I had a very relaxing stay. In particular, thank you to Mr./Ms. H (I’m using an initial as I’m not sure if it’s okay to share the name) who assisted with my check-in. One thing only: I used FORNI for both dinner and breakfast. At dinner, my meat was upgraded, but I wasn’t asked about my preferred doneness. At breakfast, we were told it would be a choice of main dish plus a semi-buffet, but later we were informed that choosing the Japanese set would not include the semi-buffet, which was a bit disappointing. Even so, this is truly a wonderful Hotel. I look forward to visiting again.

It was my first visit. I was completely satisfied with everything, but there are three highlights worth mentioning. I have stayed at many Hotels, and the dining here was exceptionally satisfying. It’s rare to find Western cuisine of this quality. I was amazed by the consommé made from chicken and vegetables—it concentrated the natural flavors of the ingredients beautifully. None of the dishes felt heavy, and I enjoyed everything right to the end. The ayu paired wonderfully with eggplant as well, and I was impressed by how it all came together. My husband and I even said we would like to stay again just for the meals. The wonderful location was also a major plus. I could truly relax while taking in such a luxurious view. I believe that’s thanks to how meticulously everything is kept clean—from the rooms to the large public bath and even the garden. We enjoyed coffee in the library, and used cups were promptly cleared away; there wasn’t a single unpleasant detail. Above all, what stood out most was how wonderful your staff are. Everyone—the person who provided Shuttle Service by bus, the front desk team, each member of restaurant service staff, and housekeeping—was warm and professional. There were also staff members with charming Fukushima dialects, which sounded lovely to me. In particular, one restaurant staff member remained poised while still engaging in pleasant conversation; unfortunately I didn’t get their name. I hope to see them again on my next visit. This was my first stay here. The Facility was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Everything I had always wished for when staying elsewhere was provided, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding. The Room was clean, and the bath was very relaxing. There were plenty of drinks and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the rice-based dishes.

The location is practically Tenjin (nearest station: Akasaka), making it convenient not only for the office district around Nakasu and Hakata, but also for shopping areas like Tenjin and Yakuin, as well as academic neighborhoods such as Nishijin. Whenever I end up staying in Fukuoka on short notice, I always rely on this Accommodation. My stays in Fukuoka are usually packed and physically demanding, but it’s reassuring that there are Rooms with separate bath and toilet and a bathtub where you can stretch out your legs. On top of that, the 12:00 checkout Plan is available, so I can comfortably stay out late entertaining clients. That said, I oversleep every time and still haven’t made it to breakfast—but that’s just part of the charm. Next time I stay, I plan to fully enjoy breakfast as well.

I stayed here last year and found it very comfortable, so I chose it again this year. It was an excellent stay. Last time, I wrote a Review saying there was “a little dirt in the corner of the bath,” but this time everything was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, which truly impressed me. It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station, and you can get close via the underground passageways. The service is attentive in just the right way—not overbearing. The Room is clean and comfortable. I have no complaints at all. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay on the lounge floor. Everyone—front desk staff, floor staff, bell staff, and lounge staff—was full of hospitality and treated us with great care, so we were able to enjoy another comfortable and pleasant stay. When we visited the lounge at tea time, they remembered the name of our five-year-old daughter and spoke to her kindly. Their thoughtful attention made us very happy and left a lasting impression. The Room was, of course, spotless—gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made it even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay. No matter how many times we visit, it’s one of our favorite Hotels that always makes us want to come back. We would love to return again.

Everything was simply wonderful. Our whole family truly enjoyed your heartfelt hospitality, thoughtful care, delicious cuisine, and the Shiratama-no-Yu hot spring. The great proprietress is the best in Japan. Please stay healthy and live a long life. We will definitely visit again.
